Vážení příznivci modulární architektury,
Dear fans of modular architecture,
Sehr geehrte Anhänger der Modular-Architektur,
pro letošní rok si společnost KOMA zvolila heslo
Different Year – Rozdílný rok. Dalo by se říci
i rok přelomový. Čekalo nás dokončení a otevření
pavilonu EXPO 2015, s nímž byla spojena velká
zodpovědnost a spousta stresu. Myslím, že nejsem
sám, kdo tvrdí, že Český pavilon EXPO zaznamenal
jednoznačný úspěch. Jeho návštěvnost předčila
očekávání a byl velmi chválen napříč celou
Evropou. Pavilonu skončil čas vyhrazený pro Milán
a čeká ho přesun zpět do ČR.
This year’s slogan of the KOMA Company is
Different Year, in other words, a year that represents
a turning point for our company. We finished and
opened the EXPO 2015 pavilion, which meant great
responsibility and lots of stress. I believe I am not
the only one to say that the Czech EXPO pavilion
was clearly a success. The number of visitors it
welcomed exceeded expectations and it received
praise throughout Europe. The time reserved for the
pavilion in Milan is over and the structure is now to
be brought back to the Czech Republic.
In diesem Jahr wählte die Gesellschaft KOMA Different
year - Unterschiedliches Jahr – als Stichwort. Man
könnte auch bahnbrechendes Jahr sagen. Es erwartete
uns die Fertigstellung und die Eröffnung des Pavillons
EXPO 2015, mit dem eine große Verantwortung und
eine menge Stress verbunden war. Ich denke, ich bin
nicht der Einzige, der behauptet, dass der tschechische
EXPO Pavillon einen absoluten Erfolg verzeichnete.
Für den Pavillon endet die bestimmte Zeit in
Mailand und es erwartet ihn die Übersiedlung in die
Tschechische Republik.
The secondary result of the pavilion’s success is the
number of orders the company has received from all
over Europe. We have finalized the first large-format
office building in London and established long-term
cooperation with real estate developers in France.
Therefore, I think that so far we have succeeded in
living up to this year’s slogan.
Sekundäre Folge des Erfolges des Pavillons ist auch
eine Reihe von Aufträgen in ganz Europa, mit denen
sich die Gesellschaft rühmen kann. Wir haben die
ersten Großformat-Büros in London fertiggestellt,
wir haben eine langzeitige Zusammenarbeit mit
Developern in Frankreich eingestellt. Ich denke
also, dass es uns gelingt unser diesjähriges Credo zu
erfüllen.
Sekundárním dopadem úspěchu pavilonu je
také řada zakázek z celé Evropy, kterými se může
společnost pochlubit. Dokončili jsme první
velkoformátové kanceláře v Londýně, nastavili jsme
dlouhodobou spolupráci s developery ve Francii.
Myslím tedy, že naše letošní krédo se nám daří
naplňovat.
Velkým tématem posledních měsíců se stala
uprchlická krize. Společnost KOMA se snaží
reagovat na potřeby uprchlíků dodáváním
sociálních domů, hlavně do okolí Hamburku.
Spojili jsme se ale také s českou charitativní
organizací Diakonie ČCE, jež pomáhá při krizi na
Ukrajině. Společnost KOMA poskytne moduly pro
vytvoření sociálního a ubytovacího zázemí pro
opuštěné matky s dětmi blízko Kyjeva. Je povinností
nás všech se k podobným problémům jednoznačně
postavit. Pro lidi v krizi je tento rok totiž ještě
přelomovější a společnost KOMA jim může pomoci
jej překonat. Děkuji všem za spolupráci.

The major issue of the past several months has
been the migrant crisis. KOMA is trying to respond
to migrants’ needs by supplying social housing,
particularly in the Hamburg area. We have also
partnered up with the Czech charity Diaconia
ECCB, which provides aid to people affected by
the Ukrainian crisis. The KOMA Company is to
supply modules for the construction of a social and
accommodation facility for single mothers with
children near Kiev. It is an obligation for all of us to
take a clear stand on such issues. For people facing
various crises, this year is even more of a turning
point, and KOMA can help them in their struggle.

Eine große Frage der letzten Monate ist aber die
Flüchtlingskrise. Die Gesellschaft KOMA bemüht sich
auf die Bedürfnisse der Flüchtlinge mit der Lieferung
von Sozialhäusern zu reagieren, vor allem in der
Umgebung von Hamburg. Wir haben uns auch mit der
tschechischen gemeinnützigen Organisation Diakonie
ČCE zusammen getan, die bei der Krise in der Ukraine
hilft. Die Gesellschaft KOMA gewährleistet Module
für die Entstehung eines Sozialen- und UnterkunftUmfeldes für verlasse Mütter mit Kindern in der Nähe
von Kiew. Für die Menschen in Krisen ist dieses Jahr
noch bahnbrechender und die Gesellschaft KOMA
kann ihnen helfen dieses zu überstehen. Ich danke
allen für ihre Zusammenarbeit.

für die Gesundheit und Sicherheit
der Kinder
V září proběhlo slavnostní otevření Centra zdraví
a bezpečí v Karlových Varech. Unikátní projekt
slouží dětem i jejich rodičům pro vzdělávání
a nácvik prevence rizik a řešení mimořádných
životních situací.
In September, the Center for the Health and
Safety of Children was opened in Karlovy Vary.
This unique project will serve the purpose of the
education and training of both children and parents
in preventing risks and emergency life situations.
Variabilita, rychlost výstavby a lehká přemístitelnost
systému KOMA byly hlavními důvody, které
vedly společnost EUROVIA CS k výstavbě tohoto
ojedinělého Centra zdraví a bezpečí za využití
modulární technologie KOMA. Centrum je určeno
dětem, které se tu budou učit, jak předcházet
úrazům, jak se chovat při nehodách, požárech či
jiných krizových situacích. Projekt vzdělávacího
centra ukazuje další možnosti využití modulární
výstavby. Ty umožní úpravy areálu pro simulaci
specifických krizových situací. Díky ekonomické
dostupnosti modulů vznikl funkční model
městečka, jež se nejvíce blíží skutečnému prostředí,
kde se děti mohou do nějaké nebezpečné situace
dostat. Dle zahraničních statistik pomáhají podobná
zařízení snížit počet úrazů u těch dětí, které výukou
v takovém centru prošly. „Když se podívám na smysl
a cíle areálu, jsem hrdý, že se KOMA podobných
aktivit zúčastní. Těší nás, že právě modulární systémy
KOMA budou dětem pomáhat připravit se na krizové

The variability, speed of construction and easy
mobility of the KOMA system are the main reasons
why EUROVIA CS built this one-of-a-kind facility
using KOMA modular technology. The center
is intended for children who will learn how to
prevent injuries, how to behave in the event of an
accident, fire or another emergency situation. The
educational center’s project demonstrates another
possible use of modular construction, whereby
the premises can be modified to simulate various
emergency situations. Thanks to the affordability
of modules, a functional model of a realistic city
environment where children can face various
dangerous situations was created. Based on statistics
from abroad, such facilities lower the number of
injuries suffered by children trained in such centers.

are pleased that KOMA modular systems will help
children prepare for emergency situations.” noted

