Dear Customer,
In order to comply with the requirements of the NR 29, regulated by Resolution Nº
2239 of ANTAQ (National Agency Waterway Transport), it will be mandatory to
submit the following documents for discharging and loading of dangerous cargo
(IMO) at Brazilian Ports:
Import
It will be mandatory to sent the documents below listed (scanned) at least 72 hours
(working days) prior to date of arrival of the vessel, to the following e-mail:

The originals of these documents must be delivered to the agent's office of HapagLloyd at the discharge port.

 ANNEX VII of NR 29
 ANNEX VIII of NR 29 or FISPQ
Remark: Failure to submit these documents may prevent the discharge and affect
the vessel operation. In this case, all costs will be for account and risk of
importer/consignee of the cargo.
Export
It will be mandatory to sent the documents below listed (scanned) at least 72 hours
(working days) prior to date of arrival of the vessel, to the following e-mail address:

 MDGF (Multimodal Dangerous Good Form)
 ANNEX VII of NR 29
 ANNEX VIII of NR 29 or FISPQ
Remarks: Failure to submit these documents may prevent the loading of cargo and
affect vessel operation. In this case, all costs will be for account and risk of shipper of
the cargo.
