This contract is concludet for an indefinite period , Condition, the contractor assists in a Licensed EBMAS- school
or work group.
There must be a corresponding license to be present or be sought by a running education.This must be enclosed
by a copy!
The contractor shall inform the members of EBMAS to a high standard and is aware that the members of the
Association of ebmas are connected.
The contractor agrees to respect the other contractors of EBMAS and their terretories.
Licenses

States, places, logos and company name EBMAS are copyrighted and may be used only for the contract and the
written consent of EBMAS.
General Conditions

The contractor must abide by the rules and regulations of the EBMAS and represent the EBMAS professional.
EBMAS reserves all rights, other arrangements must be note and be signed by Sifu Emin Boztepe.

The contract will be closed indefinitely. It must be resigned two months before end of teaching at the general
office of EBMAS.
Extortion or oppression of trainers or members of the EBMAS.
Not pay the D-license fee (The D license must be renewed every 2 Years!)
Embezzlement or misappropriation of contributions, accounting- or billing course.
Violate the general provisions of the EBMAS.

Defamation of EBMAS, Sifu Emin Boztepe or other colleagues.

The contractor is not permitted to distribute packages or private training programs for consideration without
consulting the EBMAS.

Additional contracts
Private lessons or teaching small groups, is permitted under the price provisions of the EBMAS.
Teaching and examination programs

The contractor undertakes to implement only those prescribed teaching and testing programs by the EBMAS .. In
addition, the contractor is required to attend mandatory trainings in EBMAS.
I have read the rules and regulations of this contract and agree with them.
