Lillywhites is a sport retail brand that currently operates 10 stores in the United Kingdom, with a total turnover of £ 30 million in the year 2001, and it has been considered a non strategic business in the Group’s portfolio. The total proceeds from this operation will allow a reduction in Jerónimo Martins’ consolidated debt, of approximately 21 million euro.
