dieses Jahr steht wieder bei uns voll und ganz im Zeichen der Lithium-Akkus und den passenden Drehzahlstellern.
Der Trend ist eindeutig - und wir unterstützen ihn nach
Kräften.
Größerer Energieinhalt bei niedrigerem Gewicht als bei
den Nickel-Akkus überzeugen inzwischen alle in der Praxis wenn die teuren Stromspender richtig behandelt werden und da liegen Sie bei uns genau richtig.
Wir bieten umfassendes Lade- und Entladezubehör an
um Ihre wertvollen Lithium-Akkus optimal zu behandeln
und dabei, sozusagen als erwünschten Nebeneffekt, deren Leistungsfähigkeit lange zu erhalten.
Sie haben die Sicherheit, daß die eingebauten Überwachungs- und Schutzschaltungen u. U. den Akku selbst bei
fehlerhaften Einstellungen der Geräteparameter oder mangelhafter Selektion der Einzelzellen im Pack vor Beschädigungen schützen.
Dabei haben wir besonderen Wert auf einfachste Bedienbarkeit gelegt:
Über den Balancerkabelanschluß, der bei uns auch Zellen-Typinformationen enthält, werden die angeschlossenen Geräte automatisch konfiguriert.

This year every one of our new products relates in some
way to Lithium batteries and the fitting speed controllers.
The trend is unmistakable - and we are supporting it to the
best of our ability.
Compared to Nickel batteries, Lithium cells offer higher
energy density combined with lower weight, and these practical advantages cannot fail to win the hearts of users. All you
have to do is handle these expensive energy storage units
correctly - and that’s where we come in, because your
batteries are safe in our hands.
We offer a comprehensive range of charging and discharging accessories to ensure that your valuable Lithium batteries are treated perfectly. More or less as a side-effect, this
also has the desirable effect of maintaining the batteries’
performance capacity over an extended period.
Our integral monitoring and protective circuits are your
guarantee that the battery will be protected from damage
under most circumstances, even if you set device parameters incorrectly, or if you select the wrong number of cells in a
pack.
We have combined these safety considerations with ultrasimple operation, because we believe this to be essential:
Our balancer leads pass on all the cell type information,
and the connected devices are therefore configured correctly
automatically.

In the field of speed controllers and governors (regulators)
we have also “kept the faith”: our ground-breaking “future”
range of speed controllers / governors has taken dozens of
aeromodellers to the top step of the podium, but that’s not
all: performance and reliability are also vitally important in
marine modelling, and many boat competitions have also
been won using our controllers.
The new speed controllers of this year own a buid-in single
cell monitoring - the safest methode to protect the valuable
pack from under voltage.
Although we consider a long useful life a basic essential of
all Schulze products, we don’t believe that this longevity
should put users at a disadvantage: all our battery chargers,
balancers, speed controllers / governors etc. can be kept
abreast of the latest technical developments by means of
software updates. This means that our products keep pace
with technical developments, with the result that they lose
little value over their life-time.

Jeder der die Firma Schulze kennt weiß, was wir von getakteten
Stromversorgungen halten:
Es gibt beim Elektroflug schon genug Störquellen an Bord - dann
muß nicht noch eine weitere Störquelle hinzukommen die auch
noch die Optokoppler in den Drehzahlstellern, die die Störungen
vom Antriebssystem fernhalten sollen, überbrückt und damit wirkungslos macht.
Wir bieten mit dem LiPoRxII eine Palette modernster Empfängerstromversorgungen mit Lithiumakkus an.
• Geringes Gewicht bei hoher Belastbarkeit.
Da in der Regel zwei Lithium-Zellen zu viel Spannung für die
angeschlossenen Komponenten abgeben, stabilisieren wir die
Spannung von Ihnen wählbar auf
• 5,7 / 5,3 / 5,0 Volt mit 4 bzw. 7 A Nenn-Strom und einem
• 50% höherem Peak-Strom. Genug, um die Wölbklappenservos
im Segelflugzug oder die Digitalservos im Verbrenner- oder EHubschrauber zu versorgen.
• Die LiPoRxII sind anschließbar an jedes Lithiumakku-Ladegerät mit einstellbarem Strom.
• Die umfangreichen Sicherheitsschaltungen verhindern ein
Überladen, wenn die LiPoRxII z. B. an einen Ni-Cd Lader angeschlossen werden oder ein unpassender Ladestrom eingestellt
wird - sie werden nur nicht ganz voll, da der Akku vom Ladeeingang bei Erreichen der Vollspannung und/oder Überschreiten des
zulässigen Maximalstroms abgetrennt wird. Auch bei Falschpolung wird die Ladung verweigert.
• Abgesetztes, steckbares Bedienteil mit heller RGB-LED (7 Farben) zur Erzeugung aller Farben als Vollzustands-Anzeige.
• Steckbarer Kabelsatz (2 x Stromversorgung, 1 x Ladekabel).
• Verschleiß- und wartungsfreier elektronischer Hochstrom Ein/
Aus-Schalter (mit FETs) und Tasten-Ansteuerung.
• Zur Vermeidung der ungewünschten Akku-Entladung durch die
Elektronik wird die Elektronik nach Gebrauch vom Akku getrennt.
• Der eingebaute Balancer hält die Akkus in einem gleichmäßigen
Ladezustand.
• integrierte Spannungs- und Stromaufzeichnung
(160 Datensätze mit variabler Zeitauflösung).

