The outer shape shows an abstract relationship to traditional ornamental forms. The shopping areas have petititions which reach over the groundfloor and the first floor. The office areas are flexible and can divided into different units of flexible sizes. The apartments are designed in different variations. From smaller units to bigger maisonette-apartments with seperated balconies. On the ground floor as well as on the first level shopping facilities are provided. The office space is designed flexibly as the concept allows the seperation into individual sections. In respect of the apartments there exist different variations: from small units to more spacious maisonettes that are equipped with balconies.
