In a world wide access context, the geographical boundaries for software access can be broken for all Geographical Information Systems (GIS) users, in general, and environmental and health practitioners, in particular, where software installation, updates or operating systems constraints are finally deceased. Inevitable, this Web platform can also be used as an E-Learning tool for universities and research centers around the world that are eager and willing to learn and practice, with different spatial datasets, the latest news of geographical analysis approaches. Mainly, this research focused on the first software to offer spatial autocorrelation and association measures, spatial exploratory tools, variography, Ordinary/Simple/Indicator /Co/Trend interpolation Kriging, cost and uncertainty spatial analysis, point pattern examination, interactive help through Flash© technology, digital image processing, analytical basic functions such as buffering and network analysis, descriptive and inferential statistics in the World Wide Web. Projeto Nowadays, the key problem of statistical spatial analysis encompasses an expanding range of methods which address different spatial problems, from image enhancement and pattern recognition to spatial interpolation and socio-economic trend modeling. Each of these methods focuses on a particular aspect but what emerges is something that is clearly identifiable as spatial statistics, geographically raw data correlated by statistical methods. Since the space aspect of Tobler’s Law is the rule for Mother Nature rather than the exception, the classical and convenient assumption of data independency is in the line of fire and the most common statistical procedures must be rethought. The strength of temporal interaction follows the same principle too (the time aspect of Tobler’s Law). Hence, models that involve statistical dependence are often more realistic. Moreover, very few existing GIS packages have truly analytical functionality. In fact, there has been little progress in incorporating advanced spatial techniques into commercial GIS products in comparison to simple analytical functions. At last, every time any user wants to create, change, upgrade or customize particular features of any GIS, it is unlikely to happen because it does not follow a General Public License (GPL) open source strategy.