Wir bieten mit dem LiPoTx einen Austauschakku an,
der in den vorhandenen Akkuschacht passt.
• Eingebauter Balancer
• Eingebaute Sicherheitseinrichtungen, damit der Akku
und der Sender durch eine falsche Ladetechnik (Ni-CdProgramm) möglichst nicht beschädigt werden kann.
• Simulation einer nachlassenden Ni-Cd Akkuspannung
wegen Kompatibilität zur alten Akkuspannungsanzeige.

Anyone who knows us at Schulze will also be familiar with our
opinion of switched power supplies:
Electric-powered model aircraft already carry plenty of potential
interference sources on board - and the last thing we need is to
add yet another source of interference. What is worse, these
units also by-pass the speed controller’s opto-couplers - which
are designed to keep power system-induced interference from
the receiver - thereby rendering them useless.
The LiPoRx represents a range of ultra-modern receiver power
supplies based on Lithium batteries.
• Light weight combined with high load capacity.
In general terms two Lithium cells provide too high a voltage for
the components connected to them, so we stabilise the voltage at
a user-selectable level:
• 5.7 / 5.3 / 5.0 Volts with continuous currents of 4 resp. 7 Amps.
• 50% higher peak currents.
This is enough to power the camber-changing flap servos in a
model glider or the digital servos in a glow-powered or electricpowered model helicopter.
• The LiPoRxII can be connected to any Lithium battery charger
which features variable charge current.
• The LiPoRxII features comprehensive safety circuits designed
to prevent overcharging if the unit is connected, for example, to a
NiCd charger, or if the user sets an unsuitable charge current. All
that happens is that the batteries are not quite fully charged, as
the battery is isolated from the charge input when it reaches full
voltage, and / or if the maximum permissible current is exceeded.

It’s hardly comforting when you notice that the capacity of
your transmitter battery is clearly declining, and its selfdischarge rate is so high in any case.
The LiPoTx is the answer, as it is a replacement battery
which fits in the existing transmitter battery compartment.

• Integral safety circuits, to ensure - as far as possible that the battery and the transmitter cannot be damaged
by incorrect charging (e.g. Ni-Cd program is used).

Balancer / Ladegeräte
LiPoProfiBalancer
Der LiPoProfiBalancer ist ein Zusatzgerät, welches die einzelnen Zellen eines daran angeschlosenen Lithiumakkus auf
eine identische Spannungslage bringt.
• Die Angleichung der Zellen erfolgt prinzipbedingt unabhängig
von deren Voll-, Nenn- oder Leer-Spannung.
• Die Angleichung erfolgt unabhängig davon, ob zusätzlich
ein Lade- oder Entlade-Gerät angeschlossen ist.
• Die Balancierung arbeitet ab der ersten Minute und erfolgt
mit bis zu 1 Ampere Ausgleichs-Ladestrom.
• Der Balancer verwendet eine neuartige Balancing-Technik:
Ein Teil der Energie des Akkupacks wird mit hohem Wirkungsgrad auf die Zellen mit der niedrigsten Spannungslage
umgeschichtet (!). d. h. wenig Energievernichtung, daher
geringe Wärmeentwicklung.
• Das eingebautes Meßsystem dient nicht nur Steuerung des
Balancers, sondern gibt alle Meßdaten zur Protokollierung auf
der seriellen Schnittstelle (RS232) aus. Ideal zum Selektieren,
zur Archivierung und zur Langzeitbeobachtung der Akkupacks.
Ideal, um die Qualität alter und neuer Akkus über die
„winsoft“ oder „Akkusoft“ (downloadbar) darzustellen.
• Sicherheits-Abtrennung des Akkus vom Lader bei Grenzwertüberschreitung, Funktionsanzeige über LED.
• Automatische Konfiguration der Sicherheits-Abtrennung bei
Verwendung der Schulze Balancer-Kabel; manuelle Konfiguration mit 1 Taste und 3 LEDs oder über die RS232 möglich.

