E’ bene sapere che:
Prezzi: I nostri prezzi si intendono per persona e per notte, per
un soggiorno minimo di 3 notti, e comprendono: camera
con balcone, dotata di aria condizionata/riscaldamento,
bagno con box-doccia, asciugacapelli, tv digitale con canali satellitari, cassaforte, telefono, uso della spiaggia privata con ombrellone, 1 lettino e 1 sdraio, parcheggio privato,
noleggio biciclette, speed-Internet WiFi, servizio, IVA. I prezzi
contrattualmente deÀniti NON comprendono le bevande
ai pasti, la Tassa di Soggiorno dovuta all’Amministrazione
Comunale, il cui onere sarà a carico del Cliente, nonché
eventuali aumenti delle imposte di Legge. Le offerte speciali
non sono tra loro cumulabili e sono soggette a particolari
condizioni di volta in volta speciÀcate.
Camere: E’ possibile prenotare la tipologia della stanza, ma
all’atto della prenotazione non siamo in grado di confermare in modo impegnativo anche il piano o il numero di camera. L’utilizzo di apparecchiature elettriche personali nelle
camere è consentito solo se autorizzato dalla Direzione. E’
vietato fumare nelle camere e in tutti i locali interni dell’Hotel. Eventuali danni o rotture agli arredi e/o agli impianti verranno addebitati. Non si risponde degli oggetti dimenticati
o abbandonati.
Animali di piccola taglia: sono ammessi, ma solo in camera
e previo accordo (€ 5,00 al giorno, cibo escluso). Alcune
camere sono destinate a questo scopo. Non hanno accesso alle aree comuni dell’Hotel (come bar o sala da pranzo,
sala TV).
Check-In/Check-Out: Le camere, il posto spiaggia e il parcheggio sono disponibili dalle ore 12 del giorno di arrivo e
Àno alle ore 10 del giorno di partenza. Nel giorno di arrivo, in
caso di arrivo successivo alle ore 14, è opportuno segnalarlo
in Reception. Nel giorno della partenza, l’eventuale utilizzo della spiaggia ha un costo di € 12,00, e il parcheggio di
€ 8,00 al giorno, previa veriÀca della disponibilità da parte
della Reception.
Conferma Prenotazione: Riteniamo confermate soltanto
prenotazioni seguite dal versamento di una caparra conÀrmatoria di € 250,00 per camera, da inviarsi entro e non oltre
7 giorni dall’accettazione dell’offerta di prenotazione, a
mezzo boniÀco bancario o vaglia postale indicando tassativamente il Numero dell’Offerta di Prenotazione (...HP/16). Le
offerte speciali sono invece soggette a particolari condizioni
di volta in volta speciÀcate. La caparra vale come garanzia
di prenotazione e sarà nostra cura comunicare la conferma
dell’avvenuto pagamento.
Modalità di Pagamento - Saldo: BoniÀco, oppure in contanti
Àno al limite massimo previsto dalle disposizioni di Legge, assegni bancari personali, Pagobancomat, Visa, Mastercard,
tranne che per le offerte speciali (vedere a tale proposito le
relative condizioni particolari).
Annullamento Prenotazione: Disdette di prenotazione, arrivi
posticipati e partenze anticipate sono sempre poco gradite, per entrambe le parti, e soggette alle seguenti penali.
> 15 gg : Non è prevista alcuna penalità qualora la prenotazione sia annullata 15 giorni prima della data di arrivo;
< 15 gg : diversamente, in caso di cancellazioni sotto data,
la caparra versata non potrà più essere restituita, né essere
presa in considerazione per un altro soggiorno.
Arrivo Posticipato/Partenza Anticipata: In caso di arrivo posticipato o di partenza anticipata rispetto alla data della
prenotazione (dovuti a cause non dipendenti dall’Hotel,
quali ad es. condizioni atmosferiche non favorevoli), la caparra versata non potrà più essere restituita, né essere presa
in considerazione per un altro soggiorno e saranno addebitati tutti i giorni prenotati. La Direzione si riserva la facoltà di
addebitare l’importo del soggiorno non sfruttato alla quotazione di Camera con Colazione.
