Statement on suitability for contact with foodstuff
We certify that all our Virgin p.t.f.e. glassfilled molded and extruded products, made of 15 and 25GL resin, can come
in contact with foodstuff, as per the following requirement:
USA regulations (FDA, Food and Drug Administration, Department of Health and Human Services, Code of Federal
Regulations 21 CFR Ch. 1 § 177.1550 (a) (1) and (b)-Perfluorocarbon Resins.
The user must verify that the finished item, made of the am semifinished product, would be technically suitable for the
requested application. For each country market, where the articles are introduced into, it is responsability of the user to
determine whether both material than articles would comply with the applicable laws and regulations.

Bescheinigung zur Verwendung von PTFE - Produkten mit Lebensmitteln
Wir bescheinigen hiermit, dass alle unsere PTFE und glasgefüllten PTFE Produkte – sowohl
in der Granulatform als auch in der gepressten Form in Kontakt mit Lebensmitteln gemäß
folgend aufgeführter Richtlinie kommen dürfen:
„USA Richtlinien (FDA, Food & Drug Administration, Department of Health and Human
Services, Code of federal Regulations 21 CFR Ch. 1 § 177.1550 (a) (19 and (b)Perfluorocarbon Resins”
Der Verwender muß sicherstellen, daß das fertige Produkt, welches aus dem o.g. Halbzeug
hergestellt oder weiterverarbeitet wird, für die technischen Betriebsparameter verwendet
werden kann und darf.
Für jeden länderspezifischen Markt, in welchen die Produkte eingeführt werden, ist vom
Verwender sicherzustellen, dass die länderspezifischen Regeln und Vorschriften dieser
Märkte beachtet werden.