LiPo-Balancer plus Meßsystem / Measuring System
The LiPoProfiBalancer is an additional device which equilibrizes each cell of a connected battery pack to an identical
voltage level.
• The balancing works regardless of the specific cell voltage
(full-, nominal- or empty-voltage).
• The balancing works regardless of the circumstance that a
charger or discharger is connected at the same time.
• Cells are matched at high current; balancing works from the
first minute with up to 1 Amp peak charge current.
• The balancer work entirely different from others:
A part of the energy in the battery pack is deliberately subjected ('pumped') in those cells with the lowest cell voltage(!). I.e. low waste of energy, therefore low heat generation.
• The integrated measuring system does not only control the
balancer, but sends all measured data to the RS232 protocol
transfer interface. Ideal for battery selection, backing-up and
long-term observation. Ideal to show and verify the quality
of old and new packs via the „winsoft“ or „Akkusoft“
(downloadable).
• Configurable safety cut-off system for the charge- resp.
discharge-current, displayed via a LED.
• Automatic configuration of the safety cut-off circuit when
using the Schulze balancer cables; manual configuration
possible by 1 pushbutton and 3 LEDs or via the RS232.
LiPo-Ladegerät + Balancer / LiPo-Charger plus integrated Balancer
Die LiPoCard ist die ideale Kombination von Ladegerät mit
eingebautem Balancer.
The LiPoCard is the ideal combination of charger plus integrated balancing circuit.
Sie können damit jeden Li-Polymer, Li-Ionen oder Li-Eisen
Akku mit bis zu 4 Zellen mit und ohne Balanceranschluß laden.
Lithiumakkus mit den herkömmlichen Balanceranschlüssen
können Sie an die 5-polige Stiftleiste anschließen.
In principle you can charge any Li-Polymer, Li-Ion or LiFerrite battery with up to four cells using the LiPoCard without the balancer socket. Lithium batteries with a conventional balancer socket can also be connected to the 5 pin connector of the LiPoCard.
Bei den genannten Vorgehensweisen muß die Schulze-LiPoCard jedoch von Ihnen auf den zulässigen Ladestrom des
Akkus und, wenn kein Balancerkabel angesteckt ist, aus Sicherheitsgründen auch die Zellenzahl manuell über die zwei
Bedientasten eingestellt werden.
Um Ihre LiPoCard nicht für jeden Akku neu konfigurieren zu
müssen beinhaltet die LiPoCard eine beispielhafte QuasiAutomatikfunktion. Dazu brauchen Sie nur Ihren Akku oder
einen Schulze LiPoPerfekt-Akkupack über das Schulze-spezifische Balancing-Kabel (BalCab10) anschließen. Die LiPoCard wird automatisch auf den angeschlosenen Akku konfiguriert!
If you use either of these methods it´s essential to set the
Schulze LiPoCard to the permissible charge current for the
pack in question, and - if no balancer cable is connected you must set the cell count (number of cells) manually by the
two pushbuttons for reasons of safety.
To avoid having to reconfigure your Schulze LiPoCard separately for each battery, the LiPoCard features a quasi-automatic function: It is only necessary to connect your battery
or the Schulze LiPoPerfekt battery pack via the Schulzespecific Balancing Cable (BalCab10). The LiPoCard automatically sets itself to the battery specific data.

