Zurich, 13 October 2010 – Peach Property Group Ltd, one of the
leading specialist developers of luxury residential property in
Europe, is planning an Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the SIX
Swiss Exchange.
Peach Property Group Ltd, one of the leading specialists for developing luxury
residential property in the German speaking part of Europe, is planning an initial public
offering (IPO) according to the Main Standard on SIX Swiss Exchange within the
upcoming weeks. The IPO will comprise an offering of newly issued registered shares.
The company plans to use the proceeds primarily to engage in new development
projects enabling future growth of its operations.
Peach Property Group is a Swiss real estate development company with current
projects in Switzerland, Germany and Austria. Its integrated business model combines
real estate investment, development and construction management focusing on the
development and sale of luxury residential properties in some of Europe’s best
locations. Properties developed by Peach Property Group are located in or nearby city
centres and in some of Europe’s finest holiday resorts.
The main factor differentiating Peach Property Group is its clear focus on the luxury
real estate segment. Backed by its own experience, Peach Property Group considers
