NOTICE TO THE MARKET
BR Properties S.A. ("Company"), hereby announces to its shareholders and to the market, that its subsidiary BRPR XXVII Empreendimentos e Participações Ltda. (CNPJ nº 11.426.701/0001-03), has concluded, on this
date, with Statoil Brasil Óleo e Gás Ltda.("Statoil"), a non residential lease contract (“Lease”) for the partial occupancy of "Edifício Manchete", located in the city of Rio de Janeiro, state of Rio de Janeiro.
The Lease has a term of 120 months, and comprises 14,376.52 m² of gross leasable area, including 132 parking spaces.
