SixthMan Advisory board
The Phoenix Suns invite all season ticket holders to apply for membership to our
SixthMan Advisory Board. The Advisory Board is made up of a group of Season
Ticket Holders looking to offer their suggestions and feedback in an effort to
improve the overall experience of being a Suns SixthMan.
SixthMan Advisory Board Meetings:
Meetings cover various issues that are significant to the SixthMan Experience. Topics
include In Game Entertainment, Music, Promotions, SixthMan Events and other pertinent
topics.
Meetings also give Advisors the opportunity to participate in an open forum to cover a vast
assortment of topics.
SixthMan Advisory Board Members:
The Advisory Board consists of season tickets holders with various levels of seniority and
seating locations. Whether you have been a season ticket holder for over 40 years or if this
is your first year, we want to hear from you.
When will Meetings take place?
Meetings are scheduled throughout the Suns regular season and off season. Most meetings will occur on non-game days. As an Advisor your attendance for all of the meetings is
extremely important.

Your personal concierge to all things Suns. Your specialist will
assist with any questions or concerns, as well as help in setting up
amazing SixthMan Experiences.
NEW - SixthMan Early Game Day Entry
Your SixthMan ID card or your game day season tickets are the key
for Early Entry into Planet Orange. Enjoy shorter concession stand
lines, watch shoot around and receive game day giveaways before the
general public. Door times are determined by date and time of game.
Please check www.mysixthman.com for a complete list of door times
for each game.
Game Exchange - No Ticket Goes Unused
Returning for its second consecutive season is the SixthMan Game
Exchange. By turning in your upcoming tickets to your SixthMan
Specialist a minimum of seven (7) days before that game, you are
able to select tickets for a future game. Ticket locations will be based
on availability and exchanged tickets must be for a future game.
Unused past game tickets will not be accepted. Preseason tickets are
not available for exchange.
Games available for exchange are still to be determined. For a
complete list of available games please go to www.mysixthman.com

Free Scoreboard Message
Have a special event that you would like the Suns to recognize?
Birthdays, Anniversary, special moments or accomplishments can
all be displayed at the game on the Suns scoreboard. Submissions
are on a first come first served basis and must be received 48 hours
prior to game time.

Suns Seat Upgrade and Relocation Event
SixthMan members always have the best real estate on Planet
Orange. SixthMan members will have the first chance to upgrade
and relocate their seats at our annual event in May.
Suns Tip-Off 2010 and Draft Party
Join Suns players, coaches, staff and fellow SixthMan members
every season for the best parties and experiences on Planet Orange.
SixthMan members will be invited to Tip-Off parties, SixthMan
Speaker Series events, Draft Parties, Away Game Viewing Events,
Tailgate Parties and many more events throughout the year.
Game Day Upgrade Program
Take advantage of the best seats on Planet Orange. Every SixthMan
account will receive upgrade vouchers that allow you to upgrade your
ticket location. Tickets can be upgraded at the SixthMan Upgrade
Central desk located outside of Section 118/119. Seating locations
will be based on availability and your current seating location.
Upgrades will only be available on game day. We encourage you to
use your upgrades throughout the season and not waiting until the
end of the season to ensure each voucher can be used. For more
details please contact your SixthMan Experience Specialist.
The games eligible for exchange during the 2010-11 season will
be determined later. Call your SixthMan Experience Specialist for a
complete list of games.

Visit the Teamshop located inside the U.S. Airways Center to take
advantage of special savings for SixthMan members. Jerseys, shirts,
caps and much more are all available for every member of Planet

the season that can be used during select games to obtain additional

Suns and Valley Metro gives Sixthman

KIA SIXTHMAN OF THE YEAR
The Kia SixthMan of the Year program will recognize
Suns SixthMan members with season-long contests and
a recognition program. SixthMan of the month finalists
will be selected and recognized in-game, and the program
will culminate at the end of the season when the Kia
SixthMan of the Year is selected from the six (6) monthly
finalists. The Kia SixthMan of the Year program will have
a different focus every month to keep Suns SixthMan
members engaged and keep the program fresh and
relevant.

