(b) Procedure and conditions
1. A request must be sent to [email protected] with name and address of the institution to which
the invoice will be issued, as well as the name(s) of the participant(s).
2. An invoice will be prepared by the TE2016 staff based on the registration info.
3. A receipt will be issued in 10 days upon acknowledge of the bank transfer.
4. A note must be sent to [email protected] with the names of the participants to be registered
under that specific payment or indication of invoice number.
5. The date considered for early-bird registration is the one indicated by the bank transfer.
