Documents d’état civil arrondissement consulaire de Montréal Bahamas Bahamas : (Convention of 5 October 1961 Abolishing the Requirement of Legalisation for Foreign Public Documents) On 24 February 1965, the Convention had been extended to the Bahamas by the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. The Bahamas declared on 30 April 1976 that it considers itself bound by the Convention.