Email your Tickets
Now you can send your tickets to virtually anyone, up to 2 hours
before the game, via Ticket Forwarding. This service allows you to
email tickets to friends, family or clients when you can’t attend
a game. Simply log in to your personal account and select the
ticket or group of tickets you wish to send, enter the recipient’s
information and select “Forward.” It’s so easy – you don’t even need
to have the tickets in hand.
How it works
Each of your season tickets carries a unique barcode, ensuring
that they are authentic. During the forwarding process, the
barcode on your original season ticket is cancelled and a new one
is issued electronically. The recipient is sent a new ticket with a
unique barcode via TicketFast that can be printed right away. The
recipient will get an e-mail requesting they ACCEPT the tickets,
and enter their name and e-mail address in order to print the
tickets from their own printer.
What is the Fee?
Ticket Forwarding is a free alternative to other overnight delivery
and courier services. Now you can enjoy the convenience of this
new innovative technology that provides a secure alternative
method to ensure your tickets get used.

Donate your tickets
If you have season tickets that you cannot use or would just like
to donate tickets to a good cause, you can now do so quickly
and easily online 24 hours prior to the game. Simply log in to
your SixthMan Account Manager, select the ticket(s) you wish to
donate, and click “Donate Tickets.” Your tickets will be donated
to the team sanctioned charity via email at no cost!
Post Your tickets for sale
Can’t make it to a game? Now, you can sell your season tickets
anonymously to other fans by logging into your personal SixthMan
account. There is no fee for posting tickets and the process is
secure – simply highlight the tickets you wish to sell, choose
the selling price and the expiration date, and submit the listing.
Editing your posting at any time is quick and easy.
What happens when my tickets are sold?
Once your posted tickets are purchased, the amount of the sale
price is credited to you SixthMan account, less the 5% seller
fee. The barcodes on your season tickets are cancelled and new
barcodes are issued. The new tickets are then electronically
delivered to the buyer via TicketFast for at-home printing using
any standard printer, without the delay of standard mail.
What Happens if my tickets don’t sell?
You will be notified via email if your tickets do not sell before
your indicated expiration date. Your listing will be automatically
removed and your original tickets will still be valid for entry. If
you cannot attend the game, you also have the option of emailing
your tickets to a friend via Ticket Forwarding.

Ticket Information
How do I purchase additional single-game tickets?
If you would like to purchase single-game tickets during the regular
season, please call your SixthMan Experience Specialist at (602) 5145444 before you use alternative methods. Your Specialist is able to view
all available tickets up to the second that you call.
What do I do if I lose my tickets for a game?
If your tickets are lost or stolen, call your SixthMan Experience Team at
(602) 514-5444, and your tickets will be re-printed and put in Will-Call
for the party of your choice. Only the Season Ticket Holder listed on the
account can request ticket re-prints.
Does my child need a game ticket?
Children under the age of 3 years do not need a ticket.
How do I donate my tickets for a game?
If it is at least 24 hours prior to the game, you can use the SixthMan
Account Manager or contact your SixthMan Experience Specialist to
donate your tickets. You will automatically receive 100% attendance for
that game, as well as a letter from the Suns.
How do I put my tickets in Will-Call for someone else?
If you need to put your tickets in Will-Call for another party, you can call
your SixthMan Experience Team prior to the game to do so. Only the
Season Ticket Holder on the account can request ticket re-prints.
What if I need wheelchair accessible seating for a game?
If ‘accessible’ seats are necessary on a short term basis (no more than
3 games per season), you can contact Guest Relations or your SixthMan
Specialist and they will be happy to assist you. Their info hotline number

A representative will respond to you within 48 hours. Please note that
due to limited availability, accessible tickets are on a first-come, firstserved basis, and only the accessible guest and one companion can be
accommodated.
How do I get my playoff tickets?
As a Full Season Ticket Holder, you have the first right of refusal on your
seats for the entire playoff run. However, as a Half Season Ticket Holder,
you have the first right of refusal on your seats for half of the games.
Payment for playoff tickets is based on whether or not you renew your
season tickets for the upcoming season.
How do I change my seat location for next year?
One of the many benefits of being a Season Ticket Holder is the ability to
attempt to improve your seats every year. An upgrade / relocation process
takes place each May/June. Communication concerning this event is sent
out to all SixthMan Members towards the end of each regular season and
you must RSVP to participate.
How do I get into all of the clubs?
We offer a variety of club atmospheres in the US Airways Center. Each club
is exclusive to the Season Ticket Holders holding seats in those areas.

