After-School Activities

Policy and Guide
Important Information
Secondary Athletics and Academic support begins
on August 8th and ends on December 16th. Activities
are from 3:45pm to 5:00pm. Academic support is
from 3:45pm to 4:45pm.
Students must obey the rules of the activity and
actively participate. Students who are disruptive will
be taken out of the activity.
Other Secondary activities begin on August 15th and
end on December 9th.
Siblings or friends not in the activity may NOT
attend, they must be picked up, or join an activity
and are not to roam on campus.
Sign up is done directly by the student with the
sponsor, on the activity date, on the first day of
the activity. The last day for sign up is September
2nd.
In case of rain, outdoor activities will be held in
the library or classroom and students will have
alternative activities.
Students attending After-School activities must
remain for the entire time and will only be released
earlier with a parent’s note.
After-School activity buses provide transportation
for students and are contracted directly by the
parents.
Secondary Athletics will be cancelled during SAAC
and Middle School Tournament.
In all soccer activities shin guards are mandatory and
cleats are not allowed.

Informações Importantes
As atividades esportivas e o Academic Support do
Secondary se iniciam no dia 8 de agosto e terminam
no dia 16 de dezembro. As atividades esportivas são
das 15h45 às 17h e as atividades acadêmicas são das
15h45 às 16h45.
Demais atividades do Secondary se iniciam em 15 de
agosto e terminam dia 9 de dezembro.
Os alunos devem seguir as regras da atividade e
participar ativamente. Alunos que não as seguirem
serão convidados a se retirar da atividade.
Irmãos ou amigos que não estão matriculados na
atividade deverão deixar o campus ou permanecer
na biblioteca.
As inscrições serão realizadas diretamente pelos
alunos com o professor da atividade no primeiro
dia da mesma. O último dia para inscrição é 2 de
setembro.
Em caso de chuva, as atividades externas serão na
biblioteca ou sala de aula e serão desenvolvidas
atividades alternativas.
Os alunos devem permanecer durante toda a
atividade, e só serão liberados antecipadamente
mostrando notificação dos pais ou responsáveis.
Os ônibus e vans para o transporte após o AfterSchool devem ser contratados diretamente pelos
pais.
Os esportes do Secondary serão cancelados quando
houver torneios de SAAC e Middle School Friendship
Tournament.
Em todas as atividades de futebol é obrigatório o
uso de caneleiras e proibido o uso de chuteiras com
trava alta.
