Baked cottage cheese with chili peppers and oregano Ingredients 20M 4PAX Difficulty 3 dry chili peppers, crushed 1 fresh red chili pepper, seeded and finely chopped 1 cottage cheese 1 tablespoon of fresh marjoram, finely chopped 2 tablespoons of dried oregano Freshly ground black pepper (to taste) Rock salt (to taste) Olive oil (to taste) Preparation 1 Heat the oven to 220ºC. Brush olive oil over a small oven dish (large enough to take the cottage cheese). 2 Place the cheese inside, sprinkle with the dry chili peppers and oregano. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle olive oil over it. Bake until the cottage cheese is golden and firm when pressed, approximately 10 to 15 minutes. 3 Place the fresh chili pepper in a bowl and add olive oil, salt and pepper.
