Abschließende Tipps
Sichern der Datei lservrc
Sichern Sie nach erfolgreicher (geprüfter) Aktivierung von SPSS Statistics die
Datei lservrc aus dem SPSS-Installationsverzeichnis, etwa
C:\Programme\IBM\SPSS\Statistics\21. Mit ihrer Hilfe kann SPSS Statistics z.B. nach
Neuinstallation auf der gleichen Festplatte durch Zurückkopieren in den
Installationsordner wieder aktiviert werden.
Neuinstallation eines bereits aktivierten SPSS
In seltenen Fällen kam es zu "Fehlverhalten" von SPSS. Dann ist die komplette
Neuinstallation sinnvoll. Gleiches ist notwendig, wenn die Festplatte neu
formatiert werden muss. Gehen Sie dann wie folgt vor:






Sichern Sie (rechtzeitig, am besten direkt nach der Aktivierung) wie
vorstehend in Abschnitt beschrieben die Datei lservrc aus dem SPSSInstallationsverzeichnis.
Deinstallieren Sie SPSS komplett über Start, Systemsteuerung, Software
Löschen Sie ggf. übrig gebliebene Dateien im SPSS-Verzeichnis.
(Eigene Daten- oder Ergebnisdateien sollten nie im
Installationsverzeichnis von SPSS gespeichert werden.)
Installieren Sie SPSS neu und brechen Sie anschließend den
Autorisierungs-Assistenten ab.
Kopieren Sie die Datei lservrc zurück in das SPSS-Installationsverzeichnis.
Zum Abschluss rufen Sie SPSS auf und prüfen das Verfallsdatum wie
weiter oben beschrieben.
Sollte wider Erwarten SPSS dann eine ungültige Lizenz melden und der
Autorisierungscode verbraucht sein, muss bei der Fa. SPSS ein neuer
Lizenzcode angefordert werden.
