Instruções sobre o pedido de inscrição em item no Master Vendor List do E&P
MVLOffshore ou MVLOnshore (MLVO/MVLOn)
É pré-requisito para encaminhamento do pedido de inscrição no MVLO/MVLOn (Master
Vendors Lists) do E&P, que a empresa solicitante esteja regularmente inscrita no Cadastro
Corporativo da Petrobras, com CRCC – Certificado de Registro e Classificação Cadastral –
válido na data da entrega do pedido.
OBS.: acesse ao final deste documento o link para as listas de itens que compõem o MVLO
ou MVLOn
O pedido para inclusão deve seguir estritamente os itens a seguir:
a) O pedido deve ser feito de forma individualizada, por item do MVLO ou do MVLOn
(material ou equipamento)
Para pedidos de inclusão em itens de disciplinas diferentes devem ser elaborados
processos distintos. Entende-se por disciplinas os itens mais gerais: 1 - EQUIPAMENTOS DE
PROCESSO, 2 - TURBOMÁQUINA, 3 - EQUIPMENTOS MECÂNICOS, 4 - ELÉTRICA, etc, que
demandam análise por técnicos de especialidades distintas.
b) Só serão analisados itens cujo escopo e documentação estejam estritamente adequados
aos itens do MVLO ou do MVLOn;
c) Pedidos que não atendam aos requisitos acima serão imediatamente devolvidos para
correção, mesmo que a pendência seja única;
d) Caso seja negado o pedido de inclusão, somente será aceito novo pedido para o mesmo
item e fabricante uma vez decorrido um ano da notificação ao mesmo da não aceitação do
seu pedido original;

5.1 - Descrição detalhada do produto incluído especificação técnica com
indicação de normas de fabricação, faixa de aplicação, principais materiais
empregados, desenhos de cortes com lista de componentes;
5.2 - Relação dos principais fornecimentos, informando necessariamente as
características específicas do equipamento/material, aplicação, nome do
cliente final, telefone e nome de pessoa para contato;
5.3 - Três cartas de clientes usuários finais considerando fornecimentos de no
máximo três anos, atestando satisfação quanto ao bom desempenho dos
materiais e equipamentos, prazo de entrega e assistência técnica pós-venda.
5.4 - Descrição da capacidade fabril da empresa, incluindo área construída,
principais máquinas e equipamentos, facilidades para testes, número de
empregados e capacitação do corpo técnico.
5.5 - Comprovação de adequação do sistema de qualidade mantido pelo
fornecedor através de Certificado Oficial com base na norma NBR-ISO-9001 –
2000 (quando aplicável);
5.6 - Sumário da política de serviço pós-venda da empresa, informando as
facilidades e recursos disponíveis no BRASIL para a assistência técnica ao
longo da vida útil do equipamento, treinamento de operadores, suprimento de
peças sobressalentes em tempo hábil e pré-operação assistida.
5.7 - Certificado de Produto para Telecomunicações, emitido pela Anatel
(quando aplicável);
5.8 - Certificados de Aprovação da Diretoria de Portos e Costas (DPC), para
embarcações (quando aplicável);
5.9 - Certificado de Produto emitido pela ANP para equipamentos e sistemas
de medição fiscal (quando aplicável);
5.10 - Certificado de conformidade para materiais elétricos para uso em
atmosferas potencialmente explosivas, emitidos por organismos credenciados
pelo INMETRO, nos termos da legislação vigente. Os materiais de origem
estrangeira deverão possuir certificado emitido por organismo oficial de
certificação (quando aplicável).
f) A documentação deve ser entregue de forma organizada, em mídia eletrônica na
seqüência dos itens acima.
g) O processo totalmente concluído deve ser objeto de entrega única, em mídia eletrônica,
diretamente no protocolo do Edifício Torre Almirante ou pelos correios no endereço a seguir.
Quando entregue no protocolo a carta de encaminhamento deve ser em duas vias, sendo
uma delas devolvida protocolada no ato da entrega. A carta deve informar claramente que se
trata de processo para o Master Vendors List Offshore (MVLO) ou de Master Vendors List
Onshore (MVLOn) do E&P.

