Kaum eine Metropole Europas ist in ihrer Baukunst so stark von Italien

Über ein arkadenförmiges Eingangsportal betreten Sie die Piazza mit
Schmuckgarten und einem Brunnen aus Naturstein. Das Haus ist mit
einer halbrunden Öffnung nach Süden ausgerichtet. Dies ermöglicht
nicht nur einen unvergleichlichen Blick, sondern auch viel Sonne und
mediterrane Verhältnisse in jeder Wohnung. Zudem verfügen alle Wohnungen über Loggien oder Balkone mit Zierkranzkonsolen. Im Erdgeschoss laden attraktive Terrassen und Gartensitzplätze zum Verweilen

and a fountain made of natural stone. The house faces the south with
a semi-circular opening. This not only allows an incomparable view but
also plenty of sun and Mediterranean conditions in every apartment.
In addition to this, all apartments have loggias or balconies with decorative panels. On the ground floor, attractive terraces and garden seats
invite on to linger a while. On the side facing the street, the historical
facades are clad in beige sandstone up to the crown cornice. All window-frames are made of profiled wood. The three metre high ceilings
in all apartments and extra-high coffer doors in the apartments make for
even more luxury (height 2.23 metres). Look forward to a noble atmosphere, the likes of which can only otherwise be found in old buildings.

Um das Fellini zu einem ganz besonderen Haus zu machen, haben
wir nicht nur in der architektonischen Gestaltung mit den Besten gearbeitet. Für das Interior Design haben wir den holländischen Designer
Eric Kuster verpflichtet. Er ist für seinen internationalen, luxuriösen
Stil bekannt und hat bereits für zahlreiche Luxushotels, Restaurants
und Celebrities gearbeitet. Vielleicht wird er deshalb in Mode- und Einrichtungsmagazinen häufig als „the glamour designer“ bezeichnet.
Seine besondere Handschrift werden Sie und Ihre Gäste schon beim
Betreten des Hauses erkennen: Ein imposanter, schwarzer Kronleuchter
empfängt Sie in der Eingangshalle. Seine ungewöhnliche Gestaltung mit
abperlenden Tropfen bildet einen filigranen Kontrast zur kraftvollen,
klaren Eleganz der Wände. Die Fußböden der Entrees und in den Treppenanlagen sind mit edlem Granit ausgelegt. In den Fellini Residences
wird damit jedes Eintreten und Nachhausekommen zu einer erhebenden
Heimkehr – und entfacht die Vorfreude auf die eigenen Räume.
In order to make the Fellini a very special house we have worked with
the best, and not only in the architectural design. For the interior design,
we have commissioned the Dutch designer Eric Kuster. He is known for
his international, luxurious style and has already worked for numerous
luxury hotels, restaurants and celebrities. Perhaps that is why he is frequently described as “the glamour designer” in fashion and interior
design magazines. You and your guests will already recognise his special signature as you enter the house: an imposing black candelabra
receives you in the entrance hall. His unusual design with rolling droplets forms an intricate contrast to the powerful, clear elegance of the
walls. The floors of the entrance areas and in the stair areas are laid
with precious granite. In the Fellini residence, every entrance and return
home becomes an impressive homecoming, and arouses the anticipation of being back in one’s own rooms.
