General Information
Hotel Information
The Roosevelt, New Orleans
123 Baronne Street, New Orleans, LA 70112
T: 504-648-1200 | T: 1-800-WALDORF
Check in/out times
Check-in is at 15:00, and check-out is at 12:00
Transport to and from New Orleans International Airport
The Roosevelt New Orleans does not offer a shuttle between the airport and the hotel, although
the airport does, which costs $20 per person per way.
However, if arriving around the same time as other delegates, a taxi is recommended. The cost
for 1-2 people is $33 and each additional person is $14.
It is less expensive to travel to the hotel with somebody else in a taxi, and it is much faster. The
Roosevelt is one of the last hotels that the shuttle stops at, so depending on traffic, it can take
up to two hours.
In a taxi, without traffic, it will take about 25 minutes to get to the hotel.
If you would like to book an airport pick-up service through the Roosevelt Hotel, please contact
[email protected] for more information.
Weather
Temperatures in New Orleans for the month of November vary between 13ºC and 21 ºC (55ºF and
70 ºF), and some rain is expected during the week. Please bring suitable clothes and consult the
detailed dress code information for each day.
You can find up-to-date weather information at http://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/4335045
