Welche Endverarbeitungsoptionen wünschen Sie?
Faltblätter
Ein einzelnes, bedrucktes Blatt, das gefaltet, laminiert, UV-beschichtet oder mit
Folienprägedruck versehen werden kann. Auch das Beschneiden des Blattes ist möglich.
Seitliche Heftung
Unterschiedliche Teile von Dokumenten werden mit Heftklammern oder einem Faden
zusammengeheftet, wobei alle Seiten des Dokuments vollständig erfasst werden.
Broschüren
Eine oder mehrere bedruckte Seiten, welche gerillt, gefalzt und am Falz geheftet werden.
Die Druckseiten werden so auf die Bögen montiert, dass sie sich nach dem Falten in der
vorgesehenen Lesereihenfolge befinden.
Fälzelbindung
Die einzelnen Bögen werden sortiert und gemeinsam mit einem vorderen und hinteren
Deckblatt verbunden. Der Buchblock wird mit Klebeband versehen, das sich am Rückenrand
auf das vordere und hintere Deckblatt erstreckt.
Festeinband
Die einzelnen Buchseiten werden auf Nutzen gedruckt, in einem Buchblock zusammengeführt
und beschnitten. Die Kanten des Buchblocks werden geschützt und bündig geschnitten.
Klebebindung
Einzelne Buchseiten werden auf Nutzen gedruckt, zu einem Buchblock zusammengeheftet und
schließlich mit einem flexiblen Cover verleimt. Die Kanten des Buchblocks werden geschützt
und bündig geschnitten.
Spiralbindung
Einzelseiten werden gelocht, übereinandergelegt und schließlich mit einer Spirale
verbunden. Es können vordere und hintere Deckblätter aus stärkerem Karton verwendet
werden. Verfügbare Bindesysteme sind unter anderem Draht- und Plastikspiralbindung,
Plastikkammbindung sowie Ringbindung mit 3, 5 und 7 Löchern.
