Durch die moderne Glasfassade der neuen BVG-Zentrale in den Trias Türmen ist
das Gebäude mit viel Licht durchflutet. Insgesamt sind 1.300 Mitarbeiter in den
3 Türmen untergebracht. Freiformtische der Reihe L ordnen sich der Architektur
unter und dienen gleichzeitig der effizienten Flächennutzung.
Thanks to the modern glass facade of the new BVG headquarters in the Trias Towers, the
building is flooded with light. The 3 towers provide work- stations for a total of 1,300 employees. Freeform workstations from Series L blend into the architectural concept and, at
the same time, make efficient use of the available space.
La façade en verre moderne de la nouvelle centrale de la BVG dans les tours de Trias baigne
le bâtiment de lumière. 1.300 collaborateurs au total sont hébergés dans les 3 tours. Les

Organisationsmöbel entschieden, das akustisch wirksam ausgestattet ist und
in geöffnetem Zustand für Abschirmung und Privatheit sorgt. In Kombination
mit Sitz-Stehtischen wurden alle Voraussetzungen für dynamisches Arbeiten
geschaffen.
Group offices play an important role in designing a modern working environment. However,
efficient use of space, quick and easy communication and improved teamwork are at odds
with the privacy staff require in order to work undisturbed. With orga.cube, Continental
Teves chose organisational furniture which is equipped to be acoustically effective, yet
provides privacy and shielding when opened up. When combined with sitting/standing
workstations, the cubes provide the perfect setting for a dynamic working atmosphere.
Les bureaux pour groupe jouent un rôle essentiel dans la conception des environnements
de travail contemporains : un conflit d’objectif existe entre la recherche de l'efficience
des espaces, de la rapidité et simplicité de la communication, de l’amélioration du travail
d’équipe et le souhait d’intimité et de travail dans le calme. Avec orga.cube, Continental
Teves a opté pour un meuble d’organisation dont l’équipement est efficace d’un point
de vue de l’acoustique et qui dérobe son utilisateur à la vue des autres en lui offrant de
l'intimité lorsqu'il est ouvert. En association à des tables à utiliser assis ou debout, toutes
les conditions à un travail dynamique ont été créées.

Das Firmendomizil Etoile Noire (schwarzer Stern)
wurde von der Luxemburger Architektin Tatiana Fabeck entworfen, für die Gestaltung der Innenräume
zeichnet das Architekturbüro Paczowski und Fritsch
verantwortlich.
Für Dexia wurde ein neues Arbeitsplatzkonzept erarbeitet, getragen von einem klar strukturierten
Layout. Das Arbeitstischsystem Reihe Q3 mit integrierter Userbase zum Anschluss des gesamten
IT-Equipments und die reduzierte Formensprache
auch der grifflosen Container überzeugten Dexia.
Die farbliche Homogenität der Tische in Weiß als
Gestaltfarbe für die Einrichtung trifft auf farbige
Wände zur Akzentuierung.
The company headquarters Etoile Noire (Black Star) was
designed by Luxembourg architect Tatiana Fabeck, while
the interior design is the work of architectural practice
Paczowski and Fritsch.
A new workplace concept was created for Dexia on the basis
of a clearly structured layout. The workstation system Series Q3 with built-in user base for connection to the whole
range of IT equipment, minimalist style and handle-free
containers were enough to convince Dexia. The uniform
white of the desks - the signature colour of the interior - is
accentuated by the bright-coloured walls.
Le siège de la société, Etoile Noire, a été conçu par
l’architecte luxembourgeoise Tatiana Fabeck, le bureau
d’architecture Paczowski et Fritsch a signé l’aménagement
de l'intérieur.
Pour Dexia, un nouveau concept de poste de travail a été
élaboré, soutenu par la clarté de sa structuration. Le système de tables de travail de la Série Q3 avec une userbase
intégrée permettant le raccordement de tout l’équipement
IT et le langage des formes réduit à l’essentiel, même des
caissons sans poignée, ont convaincu Dexia. L’homogénéité
des couleurs des tables maintenues en blanc comme couleur conceptuelle pour l’aménagement répond aux accents
colorés des murs.

Der Entwurf für das Gebäude stammt von dem Münchner Architekturbüro SIAT.
Das Gestaltungskonzept nimmt die moderne Form- und Fassadengestaltung der
umliegenden Bebauung auf. Besondere städtebauliche Akzente setzt der großzügige Eingangsbereich, der als zweistöckiges überdachtes Atrium konzipiert
ist. Eingerichtet wurden alle Arbeitsplätze individuell angepasst als großzügige
Winkelkombinationen mit elektromotorischen Sitz-Stehtischen der Reihe CN, um
dynamisches Arbeiten zu ermöglichen.
The design of the building is by Munich-based architect’s practice SIAT. The concept is
inspired by the modern form and facade design of the surrounding buildings. The lavish
entrance area has a particularly urban atmosphere – an area which is designed as a
two-storey canopied atrium. All workstations were adapted individually as a combination
of spacious corners with electromotive sitting/standing workstation systems series CN, in
order to create a dynamic working environment.
Le bureau d’architectes munichois SIAT est à l’origine du projet destiné à cet immeuble. Le
concept d’aménagement reprend la conception de la forme et de la façade des immeubles
environnants. Le large hall d’entrée conçu comme un atrium couvert sur deux étages porte
un accent urbanistique particulier. Tous les postes de travail ont été aménagés avec des