Account Information
If my personal information changes (phone, address or e-mail),
who do I notify?
Communication is the key! If you have a change in your name, mailing
address, phone number, and/or e-mail address, you can either: (1) Log
into your personal SixthMan Account Manager using your Account ID
and password and update your information; (2) Contact your SixthMan
Experience Specialist at (602) 514-5444; or (3) Provide us with your
updated information in writing and mail it to:

How can I gain higher priority with the Phoenix Suns?
The day you purchased your Suns Season Tickets, you made your
‘Seniority Date’ official. This is an important piece of information, as
it gives you priority over newer accounts when it comes to relocating
and obtaining additional seats. To find out your seniority date, call your
SixthMan Experience Team at (602) 514-5444.
Can I bring a noisemaker and/or poster(s) to the games?
NBA regulations prohibit noisemakers. Posters are allowed, but must be
approved upon entry. Though our fans are encouraged to cheer on the
team and be supportive, other ticket holders/fans and the players on the
floor must be given consideration.
Why does the Online Ticket Manager close down 2 hours before game time?
Due to the fact that doors open 1½ - 2 hours before game time, tickets
on the online Account Manager cannot be re-sold or forwarded by e-mail
at that time. This is to minimize possible occurrences in which two
different parties have access into the Center using the same tickets.

After I sell my tickets on the Ticket Exchange, where does the money go?
When your tickets are re-sold, the money goes into your Suns’ account
and can be used towards playoffs, your renewal, or any other form of
Suns Tickets.
Can I get my resale credit back?
Yes! At the end of the season, we can send you a check for your resale credits
you have acquired throughout the season. If you use your resale credit as a
payment towards your account, that credit will become non-refundable.
Can I get a refund?
The Suns do not issue refunds for any tickets that have been purchased.
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
How can I purchase a parking pass?
Suns Season Ticket Holders have a number of garages to choose from,
varying in price for the full season. For more parking information, i.e.,
price and availability, contact your SixthMan Experience Team.

Release of Liability
The holder of a ticket voluntarily assumes all risk and danger of personal
injury, property loss or other damage and all hazards arising from, or
related in any way, to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether
occurring prior to, during, or after the event, and releases the Phoenix
Suns, the NBA and their affiliates, agents, and employees (including
players and contractors) from any and all liability from, relating to,
or arising from such injury, loss, or damage. The National Basketball
Association, the Phoenix Suns and US Airways Center are committed
to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable sports & entertainment
experience. NBA fans have a right to expect an environment whereby:
• Players will respect and appreciate each and every fan.
• Guests will be treated in a consistent, professional and courteous manner
by all Center and team personnel.
• Guests will enjoy the basketball experience – free from disruptive
behavior, including foul or abusive language or obscene gestures.
• Guests will consume alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner.
Intervention with an impaired, intoxicated or underage guest will be
handled in a prompt and safe manner.
• Guests will sit only in their ticketed seats and show their tickets when
requested.
• Guests will not engage in fighting, throwing objects or attempting to enter
the court. Those who engage in any of these actions will immediately be
ejected from the game.
• Guests will smoke in designated smoking areas only.
• There will not be any obscene or indecent messages on signs or clothing.
• Guests will comply with requests from Center staff regarding Center
operations and emergency response procedures.
The US Airways Center staff has been trained to intervene when
necessary in an effort to enforce the above guidelines. Guests are
encouraged to report any inappropriate behavior to the nearest usher,
security guard or guest services staff member. Guests who choose
not to adhere to these guidelines will be subject to ejection without
refund, revocation of season tickets, and may also be in violation of city
ordinances resulting in possible arrest and prosecution.

