This stand alone unit consists of a driving section for direct actuation of controllers and a GSM
data transmitter (Siemens TC35 / MC35).
Several additional functions make the unit very flexible and suitable for a wide range of
applications.
For instance in the detection of gate trespassing it would be possible to avoid calls or SMS
messages generated by entries and actuate instead a specific function (warning, alarm, time-out
etc) for every digital output,
Therefore the unit can be employed for:
driving of actuators for alarms, barriers, doors, lighting and heating equipments etc.
remote control and programming of surveillance equipment
peripheral data programming acquisition and transmission
peripheral data acquisition
data transmission and remote programming
etc.

Operation Features:
Direct data connection from and to HCU 35 allows transmission of a large amount
of data without use of SMS, which is normally reduced by the transmission rate of
the SIM card. Optional GPRS - service can be used.
Local (through RS232 interface) and remote (by modem) programming
Data transmission and programming password controlled
Battery powered internal clock which also allows automatic insertion of
winter/summer time and fixed and variable holidays

Changing state of an input allows dialing a phone number or alternatively
transmitting a SMS, according to the configuration
Each input can be programmed for
Dial a programmed phone number
Type of call (direct call or SMS sending)
Alarm level (alarm clearing at high or low input setting)
Alarm time (time to activate the alarm)
Daily alarm test time (direct call or SMS transmission)

SPI/DIO Digital IO Module
This is a very compact digital I/O module with 8 inputs and 8 outputs which can be driven by a
serial peripheral interface (SPI). Alternatively the SPI/DIO can work as stand alone unit for small
loads.
Each input or output can be singularly and independently powered or have a common power
source.
Driving of inductive loads like relays is diode protected.