GENERAL NOTES:
1) Whenever a Prime Vendor is mentioned, that Vendor is the one to be assigned
with the Purchase Order to that specific equipment. Technology supplier
(designer) is to be chosen, by the Prime Vendor, amongst those listed for that
device in the body of this document.
2) The fact of being included in this MVLO does not constitute endorsement of the
product and/or performance and does not relieve CONTRACTOR of its
responsibility for complying with the requirement of the contract for the quality,
conformance to COMPANY specifications and performance requirements,
adherence to delivery schedule, and provision of all required documentation for
the purchased items or subcontracted Work.
3) The herein under table shall be followed regarding to the Prime Vendor
selection for package units:

4) Information related to qualification validated on this list reflect the capability of
determined
and
pre-qualified
manufacturer-product
pairs,
where
the
"manufacturer" concept assumes a set of manufacturing installations subject to a
pre-evaluated management system. Therefore, companies’ movements such as
acquisition, manufacturer's controller company takeover will demand a new
appraisal of the manufacturer's capability, which adequate scope will be defined
by PETROBRAS for each case.
5) The below indicated Package Prime Vendors shall mandatorily acquire the
discriminated critical equipment which are part of the respective provided unit,
amongst the manufacturers listed in the body of this document for those parts,
following the herein under table.
6) All packages containing any of the bellow listed items shall select their
suppliers amongst those listed in this document as qualified for each one of these
topics:

NOTAS GERAIS:
1) Sempre que um integrador é mencionado, é a esse fornecedor que deve ser
atribuída a ordem de compra do equipamento específico. O fornecedor da
tecnologia (projetista) deve ser escolhido, pelo integrador, entre aqueles listados
para esse serviço, no corpo deste documento.
2) O fato de um fornecedor estar sendo incluído no MVLOnshore não constitui
endosso para seu produto e/ou desempenho deste fornecedor/produto, e não
isenta a empresa CONTRATADA e/ou SUB-CONTRATADA de sua responsabilidade
para com as exigências do contrato, no que diz respeito à qualidade, conformidade
com as especificações, exigências de performance, pontualidade na entrega e de
apresentação de toda a documentação requerida para os equipamentos
comprados.
3) Na tabela abaixo, serão considerados, para cada Unidade Pacote, o fornecedor
que deve ser considerado como Integrador do mesmo:

4) As informações de qualificação validadas nesta lista refletem a capacitação de
pares fabricante-produto determinados e pré-avaliados, onde o conceito
“fabricante” pressupõe um conjunto de instalações fabris sujeitas a um sistema de
gestão pré-avaliado. Por essa razão, movimentos empresariais tais como aquisição
ou incorporação da empresa controladora do fabricante, vão demandar uma nova
avaliação da capacitação do fabricante, cujo escopo adequado será definido em
cada caso pela Petrobras.
5) Os Prime Vendors de unidades pacotes, abaixo indicados, deverão
obrigatoriamente adquirir equipamentos críticos que fazem parte das respectivas

GENERAL NOTES:
1) Whenever a Prime Vendor is mentioned, that Vendor is the one to be assigned
with the Purchase Order to that specific equipment. Technology supplier
(designer) is to be chosen, by the Prime Vendor, amongst those listed for that
device in the body of this document.
2) The fact of a Vendor being included in this MVLON does not constitute
endorsement of the product and/or performance of that Vendor and does not
relieve CONTRACTOR of its responsibility for complying with the requirement of
the contract for the quality, conformance to COMPANY specifications and
performance requirements, adherence to delivery schedule, and provision of all
required documentation for the purchased items or subcontracted Work.
3) The herein under table shall be followed regarding to the Prime Vendor

4) Information related to qualification validated on this list reflect the capability of
determined
and
pre-qualified
manufacturer-product
pairs,
where
the
"manufacturer" concept assumes a set of manufacturing installations subject to a
pre-evaluated management system. Therefore, companies’ movements such as
acquisition, manufacturer's controller company takeover will demand a new
appraisal of the manufacturer's capability, which adequate scope will be defined
by PETROBRAS for each case.
5) The below indicated Package Prime Vendors shall mandatorily acquire the
discriminated critical equipment which are part of the respective provided unit,
amongst the manufacturers listed in the body of this document for those parts,
following the herein under table.