Ownership of Seat Locations
The Phoenix Suns own and control all rights to seat locations for Suns
home games. Purchasers of season tickets obtain a license, in the form
of a ticket, to use the seat location designated by the ticket. This license
may be revoked by the Suns at any time upon refunding the purchase price
of the ticket. The Phoenix Suns retain the right to change Season Ticket
Holder’s seat locations at any time. This license is granted on a game-bygame basis and is subject to all rules, regulations and policies relating to
tickets as established by the Suns, US Airways Center and the NBA.
Season Ticket Holder and Accounts
The Season Ticket Holder is generally the person or business that pays
for the tickets, and that person or business is assigned an account. The
Season Ticket Holder must provide the Suns with the contact person for
the account, particularly in the case of a corporate account or partnership.
Season tickets should be paid for with a check or credit card. If a third
party payment is accepted by the Suns, such acceptance shall not give
the third party any Season Ticket Holder or renewal privileges, or cause or
require the Suns to change the name on the account.
Season Ticket Privileges Non-Transferable
Season Ticket Holders have no right to transfer the renewal privilege of
seat locations designated by their tickets to any person, whether by a
request to transfer the account into another name, or in an attempt to
transfer the seat locations or the renewal privilege described below by will
or trust, property settlements, transfers to creditors, or any other means.
It is important to the Suns to protect and reward longtime Suns fans
by allowing them to upgrade their seat locations, rather than allowing
Season Ticket Holders to transfer renewal privileges to others. Therefore,
any attempt to transfer season ticket renewal privileges to third parties
will not be recognized by the Suns and may result in cancellation of all
season ticket privileges. Any court order directing distribution of season
ticket ownership to a person not listed as the Season Ticket Holder;
whether in bankruptcy or otherwise, will result in the Suns exercising
the right to immediately revoke the license represented by the tickets,
including any season ticket renewal privileges, upon refund by the Suns
of all amounts paid for games that have not yet been played.

The Suns, however, generally recognize two exceptions to the above
prohibition. First, the Suns will allow an individual Season Ticket Holder
to request transfer of season ticket privileges to members of the Season
Ticket Holder’s immediate family. Second, if the Season Ticket Holder is
a business, it may request a change in the name of the contact person
for its account. A request to transfer season ticket privileges to a family
member, or to change the contact person or any other request for season
ticket renewal privilege transfer, must be submitted to the Suns in
writing, and must be supported by appropriate documentation (proof of
relationship, official letterhead, signature of authorized company officers,
etc.) satisfactory to the Suns. Requests for transferring ownership will
be reviewed on an annual basis by Suns senior management. The Suns
reserve the right to approve or reject any such request.
Season Ticket Renewal Privileges
In general, the holder of season tickets has an opportunity to renew for
the next Suns season, the seat location represented by the tickets. This
opportunity is a privilege granted by the Suns and may be revoked at the
Suns discretion.
Annual Renewal Mailing
Season ticket renewal forms will be mailed to the contact person on
the account. The exact payment deadline will be specified on the
invoice. Due to the time required to process relocation requests, meet
computer deadlines and distribute tickets, accounts not meeting the
payment deadline are subject to cancellation. If you do not receive
appropriate mailing within these time frames, please contact the
SixthMan Experience Team for assistance. If you do not contact the
SixthMan Experience Team within a reasonable time, you will be deemed
to have waived your renewal privilege and your priority in seat locations.
Once payments for season tickets are received, they are applied to hold
specific seats, and thus nonrefundable.
Distribution of Tickets
Paid-in-full season tickets are distributed approximately two weeks before
the Suns season. The tickets will be mailed to the address on the account.

Additional Seat Requests
After each annual upgrade and relocation event, additional seats will be
offered. We cannot guarantee the availability or location of additional
seats. Please call your SixthMan Experience Specialist if you are
interested in obtaining additional seats.
Playoffs
If it appears that the Suns will advance to the playoffs, Season Ticket
Holders will be offered the opportunity to purchase tickets for all home
playoff games, based on the Season Ticket Holder’s renewal for the
upcoming Suns season.
Lost / Stolen Tickets
Contact your SixthMan Experience Team at (602) 514-5444, and we
can re-print the tickets and put them in Will-Call under the party of your
choice. Only the Season Ticket Holder can request ticket re-prints.
Parking Info
The Phoenix Suns offer 5 parking garage locations convenient to the
US Airways Center:
• Chase Tower – 2nd St. & Monroe
• Civic Plaza East – 5th St. & Washington
• CityScape East – 1st & Washington
• Collier Center – 2nd St. & Washington
• Jefferson Street – 3rd St. & Jefferson
• Renaissance Square – 1st Ave. & Washington
If you would like to purchase a parking pass with your season tickets,
please call the SixthMan Experience Team at 602-514-5444. There are
also several uncovered ground lots available around the Center. Prices vary
based on day of week, time of game, opponent, and other events going on
downtown. Prices have been known to fluctuate between $5 and $40.

