Konzentratform setzen sie um. Sie weisen einen hohen Pigmentgehalt und geringe Mengen an Zusatzstoffen auf. Dadurch lassen
sie sich gut verar­beiten, sind in den Beschichtungssystemen gut
verträglich, beeinflussen kaum die Lackeigenschaften und
ermöglichen eine hohe Produktqualität. ECKART hat ein Effektpigmentkonzentrat entwickelt, das diese Eigenschaften in sich
vereint: SHINEDECOR.
In the modern coatings industry, there is a strong demand for high
product quality as well as a focus on efficient production processes.
Pigments in the form of concentrates provide an answer: They have
a high pigment content and low quantity of additional ­substances.
Concentrates offer the advantages of high c­ ompatibility in coating
systems, low influence on the paint properties, and also easy
processing. This can lead to improved product consistency and
quality. ECKART has developed a range of effect pigment concentrates, which more than satisfy the above demand: SHINEDECOR.
SHINEDECOR ist löse- und bindemittelfrei; es enthält neben ­Wasser
nur geringe Mengen Netz- und Dispergieradditive sowie Ent­
schäumer und Rheologiehilfsmittel mit maximal der Wassergefährdungsklasse 1. SHINEDECOR erfüllt so alle Kriterien, um umweltfreundliche Beschichtungen herzustellen, entsprechend dem
Umwelt­zeichen RAL - UZ 102:
SHINEDECOR is free of solvents and binders. It contains only the
effect pigment, water and small quantities of wetting and
­dispersing additives, defoamers and rheology additives. These formulations have been designed to satisfy the relevant aspects of the
water pollution regulations. S­ HINEDECOR therefore, fulfills all the
criteria required to develop eco-friendly coatings according to the
Environmental Label RAL - UZ 102:

· APEO - frei
· Weichmacher - frei
SHINEDECOR ist in fast allen wasserbasierten Beschichtungen gut
verträglich. Es ist dank seiner Konzentratform einfach und direkt
einzuarbeiten, auch manuell. Eine aufwendige Dispergierung, wie
sie normalerweise bei Effektpigmentpulvern und -pasten unerlässlich ist, um eine gute Optik und Deckung zu erzielen, entfällt.
SHINEDECOR Effektpigmentkonzentrate sind in Silber, Gold und
Perlglanz erhältlich. Sie bieten sich für den Einsatz in ökologischen
Wandfarben, wässrigen Lederzurichtungen, wasserbasierten Holzlacken, wässrigen Industrielacken und Dekolasuren an und setzen
brillante Effekte.
Durch die Kombination unterschiedlicher Farben und Typengrößen
lässt sich eine breite Palette vielfältiger Effekte kreieren. Damit
stellt SHINEDECOR den Ausgangspunkt für die Herstellung ansprechender Lacke dar. Aufgrund seiner guten Verarbeitungseigenschaften bietet SHINEDECOR darüber hinaus die perfekte Grundlage für spielerisch-kreative Gestaltungen durch das verarbeitende
Handwerk und Heimwerker.

SHINEDECOR is very compatible in most water-based coatings.
These concentrates can be processed very easily – even manually.
The laborious dispersion requirements normally associated with
effect pigments, is reduced to a minimum, resulting in a finished
product with excellent optical effects and high coverage.
SHINEDECOR effect pigment concentrates are available in silver,
gold and pearlescent. They are suitable for ecologically formulated
wall paints, aqueous leather colorings, water-based varnishes
for woodwork, aqueous industrial and decorative coatings –
resulting in brilliant effects in all applications.
The combination of different colors and particle sizes produces a
wide variety of effects that can be created. SHINEDECOR is the
starting point for the production of highly attractive paints and
varnishes. It is very easy to use and would be the perfect basis for
new designs created by professional painters and DIY enthusiasts.
In der Außenanwendung verleiht SHINEDECOR auch Fassaden eine
glänzende Optik. Für dieses Einsatzgebiet stehen ebenso neben
den Farben Silber, Gold und Perlglanz verschiedene Feinheitsgrade
zur Verfügung und sorgen für variantenreiche Effekte und attraktive Gebäudeanstriche.
Die Konzentrate, die Aluminiumpigmente enthalten, verfügen
zudem über eine weitere Funktionalität: Sie reflektieren
IR-Strahlung. Durch diese Reflexion von Wärmeenergie können sie
eingesetzt werden, um einen interessanten Beitrag innerhalb eines
intelligenten Energiesparkonzeptes zu leisten.
Mit SHINEDECOR bieten sich unzählige Varianten für die optische
und farbliche Gestaltung von Effekten. Die Konzentrate basieren
auf Aluminium-, Goldbronze- oder Perlglanzpigmenten, so dass
sich silber-, goldglänzend oder seidig schimmernde Farbtöne
kreieren lassen. Dank des breiten Spektrums an Partikelgrößen –
von fein bis grob – ist von der edlen strukturlosen Optik bis hin zu
einem intensiven Glitzereffekt alles möglich. Darüber hinaus sind
in Verbindung mit handelsüblichen organisch pigmentierten
Abtönpasten dem Spiel mit Farbe und brillanten Effekten keine
Grenzen gesetzt.
Als Richtwert für deckende (Innenwand-) Anstriche empfehlen wir
ein Mischungsverhältnis von 5 bis 10 Teile wässriger (Innenwand-)
Lasur und einem Teil Effektpigmentkonzentrat. Der Zusatz von
SHINEDECOR beeinflusst die später gewünschte Applikationstechnik nicht; Spritzen, Drucken, Streichen, Rollen und Spachteln
sind problemlos möglich.
Incorporated into exterior paint, SHINEDECOR gives buildings a
brilliant appearance. For this application silver, gold and pearlescent shades in different particle sizes are available to create various
effects for attractive facade paints.
Those concentrates that contain aluminum pigments provide an
additional functionality: They reflect infrared radiation. This
attribute can help formulators, designers, architects etc., build an
interesting, intelligent concept for saving energy.
SHINEDECOR offers countless possibilities for designing optical
effects and colors. The concentrates based on aluminum, gold
bronze and pearlescent pigments allow the creation of silver, gold
or silky gloss color shades. Thanks to the wide range of
particle sizes offered – from fine to coarse – everything from a fine,
structureless look to an intensive sparkle effect is possible. Beyond
that, SHINEDECOR in combination with organic pigmented tinters
offer unlimited possibilities in the creation of colors and brilliant
effects.
As guiding value for opaque, interior wall paint, we recommend a
mixing ratio of 5 to 10 parts aqueous interior wall paint to one part
of SHINEDECOR effect pigment concentrate. This addition does
not influence the desired application t­ echnique; spraying, printing,
brushing, roller or knife are possible.
