Netzkabel/Netzteil
Zur Reduzierung der Gefahr von Brand, elektrischem Schlag und Beschädigung:
• Gewährleisten Sie, dass die Spannung der Stromversorgung dem auf diesem Gerät angegebenen
Wert entspricht.
• Stecken Sie das Netzteil vollständig in die Steckdose ein.
• Ziehen Sie nicht am Kabel, knicken Sie es nicht und stellen Sie keine schweren Gegenstände
darauf.
• Fassen Sie den Stecker nicht mit nassen Händen an.
• Fassen Sie den Stecker beim Herausziehen an seinem Korpus an.
• Verwenden Sie keinen beschädigten Netzstecker oder eine beschädigte Steckdose.
• Installieren Sie dieses Gerät so, dass das Netzkabel sofort aus der Steckdose gezogen werden kann, wenn

Netzadapter
• Der Netzadapter kann mit Wechselstrom von 220 - 240 V betrieben werden.
• Verwenden Sie einen geeigneten Steckeradapter, wenn der Stecker nicht in die Netzsteckdose passt.
Kleine Objekte/Verpackungsteile
(Plastikbeutel, Karton, etc.)
• Bewahren Sie kleine Objekte (z.B. Schrauben und anderes Montagematerial, Speicherkarten) und
Verpackungsteile außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern auf, damit sie nicht von diesen verschluckt

Transport des Gerätes
Bitte bewahren Sie die Originalverpackung auf. Um einen ausreichender Schutz beim Transport des Gerätes zu erreichen,
verpacken Sie das Gerät in der Originalverpackung.
Reinigung der äußeren Oberfläche
Verwenden Sie keine flüchtigen Flüssigkeiten, wie Insektensprays. Durch zu starken Druck beim
Abwischen können die Oberflächen beschädigt werden. Gummi- oder Plastikteile sollten nicht über einen längeren
Zeitraum mit dem Gerät in Kontakt sein. Nutzen Sie ein trockenes Tuch.

Nutzungshinweise

Schalten Sie das Gerät ein
Halten Sie die Funktionstaste (13) gedrückt, bis die Sprachen-Liste angezeigt wird. Wählen Sie mit
den Pfeiltasten
und
zwischen Englisch, Italienisch, Deutsch, Spanisch und Portugiesisch. Drücken Sie
zum Auswählen und Bestätigen.
Drücken Sie , um den Modus zu verlassen.
Video/Audio (MP3/MP4) via USB oder SD abspielen

Schalten Sie in den Standby-Modus (12)
Stecken Sie einen USB-Stick oder eine SD-Karte ein (wenden Sie dabei keine Kraft an und achten Sie
darauf, dass der Stick/die Karte nach oben zeigt).
Schalten Sie den Video Grabber ein.
Drücken Sie den Funktions-Taster (13), um zwischen USB und SD zu wählen.
Das System liest die eingelegten Speichermedien automatisch ein und das Display zeigt die Gesamtzahl abspielbarer Mediendateien an.
Navigieren Sie mit den Pfeiltasten und
durch Ihre Medienbibliothek.
Video- und/oder Audiodateien werden über den internen Lautsprecher des Video Grabbers und sein
Display, sowie über einen angeschlossenen Fernseher (oder ähnliches Gerät) abgespielt.
Hinweise:
• Ist der Video Grabber via HDMI verbunden, wird kein interner Ton ausgegeben.
• Das Gerät benötigt einige Sekunden, um das Dateiformat für HDMI zu berechnen.
• Manche MP3-Player nutzen andere als die herkömmlichen MP3-Formate. Diese können eventuell
nicht erkannt werden.
• Der USB-Port ist nicht für die Nutzung mit einem Verlängerungskabel ausgelegt und weiterhin
nicht für die Kommunikation mit einem Computer geeignet.
• Ziehen Sie eingelegte Speicherkarten/USB-Sticks nicht während des Abspielens ab. Dies kann
Schäden an den Speichermedien hervorrufen.
Aufnehmen: Videos als MP4-Datei auf USB-Stick oder SD-Karte speichern

Verbinden Sie den Video Grabber wie in Abbildung 2 gezeigt.
Legen Sie ein Speichermedium (USB-Stick oder SD-Karte) ein.
Wählen Sie den Entsprechenden Modus (= in diesem Fall den Aufnahmeort per Funktionstaste (13).
Drücken Sie
zum aufnehmen.
Wählen Sie mit den Pfeiltasten die Aufnahmewuelle (AV oder RCA)
Drücken Sie erneut , um die Aufnahme zu starten. Schalten Sie Ihren Fernseher / Videorekorder ein
und spielen Sie ab, was Sie aufnehmen möchten.
Drücken Sie Stop zum beenden der Aufnahme.
Audio-Kommentar hinzufügen:
• Nehmen Sie Ihren eigenen Audio-Kommentar auf: Sobald Sie während der Aufnahme ein Mikrofon angeschlossen haben, können Sie das laufende Video mit Ihrem Kommentar übersprechen.