Pasti e Servizi non usufruiti: I servizi non usufruiti (spiaggia
privata, parcheggio privato, aria condizionata, noleggio
biciclette, ...) e i pasti non consumati, non sono rimborsabili.
Informationen und Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen
Preise: Unsere Preise verstehen sich pro Person und pro
Nacht, mindestens 3 Übernachtungen und enthalten:
Zimmer mit Balkon, ausgestattet mit Klimaanlage, Bad mit
Duschkabine, Fön, digitalem Fernsehen mit Satellitensendern, Safe und Telefon, Nutzung des Privatstrands mit Sonnenschirm, 1 Liegebett und 1 Liegestuhl, Privatparkplatz,
Fahrradverleih, speed-WiFi-Internet-Zugang, Service, MwSt.
Getränke und die eventuell vom Gast an die Gemeindeverwaltung zu entrichtende Kurtaxe, sowie mögliche gesetzliche Steuererhöhungen sind in den vertraglich festgelegten
Preisen NICHT enthalten. Die Angebote können nicht miteinander kombiniert werden und unterliegen bestimmten
Bedingungen.
Zimmer: Bei der Buchung können wir die Nummer oder
Etage des Zimmers nicht verbindlich bestätigen, sondern
nur den ausgewählten Zimmertyp. Der Gebrauch von eigenen Elektrogeräten in den Zimmern ist nur nach vorheriger Genehmigung durch die Geschäftsleitung gestattet.
In den Zimmern und in der Hotel ist das Rauchen verboten.
Eventuelle Schäden an der Hauseinrichtung und/oder den
Anlagen werden in Rechnung gestellt. Für vergessene oder
liegen gelassene Gegenstände wird keine Haftung übernommen.
Kleine Haustiere: sind nach vorheriger Vereinbarung erlaubt
(€ 5 pro Tag, Futter ausgenommen). Einige Zimmer sind speziell für Gäste mit Haustieren reserviert. Für Hunde sind die Bar,
das Speisesaal, Fernsehraum nicht zugänglich.
Einchecken/Auschecken: Die Zimmer, der Strandplatz und
der Parkplatz stehen von 12 Uhr am Ankunftstag bis 10 Uhr
am Abreisetag zur Verfügung und werden bis 14 Uhr freigehalten, eine spätere Ankunft der Rezeption bitte mitteilen. Am Abreisetag beträgt die eventuelle Nutzung vom
Privatstrand für € 12,00, und vom Privatparkplatz für € 8,00
pro Tag, nachdem die Rezeption zuvor die Verfügbarkeit
überprüft hat.
Buchungen: Die Buchung wird erst nach Eingang einer Anzahlung in Höhe von € 250,00 pro Zimmer als bestätigt, die
mittels Banküberweisung innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach der
Buchung zu leisten ist, unter Angabe der Nummer des Buchungsangebots (...HP/16) verbindlich. Sonderangebote
unterliegen jeweils bestimmten Bedingungen. Die Anzahlung gilt als Buchungsbestätigung. Der Zahlungseingang
wird umgehend von uns bestätigt.
Zahlungsweise - Restbetrag: Banküberweisung, Barzahlung
bis zum Höchstbetrag von den Bestimmungen des italienischen Gesetzes erlaubt, EC-Karte, Visa, Mastercard, außer
bei Sonderangeboten (siehe hierzu die jeweils geltenden
Sonderbedingungen).
Stornobedingungen: Buchungsstornierung, verspätete Ankunft und vorzeitige Abreise sind immer für beide Seiten unangenehm und mit folgenden Stornogebühren verbunden.
> 15 Tage : Keine Stornogebühren, wenn die Buchung 15
Tage vor dem Ankunftstag storniert wird;
< 15 Tage : wenn die Stornierung hingegen später erfolgt,
wird die geleistete Anzahlung nicht zurückerstattet und
kann auch nicht für einen anderen Aufenthalt verwendet
werden.