Zentrums für Gesundheit und Sicherheit in Karlsbad statt. Das unikale Projekt dient zur Bildung
und zum Training der Risikoprävenz und außergewöhnlicher Lebenssituationen für Kinder und ihre
Eltern.
Die Variabilität, Schnelligkeit des Ausbaus und die
leichte Umsiedlung des KOMA Systems waren die
Hauptgründe, wegen denen die Gesellschaft EUROVIA CS dieses einmalige Zentrum für Gesundheit
und Sicherheit mit der Modular Technologie KOMA
erbaute. Das Zentrum ist für Kinder bestimmt, die
lernen werden Unfällen vorzubeugen, wie man sich
bei Unfällen, Bränden oder bei anderen Krisensituationen benimmt. Das Projekt des Bildungszentrums zeigt eine weitere Möglichkeit der Nutzung
des Modular Ausbaus. Die ermöglichen Veränderungen im Areal für die Simulation spezifischer
Krisensituationen. Nach Auslandsstatistiken helfen
ähnliche Einrichtungen die Anzahl von Unfällen bei Kindern zu senken, die am Unterricht im
Zentrum teilgenommen haben. “Wenn ich mir den
Sinn und die Ziele des Areals ansehe, bin ich stolz,
dass KOMA an ähnlichen Aktivitäten teilnimmt. Es
freut uns, das gerade Modular Systeme KOMA den
Kindern bei der Vorbereitung auf Krisensituationen
helfen werden.” schaut Karel Kolínský, Leiter des

Ředitel společnosti KOMA, která České republice
poskytla pavilon na EXPO 2015 k užívání, oznámil,
co bude s elegantní budovou po ukončení
Všeobecné světové výstavy. Firma poněkud
překvapivě nakonec nekývla na nejvyšší finanční
nabídku, ale na možnost udělat z pavilonu nový
symbol města Vizovic a Zlínského kraje. „Pavilon
rozebereme, převezeme a znovu postavíme u nás
ve Vizovicích,“ oznámil oficiálně ředitel KOMA
Stanislav Martinec. Rozhodl se tak ze tří hlavních
důvodů: „Díky úspěchu EXPO jsme prodali námi
vyráběné moduly do Paříže, Hamburku, Londýna
a dalších měst a samotný pavilon tak posloužil jako
nejlepší vizitka firmy. Velmi nám také záleží na
osudu pavilonu – na zachování jeho původního rázu,
účelném využívání a důstojném umístění,“ vysvětluje
ředitel společnosti. KOMA chce jasně ukázat, jak
může modulární stavba změnit využití a neztratit
nic ze své elegance a krásy. Stanislav Martinec je
také patriot, takže když mohl Tomáš Baťa ve své
době postavit ve Zlíně nejvyšší budovu v Evropě,
může KOMA ve Vizovicích postavit pavilon z EXPO.
Pavilon tak přispěje k vybudování centra modulární
architektury ve Vizovicích.
„Nejde o samolibé gesto,“ dodává Stanislav Martinec;
„velmi vážně jsem zvažoval všechny nabídky, včetně
té, kdy by pavilon mohl stát nedaleko restaurace
z EXPO 1958 na Letné, ale po rozhovorech s architekty
Evou Jiřičnou a Davidem Vávrou jsem se rozhodl
pro Vizovice.“ Pavilon České republiky bude do
konce roku 2015 odvezen z Itálie a během roku
2016 vyroste ve Vizovicích, kde bude sloužit jako
vzdělávací a výstavní prostor zaměřující se na
historický odkaz české účasti na EXPO s důrazem
právě na to milánské. Horní patra pak budou sloužit
jako administrativní prostory společnosti KOMA.
O osudu modulů kuchyně v přízemí se ještě jedná.
Jednou možností jejich využití je zřízení zahradní
restaurace v Praze, tou druhou je potom přestavba
na firemní mateřskou školku ve Vizovicích.
Společnost by tím pomohla rozšířit služby
a benefity pro své zaměstnance. Firemní školky
a školy jsou jedním ze segmentů, jež společnost
dlouhodobě rozvíjí a podporuje. Stávající EXPO bar
bude pronajímán na akce a happeningy různého
charakteru.

/ The Czech EXPO pavilion to return
home to Vizovice
The managing director of KOMA, supplier of the
Czech pavilion at EXPO 2015, has announced what
is to happen to the elegant structure following
this year’s World’s Fair. To everyone’s surprise, the
company did not accept the highest offer, but chose
to turn the pavilion into a new symbol of the town
of Vizovice and the Zlín Region. “We are going to
take the pavilion apart, move it and build it again
in Vizovice.” KOMA’s director, Stanislav Martinec,
officially announced. This decision was made for
three main reasons. “Thanks to the success at EXPO,
we have sold our modules to Paris, Hamburg, London
and other cities, and the pavilion itself served as the
best possible advertisement for our company. We
care very much about the further fate of the pavilion – maintaining its original character, practical
use and respectable location,” the company’s director explains. KOMA wants to clearly show how the
use of a modular building can change without the
building losing its elegance and appeal. Stanislav
Martinec is also a patriot, so if Tomáš Baťa could in
his time build in Zlín the tallest building in Europe,
why couldn’t KOMA place the EXPO pavilion in
Vizovice? The pavilion will help make up a center of
modular architecture in Vizovice.
“It is not a smug gesture,” adds Stanislav Martinec,
“I took into serious consideration all the offers, including putting the pavilion next to the restaurant from
EXPO 1958 in Letná, but after talking to architects
Eva Jiřičná and David Vávra, I decided on Vizovice.”
By the end of 2015, the Czech Republic’s pavilion
will be brought back from Italy and during 2016 it
will be erected in Vizovice, where it will serve as an
educational facility and exhibition space focusing
on the historical legacy of the Czech Republic’s participation at EXPO, particularly the one in Milan.
The upper floors will be used by KOMA for administrative purposes. The fate of the kitchen module
downstairs is being debated. One option is to turn
it into a garden restaurant in Prague, another is its
transformation into a company day-care center in
Vizovice. The company could thus expand its services and benefits for its staff. Company pre-schools
and schools are a segment which the company has
long been developing and supporting. The existing EXPO bar will be available for hire for various
events.
Der Direktor der KOMA Gesellschaft, die der tschechischen Republik den Pavillon für die EXPO 2015 gewährte, gab bekannt, was mit dem eleganten Gebäude
nach dem Ende der allgemeinen Weltausstellung
passieren wird. Die Firma entschied sich zuletzt überraschender Weise nicht für das höchste Angebot, sondern für die Möglichkeit aus dem Pavillon ein neues
Stadtsymbol von Vizovice und der Zliner Region zu
machen. “Das Pavillon wird auseinander genommen,
übertragen und wieder aufgebaut bei uns in Vizovice.”

diente als beste Visitenkarte der Firma. Es liegt uns auch
sehr an dem Schicksal des Pavillons - an dem Beibehalten seines ursprünglichen Charakters, seiner zweckentsprechenden Nutzung und einer würdigen Platzierung,”
erklärt der Gesellschaftsdirektor. KOMA möchte klar
zeigen, wie der Modular Bau seine Nutzung verändern kann, ohne dabei seine Eleganz und Schönheit
zu verlieren. Stanislav Martinec ist auch ein Patriot,
also wenn Tomas Baťa seiner Zeit das höchste Gebäude Europas in Zlin erbauen konnte, kann KOMA in
Vizovice den Pavillon von der EXPO aufbauen. Der
Pavillon wird also zum Aufbau des Modular Architektur Zentrums in Vizovice beitragen.
“Es geht nicht um eine selbstgefällige Geste,” ergänzt
Stanislav Martinec, “ich habe ernsthaft alle Angebote
überdacht, inklusive dessen, wo das Pavillon unweit
dem Restaurant von der EXPO 1958 in Letná stehen
könnte, aber nach den Gesprächen mit den Architekten
Eva Jiřičná und David Vávra entschied ich mich für
Vizovice.” Der Pavillon der Tschechischen Republik
wird bis Ende 2015 aus Italien weggefahren und
während 2016 wächst er in Vizovice auf, wo er als
Bildungs- und Ausstellungsraum orientiert auf den
historischen Nachlass der tschechischen Teilnahme
an der EXPO, vor allem an der Mailändischen, dienen
wird. Die oberen Etagen werden dann als Administrativ-Räume der Gesellschaft KOMA dienen. Über
das Schicksal der Küche im Erdgeschoss wird noch
verhandelt. Eine Möglichkeit ihrer Nutzung ist als
Gartenrestaurant in Prag, die andere ist dann ihr Umbau in einen Firmen-Kindergarten in Vizovice. Die
Gesellschaft könnte so ihre Dienste und Zusatzdienste
für ihre Angestellten erweitern. Firmen-Kindergärten
und Schulen sind Segmente, die die Gesellschaft langfristig entfaltet und unterstützt. Die bestehende EXPO
Bar wird für Aktionen und Happenings verschiedenen Charakters vermietet.

