The VEGIS GROUP has been providing services to the
real estate industry throughout Germany since 1984.
Our over 130 employees provide a wide range of services. Success factors in our work are client orientation, competence and reliability.
The VEGIS GROUP currently manages and leases residential and commercial property portfolio of around
17,000 units at 63 locations. This involves property
valued at around 1.26 billion Euros. Annual income
from rents and building expenses amounts to over
44.1 million Euros.

The properties managed by the Group are spread
throughout Germany. This means that we have no
regional constraints.
For several years, property management has undergone
a process of constant change. The demands on qualified
property administrators are increasing all the time.
In the many years since our Group was formed, we
have become a strong real estate management partner. It has additional consulting partnerships with
experts such as lawyers and architects for support in
specialist matters. Through the use of special software, VEGIS is able to react flexibly to all its clients‘
requirements.
