this carefully decorated villa has breath-taking views from every corner of the property.

The interior of this Tuscan luxury villa for rent has been tastefully renovated by a
famous Italian interior and art designer to create a bright atmosphere, combining the
classical with the modern. Real Biedermaier furnishing complement original and very
rare empire paintings while comfortable large white sofas and handmade linen
curtains create a refreshing atmosphere. Separating the different living areas is the
original Gothic arch from 1100 when the first stone of the villa was laid. While the
sandstone floors, the walls painted in Venetian plaster pastel hues and the
sophisticated antique furnishings complete the stunning décor scheme; airconditioning, WiFi and televisions provide the comforts of modern living.
In the dining room a large table invites you to savour delightful meals while the
generous living room decorated with mirrors and a marble fireplace opens directly onto
a large terrace overlooking an ancient watch-tower. In the family room the lovely handpainted trompe l'oeil will delight the eye and in the modern well-equipped kitchen
guests can make use of the American fridge, the oven, microwave, espresso machine
and water heater.
The four individually styled bedrooms, three double and one single, each with its own
spacious bathroom, are all unique and finely decorated. The white hand-made marble
master bathroom is graced with a Jacuzzi tube. Other bathrooms include a Jacuzzi
shower bathroom and a Portuguese rose marble bathroom with more hand-painted
trompe l'oeils. On request, a small annex that sleeps two, can also be hired at extra
cost.
The furnished outdoor areas are decorated with handmade terracotta vases. The