CITY moduly jsou hojně využívány
při kulturních akcích po celé ČR

CITY moduly KOMA se stávají stále oblíbenějšími.
Organizátoři kulturních akcí je hojně využívají jako
zázemí, výstavní pavilony či informační stánky.
Během letošního léta jste je tak mohli zahlédnout
v mnoha městech České republiky.
Na jaře bylo 13 CITY modulů použito při akci
ZLÍN DESIGN WEEK. Cílem festivalu bylo vrátit
design na místo, kde vznikal, a dokázat, že co
je „designové“, nemusí být nutně nedostupné
a drahé. Elegantní černé moduly KOMA doplněné
hlavní prosklenou stěnou a bočními stěnami
z OSB desek byly instalovány na náměstí Míru
a určeny prezentaci vybraných designových firem
a uměleckých vysokých škol. Celá akce měla velký
úspěch, byla hojně navštěvovaná a vyvolala i velký
ohlas v médiích.
CITY modul byl k vidění také v rámci hudebního
festivalu Pražské jaro, kdy jeho interiér navrhlo
renomované architektonické studio Olgoj Chorchoj,
nebo na náplavce v Plzni. Poslední červencový
víkend propůjčila společnost KOMA své CITY
moduly festivalu Letní filmová škola v Uherském
Hradišti. Společnost dlouhodobě podporuje akce,
které svým významem hranice regionu překračují.
Letní filmová škola je přesně takovou kulturní
událostí, na kterých ráda spolupracuje. „CITY
moduly jsme vymysleli právě za účelem krátkodobého
pronájmu. A je jasné, že koncept lichoběžníkových
kontejnerů je unikátní, nevšední, na první pohled
výjimečný. Proto o ně mají zájem organizátoři těch
akcí, které jsou svým způsobem také jedinečné,“
vysvětluje marketingový ředitel KOMA Martin Hart.
Dva designové kontejnery také na jeden měsíc
oživily centrum Kopřivnice, kde pod názvem Sdílko
po čtyři týdny zajišťovaly kolemjdoucím zábavu
i osvětu. „Chtěli jsme dát prostor lokálním a národním
aktivitám, značkám, umělcům. Zároveň se snažíme
vnést více života do centra města, které je jen průchozí
zónou. Myslíme si, že i v malém městě se mohou
dít velké věci,” představila projekt jeho iniciátorka
Štěpánka Vontrobová.
Na konci srpna se objevily CITY moduly na jedné
z nejoblíbenějších motoristických akcí v České
republice – Barum Czech Rally Zlín. Letošní 45.
ročník se konal tradičně poslední srpnový víkend.
Čtyři moduly fungovaly jako zázemí pro komisaře,
infocentrum či prodejní stánek. Na náměstí Míru se
v CITY modulech konala charitativní akce JEDU NA
DŘEŇ – kampaň k rozšíření seznamu dárců kostní
dřeně.
CITY moduly dokazují, že inovativní modulární
objekty mají smysl a najdou své využití. Prokazují
tak neocenitelnou službu celé modulární výstavbě
a KOMA díky svým viditelným inovacím nemá
v České republice relevantní konkurenci.
KOMA’s CITY modules are becoming increasingly
popular. Organizers of cultural events often use
them as mobile facilities, exhibition pavilions or
information stands. They were visible in many
towns and cities throughout the Czech Republic this
summer.
Thirteen CITY modules were used in spring during
ZLÍN DESIGN WEEK. The goal of the festival was to
return design to the place where it started and prove
that it does not necessarily have to be inaccessible
and unaffordable. Stylish black KOMA modules
with a glass wall and plywood side partitions were
installed on Náměstí Míru Square, where select
design companies and art colleges were presented.
The entire event was a success and attracted great
interest from both visitors and the media.
A CITY module could also be seen at the Prague
Spring International Music Festival, whose interior
was designed by the renowned architectural studio
Olgoj Chorchoj, and on the riverbank in Pilsen.
For the last weekend in July, the KOMA Company
lent its CITY modules to the Summer Film School
in Uherské Hradiště. The Company has long been
supporting significant events that transcend their
region. The Summer Film School is exactly the
kind of cultural event that KOMA likes to cooperate
with. “CITY modules were designed for the purpose
of short-term rental. It is clear that the concept of
trapezoidal containers is unique and exceptional at
first sight. That is why it is popular with organizers
of events that are also unique in some way,” explains
KOMA’s Marketing Director, Martin Hart.
Two design containers also enlivened the center
of Kopřivnice, where for four weeks they provided
entertainment and education for passersby as part
of the Sdílko project. “We wanted to give room for
local and Czech activities, brands and artists. At the
same time, we are trying to revive the center of the
city, which so far has been used only to walk through,
without much happening. We believe that even in
a small town great things can happen,” said the initiator of Sdílko, Štěpánka Vontrobová, introducing
the project.
At the end of August, CITY modules appeared at one
of the most popular car racing events in the Czech
Republic – the Barum Czech Rally Zlín. For the 45th
time, the race was held as usual on the last weekend
of August. Four modules were used as facilities for
commissioners, the information stand and kiosk.
On Náměstí Míru Square, CITY modules hosted the
JEDU NA DŘEŇ charitable event, a campaign to
gain new bone marrow donors.
CITY modules are proof that innovative modular
buildings are meaningful and useful. This way they
greatly promote modular construction and thanks
to its visible innovations KOMA has no relevant
competition in the Czech Republic.
Die City Module KOMA werden immer beliebter.
Organisatoren von kulturellen Aktionen verwenden sie
häufig als Umfeld, Ausstellungspavillons oder Informationsstände. Während dieses Jahres konnten Sie sie also
in vielen Städten der Tschechischen Republik sehen.
Im Frühling wurden 13 CITY Module bei der Aktion
ZLIN DESIGN WEEK genutzt. Ziel des Festivals war
es, das Design an den Ort zurück zu bringen, wo es
entstand, und zu beweisen, dass was “Design” ist nicht
immer unerschwinglich und teuer sein muss. Elegante
schwarze KOMA Module ergänzt durch die gläserne
Hauptwand und durch seitliche Grobspanplatten
waren auf dem Stadtplatz naměstí Míru installiert und
waren für die Präsentation von ausgesuchten Design-Unternehmen und Kunsthochschulen bestimmt.
Die ganze Aktion hatte großen Erfolg, sie wurde viel
besucht und kam auch bei den Medien gut an.
Das CITY Modul war auch im Rahmen des Musik-Festivals Prager Frühling zu sehen, wo sein Interieur vom
renommierten Architekten-Studio Olgoj Chorchoj