Verspätete Ankunft/Vorzeitige Abreise: Bei verspäteter Ankunft bzw. vorzeitiger Abreise (durch Gründe, die nicht das
Hotel zu verantworten hat, beispielsweise ungünstige Witterungsbedingungen) wird die geleistete Anzahlung nicht
zurückerstattet und kann auch nicht für einen anderen
Aufenthalt verwendet werden. Ebenso wird die gesamte
gebuchte Aufenthaltszeit berechnet. Die Geschäftsleitung
behält sich vor, den nicht in Anspruch genommenen Aufenthalt zum Zimmerpreis mit Frühstück zu berechnen.
Mahlzeiten und Service: Nicht genutzte Serviceleistungen
(Privatstrand, Privatparkplatz, Klimaanlage, Fahrradverleih,
...) und nicht in Anspruch genommene VerpÁegung können
nicht erstattet werden.
Information and General Conditions
Prices: Our prices are per person per night, minimum stay
3 nights, and include: room with balcony, air conditioning, bathroom with shower cabin, hair drier, digital TV with
satellite channels, safe, telephone, use of private beach
equipped with sunshade, 1 sun bed and 1 deckchair, private car park, bicycle hire, speed-WiFi connection, service,
VAT. Prices contained in the contract are EXCLUSIVE of all
beverages and drinks in the dining room, as well as any Local Administration Tourist taxes, which must be paid by the
guest, as well as any increases in taxes as set down by Law.
Promotions cannot be combined with other offers and include special terms and conditions.
Rooms: We’re unable to give deÀnitive conÀrmation at
time of booking of number or Áoor of the room, but only of
the type selected. The use of personal electric equipment
in rooms is allowed only if authorized by Management. All
rooms and inside areas of the Hotel are non-smoking. Any
furniture and/or equipment damaged or broken will be
charged to guests. The hotel accepts no responsibility for
objects left behind.
Small pets are welcome subject to prior agreement (€ 5 per
day, without food). Certain rooms are reserved for guests
with pets. Pets are not allowed in the bar or dining room,
TV room.
Check-In/Check-Out: Access to rooms, beach and car
park is from 12 noon on your arrival day and until 10 a.m.
on the day of departure. On your arrival day if you are arriving later than 2 p.m., please inform Reception. Use of the
private beach or of the private park on departure date is
subject to conÀrmation of availability by Reception and a
charge of € 12,00 (beach), € 8,00 (park), per day.
Bookings: Bookings are considered binding only on receipt
of conÀrmation showing the Booking Quote No. (...HP/16)
and a deposit of € 250,00 per room, to be sent by postal
order or bank transfer within, and no later than, 7 days from
said reservation being accepted. Special offers are subject
to other special terms and conditions, which will be communicated as and when required. The deposit is a valid guarantee of reservation and we will immediately conÀrm your
booking when payment is made.
Payment - Balance: bank transfer, cash up to the maximum
amount allowed by Italian Law, Visa, MasterCard credit
cards, except for special offers (see the relevant special
conditions).
Cancellations: Cancelled bookings, late arrivals and early
departures are a problem for all concerned and will be subject to the following penalties.
> 15 days : Our cancellation procedure does not involve
penalties if bookings are cancelled 15 days before your arrival date;
< 15 days : otherwise, in the event of cancellations made
less than 15 days before arrival, the deposit will not be returned or held for another stay on different dates.
Late Arrivals/Early Departures: In the event of late arrival or
early departure with respect to the dates booked (for reasons not linked to the hotel such as, for example, unfavourable weather conditions), the deposit will not be returned
or held for another stay on different dates and all the days
included in the booking will be charged to the guest. Management reserves the right to charge the unused stay at the
bed and breakfast price.
Unused Meals and Services: Unused services (private
beach, private car park, air conditioning, bicycle hire, etc.)
and meals not taken will not be refunded.
