3. Bei A Abdeckband auf 50 mm Länge entfernen, Nut A auf einer Länge von ca. 50 mm und Stirnseite der Nut mit Kitt satt füllen
(Kitt ist Beipck von EBM, Kitt ggf. durch kneten elastisch machen).
Remove protecting strip at A, fill up groove A and front side with mastic on a length of approx. 50 mm (mastic strips are
enclosed to sleeve; if necessary make mastic flexible by kneading).

5. Alle Verbindungen mit gabocom-Einblasmuffen EBM verschließen, dabei darauf achten, daß die Trennkante der EBM und
des KKHR ca. 60° gegeneinander verdreht sind. (Bitte bei Frost die Bauteile vor der Verlegung im temperierten Raum lagern).
Zunächst alle Verbindungsklammern der EBM von Hand aufstecken, erst dann mit Hammer festreiben.
Close all duct joints with blow-in-sockets EBM, pay attention that the separation edge of the EBM and the KKHR is turned
approx. 60° against each other. (In case of temperatures below freezing point, please store EBM inside building). Please put all
clamps on EBM first, before you fix them with hammer.
Fermer les raccords avec des manchons en coquilles EBM, pourtant sur respecter qui le bord de séparation les EBM et
le KKHR ne se ,trouvent pas l’un sur l’autre. (En dessous de 0° C veuillez stocker les manchons EBM au dedans à bonne

Ohne Unterbrechung der Kabelnutzung, schnell und wirtschaftlich. Weitere Kabelrohre wurden
ergänzt.

1. Beschädigten Rohrabschnitt heraustrennen. Auf Kabel achten!
Cut out damaged part of ducting pipe. Take care of the cable!
Extraire la partie endommagée du tubage en prenant soin de ne pas détériorer le câble.
2. Paßlänge aus Halbrohr herstellen. Kabel von Schmutz reinigen. Rohrenden F anfasen.
Trim a fitting length of split duct. Clean duct from dirt. Deburr duct ends F.
Fabriquer une pièce équivalente de tube en coquillages. Nettoyer le câble. Chanfreiner les extrémités F.
3. Bei A Abdeckband entfernen, Nut A auf einer Länge von ca. 50 mm und Stirnseite der Nut mit Kitt satt füllen (Kitt ist Beipack
von KKHRM, Kitt ggf. durch Kneten elastisch machen).
Remove protecting strip at A, fill up groove A at a length of about 50 mm and front side full with mastic (mastic strips are
enclosed to sleeve; if necessary make mastic flexible by kneading).
Enlever la bande de protection en A. Remplir la nervure A sur une longueur du 50 mm environ et le front de la nervure avec
mastic (mastic est fourni avec le KKHRM, en demande rendre mastic élastique par malaxage).
4. Bei großen Reparaturlängen Halbrohre versetzt montieren. Kitt nicht vergessen.
Split ducts shall be offset mounted for long repairing length. Don’t forget mastic.
Pour les réparations plus longues chevaucher les tubes en coquillages. Ne pas oublier le mastic.
5. Verschließen der Halbrohrhälften mit dem Montagegerät KKHRG. Anschließend prüfen, ob die Verbindung auf beiden Seiten
durchgehend ist.
Close both halves of split duct with the assembly tool KKHRG. Please check afterwards, if the connection is completely closed
on both sides.
Fermer les deux coquilles à l’aide de l’outillage de fermeture KKHRG. Ensuite veuillez contrôler, si le raccordement est
complètement fermé des deux côtés.
6. Alle Verbindungen mit Halbrohrmuffen KKHRM verschließen, dabei darauf achten, daß die Trennkante der KKHRM und des
KKHR ca. 60° gegeneinander verdreht sind. (Bitte bei Frost Bauteile vor der Verlegung im temperierten Raum lagern.)