letzten Juli Wochenende lieh die Gesellschaft KOMA
ihre CITY Module an das Festival Sommer Film-Schule
in Uherské Hradiště (Ungarisch Hradisch) aus. Die
Gesellschaft unterstützt langzeitig Aktionen, die durch
ihre Bedeutung die Region überschreiten. “CITY Module haben wir uns gerade für den Zweck des kurzzeitigen
Verleihs ausgedacht. Und es ist klar, dass das Konzept der
Trapez-Container einzigartig, nicht alltäglich und auf
den ersten Blick außergewöhnlich ist. Deshalb interessie-
ren sich für sie Organisatoren der Aktionen, die auf ihre
Art auch einzigartig sind,” erklärt Marketing Direktor
Martin Hart.
Zwei Design-Container belebten für einen Monat auch
das Zentrum von Kopřivnice (Nesselsdorf ), wo sie
unter dem Namen Sdílko (Mitteiler) vier Wochen für
die Unterhaltung und für die Aufklärung der Vorbeigehenden sorgten. “Wir wollten lokalen und auch
Volks-Aktivitäten, Marken und Künstlern Raum geben.
Gleichzeitig versuchen wir mehr Leben ins Zentrum der
Stadt zu bringen, das nur eine Durchgangszone ist. Wir
denken, dass auch in einer kleinen Stadt große Sachen
geschehen können,” stellte das Projekt seine Initiatorin
Stěpánka Vontrobová vor.
Ende August erschienen die CITY Module auch auf
einer der beliebtesten Motorsport-Aktionen in der
Tschechischen Republik - Barum Czech Rally Zlin. Der
diesjährige 45. Jahrgang fand traditionell am letzten
August Wochenende statt. Vier Module dienten als
Umfeld für Kommissare, das Infozentrum oder als Verkaufsstand. Am Stadtplatz naměstí Míru fand in den
CITY Modulen die wohltätige Aktion JEDU NA DŘEŇ
(Ich gehe bis aufs Mark) – eine Kampagne zur Ausweitung der Knochenmark Spender, statt.
Die CITY Module beweisen, dass innovative Modular
Objekte einen Sinn haben und ihren Nutzen finden.
Sie leisten damit dem ganzen Modular-Ausbau einen
großen Dienst und KOMA hat dank ihren Innovationen in der Tschechischen Republik keine relevante
Konkurrenz.

Evropské KOMA realizace
O tom, že je v západní Evropě modulární výstavba
naprosto běžným a respektovaným stavebním systémem, který má vynikající výhodu v rychlosti, není
nutné nikoho přesvědčovat. Přesto se tam v uplynulém pololetí podařilo dokončit dva projekty, které
jsou pro společnost KOMA velice cenné.
Prvním je zakázka výroby a výstavby startovacích
bytů v Paříži – pro KOMA významná
a reprezentativní reference, neboť se jedná
o první spolupráci s významným francouzským
developerem.
V únoru 2015 navštívili architekti a developeři
z Paříže výrobní halu KOMA ve Vizovicích
s nabídkou stavby vzorových studentských
bytů v Paříži a prototypový dům na předměstí
francouzské metropole byl dokončen již v březnu
téhož roku. Projekt byl vypracován francouzskými
architekty ze studia Sleeper Line. „Rádi
spolupracujeme s architekty a investory z celé Evropy.
Můžeme tak nejen dodávat špičkové modulární
stavby, ale vždy se navíc přiučit něco nového.“

Martin Hart. Domy budou sloužit jako komfortní
studentské koleje či jako dočasné apartmánové
bydlení. Třípodlažní bytový dům je sestaven
z celkem 15 modulů řady Standard Line o rozměru
6 × 3,5 metru. Prototypový dům prezentuje
společnost KOMA jako dodavatele exkluzivního
studentského bydlení, které klade důraz na kvalitu
provedení, vkus, účelnost a příjemné prostředí.
V současnosti jsou v domě čtyři vzorové apartmány
a kancelář, která slouží k nabídce podobných kolejí
po celé Francii. Dům přirozeně splňuje všechny
francouzské normy pro trvalé stavby.
Druhým reprezentativním projektem je sestava
velkoformátových modulů v samém centru
Londýna, sloužící jako kancelář a prodejní
showroom prestižních bytů developerské
společnosti. Ta vznikla ve spolupráci s partnerem
Losberger UK. Moduly byly dodány v nejvyšší
možné kvalitě a jí odpovídajícím designu. Jedná
se o první použití modulů výrobkové řady
ComfortLine mimo území ČR a Slovenska. Investor
zvolil modulární objekt kvůli vysoké variabilitě,
rychlému dodání a možnosti rozšířen. V Londýně
vznikl ještě jeden projekt společnosti KOMA. Pro
známého developera Canaletto jsme rozšiřovali
prodejní plochu jejich kanceláře a showroomu
nových bytů – tentokrát ze tří modulů řady
StandardLine.
Důvěry zákazníků si společnost KOMA vždy
velmi váží. Jsme rádi, že jsou naše modulární
řešení oceňována a těšíme se v budoucnu na další
zajímavé projekty.
/ KOMA’s realizations in Europe
There is no need to convince anyone that modular
construction, whose great advantage lies in its speed,
is a perfectly common and respected construction
system in Western Europe. Still, in the first six
months of this year the KOMA Company managed
to complete two very valuable projects.
The first of these projects is a contract for the
production and construction of starter apartments
in Paris – a significant and representative reference
for KOMA, as this is its first cooperation with
a major French developer.
In February 2015, architects and developers from
Paris came to visit KOMA’s production hall in
Vizovice requesting that we build a model college
dorm in Paris, and a prototype apartment building
was finished in the suburb of the French metropolis
already in March 2015. The building plans were
designed by the French architects from the Sleeper
Line studio. “We like to cooperate with architects and
investors from all over Europe. That way we can not
only deliver state-of-the-art modular structures, but
also learn something new.” notes KOMA’s Marketing
Director, Martin Hart. The apartment buildings
will be used as comfortable dorms for students or
for the purpose of temporary housing. The 3-storey
apartment building is made up of 15 StandardLine
modules that measure 6.5 by 3.5 meters. The model

house presents KOMA as a supplier of exclusive
accommodation for students with an emphasis
on build quality, taste, practicality and a pleasant
environment. Currently there are four model
apartments in the building and an office that
offers similar student dorms all around France.
The building obviously complies with all French
standards for permanent structures.
The other representative project is a set of largeformat modules in the very center of London,
where it will serve as an office and showroom for
prestigious apartments offered by a real estate
developer. Partner in this project was a British
company Losberger UK. The modules come in the
highest possible quality and corresponding design.
It is the first use of ComfortLine modules outside
the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The investor
chose a modular solution for its high variability,
quick delivery and the possibility of expansion.
There was yet another KOMA project realized in
London. For the well-known developer Canaletto,
we expanded their office space and showroom
presenting their new apartments – this time using
three StandardLine modules.
The KOMA Company always values its clients’

