Design concept
The general conceptual idea for the designed building includes an innovative mixture of traditional typologies and modern building design ideas.
The outer shape shows an abstract relationship to traditional
ornamental forms. Furthermore, the „skin“ of the double layered fascade interprets cultural ornaments of Iran.

shows a modern idea of interpreting traditional patterns.
The facade is constructed as a doublelayered shape. The exterior shape consists of rotatable photovoltaik solar panels.

The central theme is the realization of a variety

an ecologically sustainable air conditioning

graphic and shows a modern interpretation of
traditional patterns. The construction of the

Inside the building flexible units
are arranged for the required types of use. On the ground floor as
well as on the first level shopping
facilities are provided. The office
space is designed flexibly as the
concept allows the seperation
into individual sections. In respect of the apartments there exist
different variations: from small
units to more spacious maisonettes that are equipped with
balconies.

Im Gebäude sind flexible Einheiten für die erforderlichen Nutzungen vorgesehen. Im Erdgeschoss
und in der ersten Etage befinden
sich Shoppingnutzungen.
Die Büroflächen sind flexibel
gestaltet und können in verschiedene Einheiten unterteilt werden.
Die Apartments sind in verschiedenen Variationen entwickelt:
Von kleineren Einheiten zu größeren, mit Balkonen ausgestatteten
Maisonette-Wohnungen.