Mit dem TEC Tower wurde ein Möbel entwickelt, das die individuellen Objektanforderungen des Kunden
optimal erfüllte. Ziel war es clean desk Policy zu ermöglichen, d.h. der Arbeitstisch soll frei bleiben. Hierzu
wurde das gesamte Kabelmanagement, die IT-Komponenten und die Beleuchtung vom Tisch entkoppelt und
im Tec Tower integriert. Damit kann im New Work Konzept der Arbeitstisch auch flexibel und mobil genutzt
werden, um wechselnde Projektteams und ad hoc Besprechungen durchführen zu können. Gleichzeitig
kann so die Mehrfachnutzung von Räumen ermöglicht werden. Der Tec Tower ist Organisationsmöbel
und dient gleichzeitig der Strukturierung von Räumen. 500 Arbeitsplätze wurden nach dieser Konzeption
eingerichtet.
As regards the TEC Tower, furniture was developed to meet all the client’s individual requirements. The aim here was
create a “clean desk” policy, meaning that the desk should be kept clear. To do this, all cables, IT components and lighting
were removed from the workstation and integrated into the Tec Tower. Hence the “new work” concept allows for flexible
and mobile use of desks to accommodate alternating project teams and ad hoc meetings. At the same time, space can be
used for several different purposes. The Tec Tower is organisational furniture and simultaneously helps to structure office
space. 500 workstations were equipped in line with this concept.
Le meuble TEC Tower a été développé pour répondre de manière optimale aux exigences particulières du client concernant
l’objet. Le but était de permettre la « clean desk Policy », c’est à dire un bureau libre et sans papiers. Aussi l’ensemble de
la gestion des câblages, les composants IT et l’éclairage de la table ont-ils été découplés de la table et intégrés à la Tec
Tower. Avec le concept du New Work, la table de travail peut être utilisée de manière flexible et mobile afin de permettre
l’organisation d’équipes variables et la tenue de réunions ad hoc. Une utilisation multiple des locaux est alors également
rendue possible. La Tec Tower est un meuble d’organisation qui sert aussi à structurer l’espace. 500 postes de travail ont
été aménagés suivant ce concept.

applied across all departments.

creates the perfect atmosphere for teamwork and creative
collaboration between customers and colleagues. The glass
frame appears to float and the boundaries between the
interior and exterior disappear.

Auf vier Etagen arbeiten ca. 300 Mitarbeiter in
großzügig gestalteten und lichtdurchfluteten offenen Bürolandschaften. Gemeinsam nutzbare Kommunikations- und Technikzonen auf jeder Etage
stehen für eine effiziente Flächennutzung und berücksichtigen die internen Arbeitsprozesse. Jeder
Arbeitsplatz ist nach ergonomischen Gesichtspunkten eingerichtet und verfügt über einen elektromotorischen Sitz-/Stehtisch. Alle Oberflächen sind in
weiß mit einzelnen Farbakzenten und Glaselementen
gehalten, so fügt sich das Design der Einrichtung
in die transparente und leichte Gesamtarchitektur
des Gebäudes ein.
Around 300 members of staff work on four floors in bright
and spaciously designed open offices. There are combined
communication and technology zones on each floor, which
use space effectively and take into account internal working processes. Each workstation is furnished with ergonomics in mind and has an electromotive sitting/standing
workstation. All surfaces are white with individual colour
and glass elements integrated into the design, so that the
concept fits with of the light, transparent architecture of
the building as a whole.
Environ 300 collaborateurs travaillent répartis sur 4
étages dans des paysages bureautiques ouverts et très
lumineux, à la conception généreuse. Les zones de communication et de technique utilisables en commun à chaque
étage reflètent une utilisation des espaces efficiente et
prennent en compte les processus de travail internes.
Chaque poste de travail est aménagé selon des principes
ergonomiques et dispose d’une table à utiliser assis ou
debout dotée d’un moteur électrique. Toutes les surfaces
sont tenues en blanc avec des accents de couleur et des
éléments en verre ça et là. Le design de l’aménagement
s’inscrit ainsi dans l'architecture générale caractérisée
par la transparence et la légèreté.

Die neuen Arbeitswelten bei Pepperl+Fuchs erstrecken sich über 5 Etagen. Das
Konzept basiert auf standardisierten Arbeitsplätzen, die gemäß den Anforderungen der jeweiligen Bereiche umgesetzt wurden. Bei der Planung wurde großen
Wert auf das Wohlfühlklima gelegt – akustisch wirksame Maßnahmen und ein
anspruchsvolles Farb- und Materialkonzept, das Akzente setzt spielen dabei eine
maßgebliche Rolle.
The new working environment at Pepperl+Fuchs is spread out over 5 floors. The concept
is based on standardised workstations which are arranged to suit the needs of individual
departments. In the planning stage, great emphasis was put on the need to create an
atmosphere of well-being – acoustically effective methods and a sophisticated, emphatic
colour and material concept play a significant role in creating this ambience.
Les nouveaux environnements de travail chez Pepperl+Fuchs se répartissent sur 5 étages.
Le concept est basé sur des postes de travail standardisés, agencés pour répondre aux
exigences des différentes zones. La création d’une ambiance de bien-être a joué un rôle
essentiel lors de la planification – des mesures efficaces en matière d’acoustique et un
concept de couleurs et de matériau exigeant apportant du relief.

geschaffen, um den Austausch unter den Softwareentwicklern zu fördern.

ideas between software developers.

Besprechungstische der Reihe Q3 unterstreichen die Konzeption der Innenarchitektin Manuela Bross.
Zieltraffic deals with the whole conception of online marketing initiatives. The agency’s new office space is aimed at promoting creativity and communication. Corporate Design incorporates floor and wall concepts – design elements are at the
centre. The desks and meeting room tables from Series Q3 underline the concept of the interior architect Manuela Bross.
Zieltraffic s’emploie à la conception de mesures de marketing en ligne. Les nouveaux locaux de l’agence devaient favoriser
la créativité et la communication ainsi que créer une identité. C’est ainsi que l’aménagement du sol et des murs reflète