received recognition and we look forward to other
interesting projects in the future.
Davon, dass in Westeuropa der Modul-Ausbau ein ganz
alltägliches und respektiertes Bausystem ist, das einen
ausgezeichneten Vorteil in der Schnelligkeit hat, muss
man niemanden überzeugen. Trotzdem gelang es dort
während des vergangenen Halbjahres zwei Projekte
fertig zu stellen, die für das Unternehmen KOMA
wertvoll sind.
Das erste ist der Auftrag der Herstellung von
Startwohnungen in Paris - für KOMA eine bedeutende
und repräsentative Referenz, denn es geht um die erste
Zusammenarbeit mit einem bedeutenden französischen
Developer.
Im Februar 2015 besuchten die Architekten und
Developer aus Paris die Herstellungshalle KOMA in
Vizovice mit dem Angebot eines Baus von BeispielStudentenwohnungen in Paris. Das Prototypen-Haus
in der Vorstadt der französischen Metropole wurde
bereits im März 2015 fertiggestellt. Das Projekt wurde
ausgearbeitet von französischen Architekten des Studios
Sleeper Line. “Wir arbeiten gerne mit Architekten und
Investoren aus ganz Europa zusammen. Wir können
so nicht nur spitzen Modul-Bauten liefern, aber auch
immer etwas neues dazu lernen,” bringt der KOMA
Marketing Direktor Martin Hart die Zusammenarbeit
näher.
Die Häuser werden als bequeme Studenten-Wohnheime
dienen oder als zwischenzeitliches Apartment-Wohnen.
Das dreistöckige Wohnhaus besteht aus insgesamt 15
Modulen der Reihe StandardLine mit Ausmaß von
6,5 × 3,5 Meter. Das Prototypenhaus präsentiert die
Gesellschaft KOMA als Lieferanten von exklusivem
Studenten-Wohnen, das einen Wert auf die Qualität
der Durchführung, Geschmack, Zweckmäßigkeit
und ein angenehmes Umfeld legt. Momentan sind
im Gebäude vier Beispiel-Apartments und ein Büro
untergebracht, das dem Angebot ähnlicher Wohnheime
in ganz Frankreich dient. Das Haus erfüllt natürlich alle
französischen Normen für beständige Bauten.
Das zweite repräsentative Projekt ist die
Zusammenstellung von Großformat-Modulen im
Zentrum von London, die als Büro und VerkaufsShowroom von prestigen Wohnungen der DeveloperGesellschaft dienen. Die Module wurden in der
höchstmöglichen Qualität geliefert und in dem
entsprechenden Design. Es handelt sich um die erste
Verwendung der Module ComfortLine außerhalb
der Tschechischen Republik und der Slowakei. Der
Investor wählte das Modular-Objekt wegen seiner
hohen Variabilität, der schnellen Lieferung und der
Möglichkeit einer Erweiterung. In London ist auch noch
ein weiteres Projekt der Gesellschaft KOMA entstanden.
Für den bekannten Developer Canaletto haben wir die
Verkaufsfläche, ihre Büros und den Showroom neuer
Wohnungen erweitert - diesesmal aus drei Modulen der
Reihe StandardLine.

/ KOMA proves itself as a supplier
of social housing in Hamburg
Modulární výstavba má několik základních
a dominantních výhod – rychlost výstavby,
variabilitu a cenovou dostupnost. Tato jednoznačná
pozitiva si již řadu let uvědomují zejména
v zahraničí. Sociálními domy v Hamburku se
společnost KOMA prezentovala již mnohokrát
a naplňuje tak jeden ze svých sloganů – domy
rostoucí v čase. Společnost KOMA rozšiřuje koncept
sociálních domů ve spolupráci s německou firmou
COMMA a naplňuje své poslání “Pomoc lidem”.
Prostřednictvím této firmy již v minulosti
několikrát poskytla domov rodinám imigrantů
a sociálněslabých občanů. První realizace proběhla
v říjnu 2012 a do konce roku 2014 vznikly domy
v celkem6 lokalitách v Hamburku. Tento počet je
skutečně významným úspěchem.
V roce 2015 úspěšná spolupráce pokračuje. Během
letošního roku dodala KOMA sociální bydlení
doosmi dalších lokalit v Hamburku. V březnu
to bylo 21 domů pro uprchlíky na Berzelius Str.
a v červnuspolečnost KOMA dokončila projekt
„Billwerder Billdeich“, jejž tvořily tři domy.
Spolupráce pokračovala i v létě, kdy vznikly 4
další projekty o celkovém počtu 19 domů (342
modulů). Do konce roku by se měly realizovat další
stavby. Domy jsou koncipovány tak, že v každé
lokalitě je jeden tzv. „Verwaltungshaus“, kde jsou
byty obvykle v patře, zatímco přízemí slouží jako
kanceláře a zázemí pro správce lokality, a jeden
„Gemeinschaftshaus“ se třemi bytovými jednotkami,
prádelnou a společenskou místností. Každý byt
má vlastní koupelnu, sociální zařízení, kuchyň
a dva nebo tři pokoje. Bytový dům je sestaven z 18
modulů. Budovy jsou osazeny sekundární sedlovou
střechou. Doba montáže na místě trvá pouze jeden
až dva týdny!
Modular construction has several fundamental and
dominating advantages – speed of construction,
variability and affordability. For a number of years,
these qualities have been appreciated mainly abroad.
The KOMA Company has frequently presented
buildings for social housing in Hamburg, making
good on one of their slogans – housing that grows over
time. The KOMA Company has expanded the concept
of social housing in collaboration with the German
company COMMA and lives up to its mission to Help
mankind.
Poněkud speciálním projektem byly domy na
Brookkehre Str. Projekt zahrnoval sedm domů,
kterémají oproti ostatním specifické provedení.
Domy „Brookkehre“ jsou větší než ostatní
realizace – každý je sestaven ze 43 modulů. Přízemí
a 1. NP je rozděleno do čtyř ubytovacích jednotek,
2. NP do dvou. V každé ubytovací jednotce jsou tři
samostatné pokoje se společným WC a koupelnou.
Množství vytvořených projektů a jejich rychlá
realizace dokazuje, že společnost KOMA dokáže
rychle reagovat na zvýšenou poptávku a je schopná
dodávat stavby, které nejen splňují požadavky
investora, ale ve kterých se i dobře bydlí a tráví čas.
Through COMMA, the company has repeatedly
supplied homes to families of immigrants and low
income residents. The first realization took place in
October 2012 and by the end of 2014 housing projects
in a total of 6 Hamburg locations had been built. This
number is truly a major success.
This successful cooperation has continued in 2015.
This year KOMA provided social housing to eight other
locations in Hamburg. In March, it was 21 homes for

