Se você tem interesse de estudar com texto segue minha TÉCNICA PASSO A PASSO.
1- Leia o texto a primeira vez somente para se familiarizar com ele. Sem muito compromisso de entender.
2- Se o livro tem áudio leia novamente com o áudio.
3- Leia o texto mais uma vez e sublinhe todas as palavras novas para você.
4- Procure em um dicionário o significado em português se você for aluno iniciante ou em um dicionário em
inglês/inglês se você for intermediário ou + avançado.
5- Escreva a tradução em cima de cada palavra nova e anote no seu caderno também a lista de novos
vocabulários. (Sim anotar é importante e faz muita diferença. Pois você vai ter que ler a palavra e isso ajuda a
memorizar)
6- Agora leia o texto novamente. Note que a compreensão será muito maior e isso vai te deixar empolgado.
7- Se o livro ou texto tem áudio leia novamente em voz alta junto com o áudio.
8- Agora chegou a hora de fazer os exercícios caso o livro ou texto tenha exercícios. Cheque suas respostas!

5- A Dog
Barbara wants a dog. She lives alone, so she thinks a dog can be a
very nice friend.
She decides to go to a pet shop. Barbara sees the animals at the
pet shop and feels very confused. There are a lot of options.
She sees the cats. They are so cute and independent, that could
be a nice option.
She sees the birds. They are so small and she doesn´t need a lot
of space.
She sees the mice. They are very smart.
Then finally, she sees the dogs.
She looks at a gorgeous one, black and white. He is so cute and
has a friendly look in his eyes. She falls in love with it.
So she asks a man that works at the pet shop; “How much does
the dog cost?”
“Two hundred dollars,” the man says.
Barbara takes her wallet and gives the man two hundred dollars.
Barbara takes her new friend in her arms and says “welcome to
my life Nino, we are going to have a great time together”.
Nino goes home with Barbara. Now Barbara has the best friend of
all.
