1. Q: How to clean TIENS Health Mattress?
A:
a) TIENS Health Mattress may be dry-cleaned or
washed. However, as these are delicate fabrics
with needle-punched cotton within, washing
may lead to deformation of these materials.
Dry-cleaning is therefore highly recommended.
① Dry-cleaning: please do not dry-clean TIENS
Health Mattress with other colored fabrics to
avoid staining. Ironing at low temperatures is
permissible. We suggest airing TIENS Health
Mattress to allow complete evaporation of the
dry-cleaning liquids before use;
② TIENS Health Mattress may be washed with
water below 40 degrees Celsius. Please select
the ‘Gentle Rinse’ option of the washing
machine. Do not rub, bleach with Chlorine or
mix with other colored fabrics to avoid staining.
After drying, it should be flattened and ironed
under low heat.
b) The fabric and other materials of TIENS Health
Mattress will not fade with normal washing.
Minor size variations of ± 3% is considered
normal.

Trockenreinigung bevorzugt empfohlen.

washing?
A: Energy Star is sealed onto the woven cotton
fabric and is very durable. It will not peel off or
tear with normal washing.
5. Q: Can people with cardiac stents or artificial
joints, and other metal implants use TIENS
Health Mattress?
A: TIENS Health Mattress is surrounded by a
magnetic field of 400Gs ~ 800Gs, which is in line
with standard health-care equipment (it is a
requirement that the magnetic field of a medical
equipment be above 1100Gs). TIENS Health
Mattress will not affect metal implants. If in
doubt, please consult your doctor before use.