Operation

Unpack all parts and remove protective material.
Do not connect the unit to the mains before checking the mains voltage and before all other connections have
been made.
Do not cover any vents and make sure that there is a space of several centimeters around the unit for ventilation.
Power Connection

Connect the DC plug (25) of the AC/DC adaptor to the DC jack (23) of the unit.
Connect the AC/DC adaptor (24) to the AC outlet. The standby button should light up.
Audio/Video in/out and HDMI Connection
•

Connect the 3.5mm A/V cable (27) from AV output (17) to your home TV which had AV input or connect the HDMI
cable (not included) from the HDMI out (16) of the main unit to your TV which had HDMI input same as below figure 1.
Alternatively, connect the 3.5mm A/V cable (27) to your TV Video in and audio out connect to your home music
center Aux in.
Connect the RCA A/V cable (26) from the RCA input (15) or connect another 3.5mm AV cable to encode source
device such VCR/TV for encoding same as figure 2
Setting the OSD language
The system can support 6 language of OSD text such as English, Italian, French, German, Espaniol, and Potrugues.
Select your favorite OSD language as below :

Press Power On/Standby (12) button.
Press and hold the Function button few second, the TFT display (1) will show the language list.
Press Skip Up / Down (10,7) button to select your descried language.
Press Play/Pause (9) button to confirm the selecting.
Press Stop (11) to quit out this mode.

Playback Video/Audio of MP3/MP4 file via USB/SD card
The system is able to decode and playback all MP3/MP4 which stored in the memory media with USB connecting port
or SD memory card.

Set the system at standby mode first by Power On/Standby (12) button.
Plug-in the USB pen-driver with the face up & make sure it going into completely or insert the memory card in the
direction of the arrow as shown in the label on top of the memory card slot. Insert straight without bending.
Connecting the USB upside down or backwards could damage the audio system or the storage media (USB thumb
drive / SD card). Check to be sure the direction is correct before connection.
Press Power On/Standby (12) button to turn on the unit.
Press functions button (13) to select “ CARD “ or “ USB “ mode.
The system will start reading the storage media automatically after connecting, and TFT display (1) will show the
total number of folder or MP3/MP4 files being detected.
Press the Skip Up / Down (10,7) button to select your file would like to playback.
Press the Play/Pause (8) button to confirm the selecting.
Press the Skip Up / Down (10,7) button to select the playing channel(HDMI or RCA).
Press the Play/Pause (8) button to confirm the playing channel then the unit will start to play your Video/Audio
through the TV and the main unit as well.
Remark : -- during operating the unit, every time press Play (8) button is confirm, press Stop (11) button is quit except further explanation.
Please Note:
• Due to system limitation, there was no sound output from the main unit when select the playing channel at
HDMI
• Due to system need few seconds to recognize the file format for HMDI output. Thus, it had few seconds Audio/
Video muting beginning of every track/file while playing HDMI output. • The system can detect and read the file under MP3 and MP4 format only though the USB/SD port.
• If connect the system to MP3 player via the USB socket, due to variances in MP3 encoding format, some MP3
player may not be able to play via the USB socket. This is not a malfunction of the system.
• USB port does not support connection with USB extension cable and is not designed for communication with
computer directly.
• Do not remove the media device (USB/SD) during playback as it will cause damage the USB/SD or unit will
restart.
• In Playing mode if insert another device the video picture will be pause around 0.5 - 1sec.
• Only English file name can be recognize by the unit and show on OSD.
Encoding the Video into MP4 file to USB/SD memory
The system is able to encode your analogue video/audio signal to MP4 format and recording at memory media with
USB connecting port (or SD card slot). Before starting the encoding, please insert the memory media (USB pen drive or
SD card) to the system & make sure it had adequate free memory size for recording and connect your playback device
refer to the above Audio/Video in/out and HDMI Connection section point 3.

Getting ready of your playing device for playback.
Press the Function button (13) to select the media (USB or SD) for encoding.
Press Record (15) button
Press the Skip Up / Down (10,7) button to select the A/V or RCA in for encoding.
Press Record (14) button again to confirm start to record and start to playback your AV device. During encoding,
the main unit display will show the video but no sound output.
Press Stop (11) button to stop encode.
Playback your encoded file follow the Playback Video/Audio of MP3/MP4 file via USB/SD card storage media
section.
Remark: -- You also can record your voice to explain the content of the video. Just connect the Microphone with
3.5mm plug to the Mic jack (19) and speak your explanation during encode and ensure the microphone was switch

off if stop to record your voice.
During encoding don’t take out the encode media or take out the power supply as it may damage the USB or SD
card.
As some of USB/SD card can not accept long period data transfer, suggest each encoding mode do not over 2
hours.
Encode PAL & SECAM system the video picture top & bottom side will cut out some picture due to the encode
format is 720 x 480 But PAL & SECAM 720 x 576.
Delete files
The system is able to erase the file stored inside the USB pen drive or SD card by following:•

Insert the media storage and set at “ USB “ or “ SD “ mode.
Press Skip Up or Skip Down (10, 7) button to select the file going to delete and press delete button (6), then system will ask “Delete this file?”, press Skip Up or Skip Down (10, 7) button to select “YES”.
Press Play/Pause (8) button to confirm, then system will ask again “Really delete this file?”
Press Skip Up or skip Down (10,7) to select “ YES “ or “ NO “.
Press the Play/Pause (8) button again to confirm your selection.