Game Time Changes
The Phoenix Suns will always inform you of game time changes. Watch
your e-mail inbox and check the Suns’ website to make sure you do
not miss any of the action! Always feel free to contact your SixthMan
Experience Team at (602) 514-5444 to verify game times.
Box Office / Will-Call Hours of Operation
The US Airways Center Box Office is open:
• Monday – Friday from 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (excluding holidays)
• On game days during the week, the box office opens at 10:00 a.m.
and will close at halftime of the game.
• On game days during the weekend, the box office opens at 12:00
Noon and will close at halftime of the game.
If you are unsure as to when the box office will be open, please call the

Will-Call Procedures
Tickets are placed in Will-Call in alphabetical order. Please refer to the
letters above the window (based on your last name).
• If you need to get tickets reprinted, lost your tickets, or brought the
wrong tickets to the game, please use the Customer Service window. The
representative will be able to help you with your questions or concerns.

• Please be advised that whenever picking up any tickets, you will need
a valid picture ID. You may not pick up tickets for another party, or use
any other individual’s ID to pick up tickets for them.
• If you need to change the name for tickets placed in Will-Call, please
call (602) 514-5444.
Team Shop Hours
The US Airways Center Team Shop is open:
• During the summer, Mon. thru Fri. from 10am – 5pm
• During the Suns season, Mon. thru Fri. from 10am – 5pm and
Saturdays from 10am – 3pm on non-game days
• Game days, from 10am – 3pm and when the Center doors open until
the end of the game
Concessions / Dining Options
The US Airways Center offers many dining options for any basketball fan.
The options can be found on either the ‘100’ or ‘200’ level concourses.
The concourses have everything from pizza and hot dogs to Chicken
Caesar Salad and Cold Stone Creamery ice cream. All concessions close
after the beginning of the 4th quarter, and no alcohol of any kind can
legally be sold during the 4th quarter. Any questions about in-Center
concessions may be directed to Levy Restaurants at (602) 379-7700.
Traffic Updates
The Phoenix Suns understand there are road closures and detours
that change daily. We will often send out an e-mail alert with traffic
recommendations. The Phoenix Suns Insider e-mail also has traffic
alerts to consult before the game. So that you don’t miss out on
these important updates, please call your SixthMan Experience Team
with any e-mail address changes. You may also seek advice from
downtownphoenix.com for other questions on parking, directions,
detours, or closures.

Wheelchair Escorts
For a wheelchair escort prior to a game, go to Guest Relations – located
in the Casino Arizona Pavilion across from Section 116-117. A
representative from Guest Relations will escort you to your seats. At the
conclusion of the game, a representative will meet you at your seats and
then escort you to an exit.
Departure / Re-entry
When exiting the main concourse, make sure your tickets are scanned by
one of the GSR’s. If you choose to re-enter, your tickets must again be
scanned.
Assisted Listening Devices
Devices to aid in listening to a Phoenix Suns game at US Airways Center
can be obtained on a first come, first served basis in the Guest Relations
area located outside of Section 116-117.
ATM’s
There are three ATM’s located around the US Airways Center. They can
be found in the Casino Arizona Pavilion, Bud Light Paseo, and outside of
Section 120, between the Team Shop and the Toyota Club.
Autographs
Phoenix Suns players make many appearances throughout the season at
various locations for sponsors and Suns events. It’s a great time to try
and catch the players for an autograph. To find out where they will be
appearing, check out Suns.com for all updates.

Lost and Found
The Phoenix Suns Lost and Found office can be reached by calling
602-379-2055. You may also call your SixthMan Experience Specialist
to assist, as well.
Additional Matters
These policies and procedures attempt to cover most situations. In
the event any issue or matter relating to the Suns season tickets is
not covered, or there is a question of interpretation of the policies and
procedures, or in the event of any dispute between the Suns and any
Season Ticket Holder, or any Season Ticket holder and a third party, the
Suns reserve the right to make all final decisions and determinations.
The Suns further reserve the right to modify any policies and procedures
upon notice to the Season Ticket Holder.
