Die Ultrathan®-Stangendichtung Profil GC ist ein Kompaktprofil, das ohne Stützring eingebaut werden kann. Die
Dichtlippe streift aufgrund ihrer
radialen Vorspannung den
Flüssigkeitsfilm intensiv ab.
Dadurch wird bei Niederdruck
oder druckloser Bewegung der
Stange eine ausgezeichnete
Dichtwirkung erzielt. Andererseits
ist
der
hochfeste
Ultrathan®-Werkstoff auch in
der Lage, hohe Drücke problemlos zu bewältigen.
Die Hauptvorteile dieser
Dichtung sind:

Abriebfestigkeit.
• Unempfindlichkeit gegen
schlagartige Belastungen
und hohe Drücke.

The profile GC Ultrathan® rod
seal is a compact design which
may be mounted without a
back up ring. Due to radial interference, the sealing lip intensively removes any liquid
film. The sealing performance
is excellent, even at low pressures or pressureless movement of the rod.
The main advantages of this
seal are:
• Unusually high wear
resistance.
• Insensibility against shock
loads and pressure peaks.
• High resistance against
extrusion.
• Low compression set.
• Functions well in a pressure-free environment.
• Suitable for hardest working conditions.

P5008 ist ein Parker-Werkstoff auf Basis Polyurethan mit einer Härte
von ca. 93 Shore A. Er zeichnet sich gegenüber anderen handelsüblichen Polyurethan-Qualitäten besonders durch höhere Wärmebeständigkeit, besseres Verhalten gegen Hydrolyse und niedrigere
Compression-Set-Werte aus.
The compound P5008 is a Parker material based on polyurethane with
a hardness of approx. 93 Shore A. Its main advantages in comparison
with other polyurethane materials currently available on the market are
the increased heat resistance, the improved resistance against hydrolysis and the lower compression set.
Einbauhinweise:
Installation:
Die Dichtungen sollen in axialer Richtung Spiel haben (siehe Spalten
H und L). Bei der Montage dürfen sie nicht über scharfe Kanten gezogen werden, damit die Dichtkante nicht beschädigt wird.
Normalerweise können diese Dichtungen in geschlossene Nuten eingeschnappt werden. Bei extremen Durchmesserverhältnissen und
Profilbreiten sind Montagehilfen nötig. Konstruktionshinweise hierfür
liefern wir auf Anfrage. Das Führungsspiel soll H8/f7 sein. Am
Dichtungsrücken ist jedoch ein größerer Spalt möglich (Siehe Kapitel
A „Spaltmaße“). Die Dichtungen mit einer Profilbreite ab 10 mm sind
zur Erhöhung der Stabilität mit einem Stützsteg versehen.
The seals should have an axial clearance (see columns H and L). To
avoid damage at the sealing lips, the seals should not be pulled over
sharp edges during installation.
Normally these seals may be snapped into closed grooves. Where
access is restricted special assembly tools may be required. Proposals
for the design of such tools will be provided on request. Tolerance
guidelines H8/f7. At the back of the seal a larger gap »e« is permissible
(see chapter A „Gap sizes“). Seals with cross-sections of 10 mm and
above have a supporting annular rim to increase the stability.