in summer when four other projects consisting of

von Sozialhäusern nach Hamburg
The housing is designed so that each location
contains one so-called Verwaltungshaus, where
apartments are usually located on the upper floor,
while on the ground floor there are offices and
facilities for the location’s administrator, and the
so-called Gemeinschafthaus with three apartment
units, laundry and a common room. Each apartment
has its own bathroom, toilet, kitchen and two or three
rooms. The apartment building is made up of 18
modules. The buildings are covered by a secondary
gable roof. Assembly at the site takes an unbelievable
one to two weeks!
Rather special was the housing project on
Brookkehre St. It consisted of seven apartment
buildings and unlike the other locations, this one
features a specific design. The Brookkehre homes
are larger than the other realizations; each is made
up of 43 modules. The first and second floors are
divided into 4 apartment units, the third floor into
two units. Each unit consists of three independent
rooms with a shared toilet and bathroom. The
number of realized projects and their quick
realization is proof of the fact that the KOMA
Company can quickly respond to an increased
demand and deliver buildings that not only meet
the investor’s requirements, but buildings in which
people enjoy living and spending time.
Der Modular-Ausbau hat einige elementare und dominante Vorteile - die Schnelligkeit des Ausbaus, die
Variabilität und die preisliche Erschwinglichkeit. Diese
eindeutigen Positive werden schon seit einer Reihe von
Jahren im Ausland anerkannt. Mit den sozialen Häusern
in Hamburg präsentierte sich die Gesellschaft KOMA
schon mehrmals und erfüllt somit einen ihrer Slogans Häuser die mit der Zeit wachsen. Die Gesellschaft KOMA
erweitert das Konzept der Sozial-Häuser in Zusammenarbeit mit dem deutschen Unternehmen COMMA und
erfüllt ihre Berufung “Hilfe für Menschen”.
Mittels dieses Unternehmens gab sie schon mehrmals in
der Vergangenheit Familien von Immigranten und sozial
schwachen Bürgern ein Zuhause. Die erste Realisierung
verlief bereits im Oktober 2012 und bis zum Ende des
Jahres 2014 entstanden Häuser auf insgesamt 6 Lokalitäten in Hamburg. Diese Anzahl ist wirklich ein bedeutender Erfolg.
Im Jahr 2015 geht die erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit
weiter. Während dieses Jahres lieferte KOMA soziale
Häuser in acht weitere Lokalitäten in Hamburg. Im März
waren das 21 Häuser für Flüchtlinge in der Berzelius Str.,
und im Juni beendete die Gesellschaft KOMA das Projekt
“Billwerder Billdeich”, das drei Häuser bildeten. Die
Zusammenarbeit ging auch im Sommer weiter, als 4 weitere Projekte in einer Gesamtzahl von 19 Häusern (342
Module) entstanden. Bis zum Ende des Jahres sollten
weitere Bauten realisiert werden. Die Häuser werden so
konzipiert, dass in jeder Lokalität ein sog. “Verwaltungshaus” ist, wo üblich Wohnungen in der oberen Etage
sind, die Erdgeschosse dienen hingegen als Büros und
Umfeld für die Verwalter der Lokalität, und ein “Gemeinschaftshaus”, mit drei Wohneinheiten, Wäscheraum
und einem Gemeinschaftsraum. Jede Wohnung hat ein
eigenes Badezimmer, eine soziale Einrichtung, Küche
und zwei oder drei Zimmer. Ein Wohnhaus besteht aus
18 Modulen. Die Gebäude sind mit einem sekundären
Satteldach versetzt. Die Dauer der Montage vor Ort beträgt nur ein bis zwei Wochen!
Ein ein wenig spezielles Projekt waren die Häuser in der
Brookkehre Str. Das Projekt umfasste sieben Häuser, die
im Gegensatz zu den anderen eine spezifische Ausführung haben. Die Häuser “Brookkehre” sind größer als
andere Realisierungen, jedes ist aus 43 Modulen zusammengesetzt. Das Erdgeschoss und das 1. Stockwerk sind
in 4 Wohneinheiten aufgeteilt, das 2. Stockwerk in 2. In
jeder Wohneinheit sind drei eigenständige Zimmer mit
einem gemeinsamen WC und Badezimmer.
Die Anzahl von erstellten Projekten und ihre schnelle
Realisierung beweist, dass die Gesellschaft KOMA schnell
auf die Erhöhte Nachfrage reagieren kann und dass sie
fähig ist Bauten zu liefern, die nicht nur die Anforderungen des Investors erfüllen, aber in denen man auch gut
leben und die Zeit verbringen kann.

Český modulární pavilon z produkce KOMA zažil
na letošním EXPO v Milánu mimořádný úspěch.
Italská média pavilon ještě před zahájením Světové
výstavy zařadila mezi pět pavilonů, které stojí za návštěvu. Pavilon je podle hodnocení návštěvníků také
nejpohodovější a druhý nejkrásnější v noci, oceněna
byla i střešní zahrada a přátelskost k dětem. Jak se
na úspěch pavilonu dívají ti, kteří mu byli nejblíž?

Česká republika chtěla na EXPO 2015 Milán
představit to nejlepší, co může nabídnout k tématu
„Potraviny pro planetu, energie pro život“ nejen
ve vnitřní expozici, ale i vlastní stavbou pavilonu.
Modulární stavební systém společnosti KOMA obohacený o řadu původních inovací umožnil vybudovat elegantní galerijní palác, aniž by byly dotčeny
výhody modulární stavby, jako je rychlost výstavby,
nízká energetická náročnost či přizpůsobivost.

Jsme rádi, že se nám podařilo realizovat téměř beze
změny koncept, s nímž jsme vyhráli soutěž. Za to
patří velký dík vedení společnosti KOMA. Jsme rádi,
že pavilon bude po skončení EXPO navrácen zpět
do Vizovic, kde se stane součástí výrobního areálu
firmy. Z pavilonu se stane hlavní článek Centra pro
modulární architekturu KOMA, což nám přijde jako
zcela logické.

Celkově hodnotím českou účast na Expo Milán 2015
za zdařilou ukázku toho, čím je Česko dnes. Dramaturgie generálního komisaře Jiřího F. Potužníka
prezentuje Českou republiku pouze tím, čím je dnes
v umění, vědě i technologiích. Po architektonické
stránce se představujeme progresivní technologií modulárních staveb, technologií ekologickou,
obnovitelnou. Věřím, že objekt pavilonu se stane
pro dodavatelskou firmu KOMA po návratu do Čech
vpravdě kultovním administrativním centrem.

Pavilon je z architektonického hlediska jednoduchý
a harmonický. Důležitým bodem v rozhodování
komise byla i jeho recyklovatelnost. Původně z něj
měla být mateřská školka, ale i současnému rozhodnutí využití pavilonu jako administrativní budovy
KOMA s výstavou historie EXPO tleskám. Pozitivně
hodnotím to, že modulární stavba měla tak inspirativní vnitřní prostor, na němž nebylo na první
pohled patrné, že se jedná o čistě technické řešení.
The Czech modular pavilion by KOMA has been
an extraordinary success at this year’s EXPO in
Milan. Even before the start of the world fair, Italian
media included it among the five pavilions worth
visiting. The pavilion was also highly rated for its
roof garden and child-friendly character. How is the
pavilion’s success viewed by those who were closely
connected with it?
Jiří F. Potužník – General Commissioner for
EXPO
At EXPO 2015, the Czech Republic wanted to
present the best the country can offer in connection
with the theme “Feeding the Planet, Ene argy for
Life” not only by the exhibition inside the pavilion
but also by the pavilion itself. The KOMA modular
construction system, enhanced by a number of
original innovations, made it possible to build an
elegant palace without sacrificing advantages such
as the speed, low energy demands and adaptability
of its construction.

We are glad that we managed to realize, with hardly
any changes, the concept with which we won the
competition. For that we are grateful to KOMA’s management. We are glad that after EXPO the pavilion
will return to Vizovice, where it will become part of
the company’s premises. The pavilion will become
the main element in the KOMA Center for Modular
Architecture, which we think makes perfect sense.

In general, I see the Czech participation at EXPO
Milan 2015 as a successful example of what the
Czech Republic is today. The program of General
Commissioner presents the Czech Republic by
what the country can offer in terms of arts, science
and technologies. When it comes to architecture,
we present the progressive technology of modular
buildings. I believe that following its return to the
Czech Republic, the pavilion will be a most iconic
administrative center for its supplier, KOMA.

From the architectural point of view, the pavilion is
simple and harmonic. An important aspect in the
commission’s decision-making was also its recyclability. Originally, it was to be used as a pre-school,
but I applaud the current decision to turn it into
a KOMA administrative building with an exhibition
dedicated to the history of EXPO fairs. What I see as
positive about the modular building is that it provided an inspirational inner space without giving
away its purely technical solution.

Bausysteme der Gesellschaft KOMA bereichert durch
eine Reihe von ursprünglichen Innovationen ermöglichten es, einen eleganten Galerie-Palast zu erbauen,
ohne das seine Vorteile aufgehoben werden, wie die
Schnelligkeit, niedriger Energie-Anspruch oder die
Anpassungsfähigkeit des Baus.

Allgemein werte ich die tschechische Teilnahme an der
EXPO Mailand 2015 als gelungenes Beispiel dessen,
was Tschechien heute ist. Die Dramaturgie des Generalkommisars präsentiert die Tschechische Republik nur
damit, was sie heute in der Kunst, Wissenschaft und
Technologie darstellt. Von der architektonischen Seite
repräsentiert sie sich durch progressive Technologie
der Modular-Bauten. Ich glaube, dass das Objekt des
Pavillons nach seiner Rückkehr nach Tschechien ein
administratives Kult-Zentrum für die Lieferanten Firma
KOMA sein wird.