Informations et Conditions Générales
Prix : Nos prix s’entendent par personne et par nuit, séjour
min. 3 nuits et comprennent: chambre dotée d’air conditionné, salle de bain avec cabine douche, sèche-cheveux,
tv digitale avec chaines satellites, coffre, téléphone, utilisation de la plage privée avec parasol, 1 lit de plage et 1
transat, parking privé, location bicyclettes, speed-WiFi dans
tout l’Hôtel, services, TVA. Les prix indiques sur le contrat
NE comprennent PAS les boissons et la Taxe de Séjour due
éventuellement a l’Administration Communale; celle-ci sera
a la charge du Client, tout comme toute augmentation
éventuelle des taxes légales. Les promotions ne sont pas
cumulables et comprennent conditions.
Chambres : Nous ne sommes pas en mesure de vous conÀrmer, au moment de la réservation, le numéro ou l’étage
de la chambre, mais uniquement le type choisi. L’utilisation
d’appareils électriques personnels dans les chambres n’est
permise que si elle est autorisée par la Direction. Dans la
chambre e dans l’Hôtel, il est interdit de fumer. D’éventuels
dommages ou ruptures des ameublements et/ou des installations seront débités. Nous ne sommes pas responsables
des objets oubliés ou abandonnés.
Animaux domestiques : Les animaux de petite taille sont admis sur accord (A € 5 par jour, nourriture exclue). Certaines
chambres sont destinées à cet effet. Les animaux n’ont pas
accès à la zone bar ou restaurant, salle TV.
Check-In/Check-Out: Les chambres, la place sur la plage
et le parking sont disponibles à partir de 12 heures le jour
d’arrivée et jusqu’à 10 heures le jour de départ. Le jour d’arrivée, en cas d’arrivée successive à 14 h, il est opportun de
le signaler à la Réception.
L’éventuelle utilisation de la plage e du parking privé le
jour du départ, vous sera facturée € 12,00 (plage) et € 8,00
(parking) par jour, après que la Réception ait vériÀé la disponibilité.
ConÀrmation de Réservations : Ne sont engageantes que
les réservations accompagnées d’un versement d’arrhes de
conÀrmation de € 250,00 par chambre, en indiquant le Numéro de l’Offre de Réservation (...HP/16), par mandat postal
ou virement bancaire au plus tard 7 jours après avoir effectué la réservation. Les offres spéciales sont soumises à des
conditions particulières spéciÀées à chaque fois. Les arrhes
sont valables comme garantie de réservation et nous vous
communiquerons la conÀrmation de paiement.
Modes de paiement - Solde : virement bancaire, espèces
jusqu’aux limites prévues par la loi Italienne. Visa, Mastercard, à part pour les offres spéciales (voir à ce propos les
conditions particulières spéciÀées).
Annulation de Réservation : Les annulations de réservation,
les arrivées en retard et les départs anticipés sont toujours
désagréables pour les deux parties et seront sujettes aux
pénalités suivantes.
> 15 jours : Notre procédure d’annulation ne prévoit aucune
pénalité si la réservation est annulée 15 jours avant la date
d’arrivée ;
< 15 jours : sinon, en cas de d’annulation après ce délai, les
arrhes versés ne pourront plus être remboursés, ni être pris en
considération pour un autre séjour.
Arrivée Retardée/Départ Anticipé : En cas de départ anticipé ou d’arrivée différée par rapport à la période réservée (pour raisons indépendantes de l’Hôtel comme par
exemple, des conditions atmosphériques non favorables),
les arrhes versés ne pourront plus être remboursés, ni être
pris en considération pour un autre séjour et tous les jours
réservés seront débités. La Direction se réserve le droit de
débiter le montant du séjour non consommé au prix d’une
réservation nuit avec petit-déjeuner.
Repas et Services non utilisés : Dans tous les cas, les services
non utilisés (plage privée, parking privé, air conditionné,
location bicyclettes, ...) et les repas non consommés ne sont
pas remboursables.
