LNLS HIRES RESEARCHER - X-ray Micro Tomography
The selected applicants will have to carry out their own research projects with X-ray micro
tomography, as well as to be involved in the project, construction and future operation of the
beamlines at Sirius, the new 3rd generation Brazilian Synchrotron Light Source and on the
operation of the X-ray tomography beamline at the current 2nd generation Light Source. For

Requirements:
Solid experience on synchrotron x-ray micro tomography;
Ph.D. degree or equivalent in Physics, Biology, Chemistry or a related discipline;
Experience with beamline design and commissioning is desired but not essential;
Language: Advanced level in English. Portuguese as a plus.

Salary: to be negotiated depending on applicant's experience.