Der Pavillon ist aus architektonischer Sicht einfach und
harmonisch. Ein wichtiger Punkt bei der Entscheidung
Ing. Architekt Ondřej Chybík (Chybík Krištof AA) – der Kommission war auch seine Wiederverwertbarkeit.

Ursprünglich sollte aus ihm ein Kindergarten werden,
aber auch der momentanen Entscheidung den Pavillon
Wir sind froh, dass wir fast ohne Veränderungen das
Konzept realisieren konnten, mit dem wir den Wettals Administrativ-Gebäude von KOMA mit Ausstellung
bewerb gewannen. Ein großer Dank geht dabei an die
über die Geschichte der EXPO stimme ich zu. Ich beGesellschaft KOMA. Wir sind froh, dass der Pavillon
werte auch das positiv, dass der Modular-Bau so einen
nach dem Ende der EXPO wieder nach Vizovice zuinspirativen Innenraum hatte, bei dem auf den ersten
rückgegeben wird, wo er zum Bestandteil des HerstelBlick zu sehen war, dass es sich um eine rein technische
lungsareals der Firma wird. Aus dem Pavillon wird ein Lösung handelt.
Hauptbestandteil für das Zentrum der Modular-Architektur KOMA, was uns als völlig logisch erscheint.

Zlínského kraje. Toto ocenění převzal pan Martinec
z rukou předsedy představenstva Rudolfa Chmelaře
v rámci vyhlášení ankety Podnikatel Zlínského kraje.
The Association of Entrepreneurs of the Zlín Region
recognized KOMA’s director, Stanislav Martinec,
for his extraordinary promotion of the Zlín Region.
Martinec received the award, as the results of
the Entrepreneur of the Zlín Region survey were
announced.
Cenu za rozvoj a zviditelnění Zlínského kraje si
Stanislav Martinec vysloužil jak svým moderním,
inovativním přístupem k vedení KOMA, tak i díky
výborné reprezentaci České republiky a konkrétně
Zlínského kraje na letošní světové výstavě EXPO
v italském Milánu, kde KOMA jako generální
dodavatel poskytovala náš národní pavilon.
Stanislav Martinec got the Award for the Development
and Increasing the Visibility of the Zlín Region thanks
to the great representation of the Czech Republic
and the Zlín Region, especially at this year’s EXPO
world fair in Milan, Italy, where KOMA as the general
contractor provided the Czech national pavilion.

Region gewürdigt
Die Vereinigung der Unternehmer der Zliner Region
würdigte den KOMA Direktor Stanislav Martinec, für
seine außerordentliche Propaganda der Zliner Region.
Diese Anerkennung übernahm Herr Martinec im
Rahmen der Verkündung der Umfrage Unternehmer
der Zliner Region.
Den Preis für die Entwicklung und die Werbung für
die Zliner Region verdiente sich Stanislav Martinec
dank seiner ausgezeichneten Repräsentation der
Tschechischen Republik und konkret der Zliner
Region auf der diesjährigen EXPO Weltausstellung im
italienischen Mailand.

Důsledky babyboomu se přesouvají z mateřských
škol do základních, jež potřebují navýšit kapacitu.
Jedním takovým příkladem je i ZŠ v Sulicích. Obec
potřebovala vyřešit prostory v rekordním čase – od
vypsání výběrového řízení do otevření školy 1. září
uběhly pouhé 4 měsíce. Společnost KOMA díky
svým zkušenostem výběrové řízení vyhrála a stala se
generálním dodavatelem stavby.
Children born in the baby boom are moving from
kindergartens to elementary schools, which has resulted in the need to increase their capacity. One such
example is Sulice Elementary School. The town needed to resolve the capacity shortage of its educational
facilities in record time Thanks to its experience, the
KOMA Company won the tender and became the
general construction contractor.
Die Folgen des Babybooms verschieben sich von den
Kindergärten auf die Grundschulen, die ihre Kapazität erhöhen müssen. Ein solches Beispiel ist auch die
Grundschule in Sulice. Die Gemeinde musste die Räumlichkeiten in Rekordzeit lösen. Die Gesellschaft KOMA
gewann das Auswahlverfahren dank ihren Erfahrungen
und wurde zum Hauptlieferanten des Baus.
The new school building, made up of 20 standard
modules, offers 360 sq. meters of floor space. Apart
from two classrooms, the single-storey building contains a teachers’ room, cafeteria with a small kitchen
for issuing meals, as well as the necessary restrooms.
Das Gebäude aus 20 Standardmodulen bietet den
Schülern Raum von 360 m2. Im Erdgeschoss-Gebäude
ist außer zwei Klassenzimmern ein Flur, ein Kabinett,
eine Schulküche und Essensausgabe und auch nötiges
Sozialumfeld.

for Development

Diakonie für die Entwicklung
The massive migration waves around the world,
caused by war conflicts and natural disasters, requires
a quick response. That is why KOMA Space supports
victims of conflicts directly on the spot. The partner
of KOMA Space in providing development aid is the
Czech non-profit organization DIACONIA ECCB - Center for Humanitarian and Development Aid. KOMA
and Diaconia have concluded a contract for long-term cooperation within the “KOMA and Diaconia
for Development” program, whose aim is to increase
the capacity of humanitarian organizations and local
administrations outside the EU. Due to the volatile
political situation and growing crisis in Ukraine, the
first joint project is the social facility in the vicinity of
Kiev, which will provide refugees with children not
only a roof over their head, but also a much needed
environment for development and work. To provide
this aid, our sister company KOMA Space utilizes the
principle of free rental of the structure, which is later
handed over to a humanitarian organization.
Die massive Migration auf der Welt, hervorgerufen
durch Kriegskonflikte oder Naturkatastrophen, erfordert die Notwendigkeit schneller Reaktionen. Deshalb
unterstützt die Gesellschaft KOMA Space die Opfer
der Konflikte direkt vor Ort. Partner von KOMA Space
bei der Realisierung von Entwicklungshilfe ist die
tschechische gemeinnützige Organisation DIAKONIE
ČCE - Zentrum für humanitäre Entwicklungshilfe.
Die Gesellschaft KOMA schloss mit der Diakonie einen
Vertrag über langzeitige Zusammenarbeit im Programm “KOMA mit der Diakonie für die Entwicklung”,
dessen Ziel die Verstärkung der Kapazitäten der
humanitären Organisationen und örtlicher Selbstverwaltungen außerhalb der EU-Gebiete ist. Wegen der
unstabilen politischen Situation und der eskalierenden Krise in der Ukraine ist das erste gemeinsame
Projekt ein Objekt für soziale Nutzung in der Nähe
Kiews, das den Flüchtlingsfamilien mit Kindern nicht
nur ein Obdach gewährt, sondern auch die nötige
Umgebung für die Entwicklung und Arbeit.

kromě dvou tříd chodba, kabinet, jídelna a výdejna
jídla i potřebné sociální zázemí.
3/ Společenská odpovědnost firem
– KOMA s Diakonií pro rozvoj
Masivní migrace ve světě, vyvolaná válečnými
konflikty či přírodními katastrofami, vyžaduje
nutnost rychlé reakce. Proto společnost KOMA Space
podporuje oběti konfliktů přímo v místě vzniku
problému. Partnerem KOMA Space při realizaci
rozvojové pomoci je česká nezisková organizace
DIAKONIE ČCE – Středisko humanitární rozvojové
pomoci. Společnost KOMA uzavřela s Diakonií
smlouvu o dlouhodobé spolupráci v programu
„KOMA s Diakonií pro rozvoj“, jehož cílem je
posilování kapacit humanitárních organizací
a místních samospráv mimo území EU. Vzhledem
k nestabilní politické situaci a eskalující krizi na
Ukrajině je prvním společným projektem objekt pro
sociální využití v blízkosti Kyjeva, který rodinám
uprchlíků poskytne nejen přístřeší, ale i nezbytné
prostředí pro rozvoj a práci. Pro tuto pomoc využívá
naše sestra KOMA Space princip bezplatného
pronájmu s pozdějším předáním objektu humanitární
organizaci.

