Goldratt Webcast - ''How to Get Results Using Critical Chain'' - Starts February 13
Realization, the pioneer in execution management systems, today
announced that any organization struggling to finish projects on time
should sign up for the ”Critical Chain Breakthrough for Project
Execution Managementâ
webcast to be hosted by Dr. Eli Goldratt,
who developed the solution for project-based organizations ranging
from engineer-to-order manufacturers to maintenance, repair and
overhaul facilities. There will be five sessions of 2.5 hours each
starting February 13, 2008, and running every two weeks.
”We have more than 200 customers using our Critical Chain-based
execution management system with outstanding successes,â
explains Sanjeev Gupta, CEO of Realization. ”For instance, the U.S. Air
Force Warner Robbins Air Logistics Center now finishes C-5 aircraft
maintenance 33 percent faster and is saving $2.37 billion in the
replacement value of aircraft. In fact, they won the 2006 Franz
Edelman Award for their achievement. By learning about Critical Chain in this series of webcasts, other organizations will
be able to see how they, too, can become more successful.â
In the webcast series, Goldratt will personally explain all the important steps for implementing Critical Chain and realizing
immediate results. He will reveal previously unreleased details of the Critical Chain methodology, from project planning to
managing execution. Of special interest to project-based businesses, Goldratt will describe a competitive strategy based
on superior project performance and show how to integrate improvement techniques from Lean and Agile methodologies
with Critical Chain. Attendees will also learn about the role of software in implementing Critical Chain.
The cost of the webcast series is $2,500 for one access link with no limit on the number of viewers per link. The
investment also includes OnDemand viewing between sessions, allowing different locations of the organization to use the
link at any time. There will also be the opportunity to hold an interactive Question&Answer session with Dr. Goldratt.
Various connections speeds are available.
To sign up for the series of five webcasts, contact Chloe Feng at 408-271-1719, email [email protected].
