Danych Referencyjnych PDR oraz sk³adania i podpisywania oœwiadczeñ z tym zwi¹zanych.
Prawo do wykonywania wy¿ej wymienionych czynnoœci przynale¿y do wszystkich agentow celnych
AGENCJI CELNEJ KUNOW TRANS, bez wzglêdu na rotacje kadrowe.
Jednoczeœnie wyra¿am zgodê na udzielenie dalszego upowa¿nienia stosownie do art. 77 Ustawy
Prawo Celne.
Towar niewyszczególniony w Rozporz¹dzeniu Rady (WE) Nr 428/2009 jako produkt podwójnego
zastosowania.

Zahlung von Ein- oder Ausfuhrzollabgaben sowie anderen Abgaben und Gebühren,
Die Waren nach der Verzollung und Überlassung durch den Zoll zu übernehmen,
Bereitstellung von Zollsicherheitsleistungen,
Einsprüche einzulegen und andere Anträge bei den Zollbehörden zu stellen,
Einreichung und Zustellung von Entscheidungen und Beschlüssen der Zollstellen, von
EUR.1, Zertifikaten und anderen Dokumenten.
8. Einreichung und Bestätigung der Anträge auf Eintragung und Aktualisierung der Daten im PDR
System sowie der damit verbundenen Erklärungen.

Alle Zollagenten der AGENCJA CELNA KUNOW TRANS sind berechtigt, die o.g. Tätigkeiten
auszuüben, unabhängig von möglichem Schichtbetrieb.

We also agree, that the power of attorney can be subsequently granted to other
parties according to art. 77 of the Polish Customs Law.