4/ Umfeld für die Europa-Meisterschaft im Hockey
V období od 18. 7. do 26. 7. 2015 se v Praze odehrálo
ME v pozemním hokeji. Šampionát se konal
v areálu SK Slavia Praha a jedním z partnerů byla
i KOMA Rent, jež dodala 5 modulů včetně vybavení,
oplocení, schodiště a kompletního servisu. Ve dvou
kontejnerech byly speciální komentátorské kabiny, ze
kterých byly zajišťovány přímé přenosy a vstupy do
zpráv Česká televize i Českého rozhlasu po celou dobu
trvání akce. 16 celků z celé Evropy bojovalo o postup
mezi pozemkářskou elitu. Naše pozemní hokejistky
získaly stříbrné medaile a postoupily do A série.
Mužský pozemkářský tým skončil na čtvrtém místě.
Oběma družstvům gratulujeme.
On July 18 – 26, Prague hosted the European Field
Hockey Championships. The Championships were
held at the stadium of SK Slavia Prague and one of
its partners was KOMA Rent, which supplied 5 fully
equipped modules, including a fence, staircase and
complete services. Two of the containers were used by
sports commentators. Live coverage of the matches
was broadcast from them as well as reports for Czech
Television and Czech Radio. 16 teams from all across
Europe fought to advance among the elite of field
hockey. Our women’s team took silver and moved
up to the A series. The men’s field hockey team took
fourth place. Congratulations to both teams.
In der Zeit vom 18. 7. bis zum 26. 7. 2015 fand in Prag
die EM im Hockey statt. Die Meisterschaft fand im
Areal SK Slavia Prag statt und einer der Partner war
auch KOMA Rent, die 5 Module inklusive Ausstattung,
Zaun, Treppe und dem kompletten Service lieferte. In
zwei Containern waren spezielle- KommentatorrenKabinen, von denen aus Live-Übertragungen und
Beiträge für die Nachrichten des Tschechischen
Fernsehens und des Tschechischen Rundfunks
während der kompletten Veranstaltungszeit gesichert
wurden. 16 Mannschaften aus ganz Europa kämpften
um den Eintritt in die Hockey-Elite.

KOMA Slovakia získala prestižní zakázku – dodání
první firemní toalety na Slovensko. Jedná se o veřejné
toalety pro Slovenské dálnice, jež jsou umístěny na
dálnici D1. První realizovaný objekt se zastavěnou
plochou 27m2 se nachází na odpočívadle Turčianska
Štiavnička. Jedná se o provedení Antivandal, kde je
všechno sanitární vybavení z nerezu, s automatickými
svítidly na fotobuňku, podlahovým topením a klimatizací. Ve stěnách jsou zabudovány reproduktory,
z nichž instrumentální hudba zpříjemňuje prostředí.
Pohodlné zázemí odpočívadel výrazně přispívá ke
zvýšení kultury cestování po Slovensku. Pokud bude
projekt úspěšný, má KOMA velkou šanci uspět v budoucím výběrovém řízení na další toalety.
KOMA Slovakia has won a prestigious contract –supplying the first company restrooms in Slovakia. They
are public restrooms for Slovakia’s D1 highway. The
first completed restrooms, covering an area of 27 sq.
meters, are located in the Turčianska Štiavnička rest
area. The restrooms are furnished in the anti-vandal
style, i.e., all the sanitary conveniences are made of
stainless steel, and they are equipped with automatic
motion sensor lighting, floor heating and air-conditioning. The comfortable facilities in the rest areas
have significantly improved the ease of traveling in
Slovakia. If the project is successful, KOMA will have
a good chance of winning a public tender for more
restrooms in the future.
KOMA Slovakia ergatterte einen prestigen Auftrag - die
Lieferung der ersten Firmen-Toilette für die Slowakei.
Es handelt sich um öffentliche Toiletten für Slowakische
Autobahnen, die auf der Autobahn D1 platziert sind.
Das erste realisierte Objekt mit einer Ausbaufläche von
27 m2 befindet sich auf dem Rastplatz Turčianska Štiavnička. Es handelt sich um die Ausführung Antivandal,
wo jegliche sanitäre Ausstattung aus rostfreiem Stahl
besteht, mit automatischen Leuchten mit Fotozellen,
mit Bodenheizung und Klimaanlage. Ein bequemes
Umfeld der Rastplätze trägt beachtlich zur Erhöhung
der Reisekultur in der Slowakei bei. Falls das Projekt
erfolgreich ist, hat KOMA eine hohe Chance auf Erfolg
bei zukünftigen Auswahlverfahren für Toiletten.

6/ KOMA unterstützte das Buch “Mit
dem Flugzeug um die Welt”
KOMA se dlouhodobě hlásí k baťovskému odkazu,
který změnil tvář Zlínského kraje. To je jeden
z důvodů, proč se rozhodla podpořit vydání knihy
„Letadlem kolem světa“.
KOMA has long embraced the Baťa legacy, which has
changed the face of the Zlín Region. That is one of
the reasons why the KOMA Company has decided to
support publication of the book By Plane around the
World.
KOMA meldet sich langfristig zu Baťas Nachlass, der das
Gesicht der Zliner Region veränderte. Das ist einer der
Gründe, warum sie sich entschloss, die Herausgabe des
Buches “Mit dem Flugzeug um die Welt” zu unterstützen.
V době od 6. ledna 1937 do 1. května 1937 provedl
průmyslník Jan Antonín Baťa s posádkou letounu
Lockheed Electra významnou obchodní cestu kolem
světa. Letadlo vykonalo cestu dlouhou cca 34 200 km.
Kniha je transkripcí palubního deníku mechanika
Josefa Engliše a beletristického deníku lékaře výpravy
Waltera Rechta. „Publikace ukazuje nejen obchodní
stránku cesty, osobnost Jana A. Bati, profily členů
posádky, ale také dokumentuje jedinečný výkon
československého letectví,“ vysvětluje marketingový
ředitel KOMA Martin Hart důvody k podpoře knihy.
Between January 6, 1937 and May 1, 1937, the industrialist Jan Antonín Baťa undertook a major business
trip around the world in his Lockheed Electra aircraft.
The book is a transcript of the flight log of aircraft
mechanic Josef Engliš and the journal kept by the
expedition’s physician, Walter Recht. “The publication
not only covers the commercial aspect of the journey and
profiles of the members of the group, but also documents
a unique feat in the history of Czechoslovak aviation,”
KOMA’s Marketing Director, Martin Hart, explains the
reasons for supporting the book.
In der Zeit vom 6.Januar 1937 bis zum 1. Mai 1937
machte der Industrielle Jan Antonín Baťa mit Besatzung
im Flugzeug Lockheed Electra eine bedeutende
Geschäftsreise um die Welt. Das Buch ist eine
Transkription des Bordtagebuches des Mechanikers
Josef Engliš und des belletristischen Tagebuches des
Arztes der Expedition Walter Recht. “Die Publikation
zeigt nicht nur die Geschäftsseite der Reise, die Profile der
Besatzungsmitglieder, sondern sie dokumentiert auch
eine einzigartige Leistung in der tschechoslowakischen
Luftfahrt,” erklärt KOMA Marketing Direktor Martin Hart
die Gründe der Unterstützung des Buches.