LiPoDiMATIC
DISCHARGE MONITORING AND THROTTLE INTERACTION
Dieses Entladungs-Überwachungsmodul ist eine der wichtigsten und beliebtesten Artikel in den letzten Jahren.
Es sorgt dafür, daß bei der Entladung im Modell keine Zelle
des Packs tiefentladen oder gar umgepolt werden kann.
Dieses kleine Modul ist der Garant für eine längere Akku-Lebensdauer gerade bei weniger gut selektierten Akkupacks, da
jede einzelne Zelle im Akkupack in der Spannungslage überwacht wird und bei Unterschreitung des zulässigen TiefentladeGrenzwertes einer der Zellen der Motor gedrosselt wird.
Es wird einfach an den Balanceranschluß Ihres Akkus angeschlossen und das „Servokabel“ vom Steller/Regler zum
Empfänger durchgeschleift.
Indem die LiPoDiMATIC in den Gaskanal eingreift und den
vom Empfänger ausgegebenen Impuls bei Bedarf verkürzt,
wird jeder* Drehzahl-Steller oder -Regler auf einfachste Weise Lithiumakku-fähig. Die Diskussion ob eine mittlere Akkupack-Spannung von 2,5 Volt oder 3,3 Volt pro Zelle die beste
Abschaltspannung ist wird dadurch hinfällig. Die schwächste
Zelle bestimmt, wann das Gas heruntergeregelt oder der
Motor ganz abgeschaltet wird.
• Die LiPoDiMATIC arbeitet gleichermaßen an Drehzahl-Steller/-Reglern mit BEC oder Optokoppler ohne irgendwelche
Einstellarbeiten.
• Die LiPoDiMATIC gibt es für verschiedene Balancer-Anschlußsysteme und Zellenzahlen.
• Die Gasabregelung kann für bestimmte Anwendungen in
Grenzen verstellt werden.
• Eine LED zeigt nach der Gas-Reduzierung die Zellennummer an, die dafür verantwortlich war.

FlightPower
Alle Akkupacks sind Original von FlightPower zusammengestellt - Es ist keine spezielle Schulze Selektionsware und
daher relativ preisgünstig.
Alle Packs können von uns mit den bei Schulze üblichen
Balanceranschluss-Buchsen ausgerüstet werden, die wir
direkt auf dem Pack befestigen.
2 s bis 4 s Packs sind mit der 10-poligen Buchse, die 5s bis
12 s Packs sind mit der 20-poligen Buchse ausgestattet.
Ein kurzes „Verlängerungskabel“ (BalCabxx-Verl: Zubehör)
zwischen der Schulze-Ausführung des FP-Packs und Ihrer
Schulze LiPoCard, des Schulze nextGeneration Ladegerätes oder des Schulze LiPoBalancers sorgt „im Handumdrehen“ und ohne „Bastelarbeit“ für den richtigen Anschluss und
der automatischen Konfiguration der oben angeführten
Schulze Geräte auf den gerade verwendeten Akkupack.

This discharge monitoring module is one of the most important
and most popular devices of the last years.
Its purpose is to ensure that no cell in a LiPo pack suffers
deep-discharging - far less reversed polarity - when being discharged in a model.
This small module is your guarantee of a longer effective battery life - especially if the pack consists of imperfectly selected
cells - as it monitors the voltage level of each individual cell in
the flight pack, and causes the motor to be throttled back if any
cell falls below the permissible deep-discharge limit value.
The unit is simply connected to the balancer socket of your
battery; the “servo lead” from the speed controller / governor is
then looped through to the receiver.
Since the LiPoDiMATIC intervenes directly in the throttle channel
circuit, and - when required - shortens the throttle signal generated by the receiver, any* speed controller or governor can now be
used safely with Lithium batteries in the simplest possible manner.
You can forget the arguments about the best average cut-off
voltage per cell - should it be 2.5 Volts or 3.3 Volts? With this
module the weakest cell alone determines when the throttle
signal is to be “throttled back”, or even whether the motor is
switched off completely.
• The LiPoDiMATIC requires no adjustment of any kind in order
to work properly with speed controllers and governors, whether
fitted with BEC or opto-coupler.
• The LiPoDiMATIC is available for various balancer connector
systems and cell counts.
• The throttle reduction can be adjusted within certain limits for
particular applications.
• An LED indicates the number of the cell which was responsible for the throttle reduction.
(*) provided - as usually - that the pulse width for the motor stop
position is shorter than the pulse width for full throttle.
Lithium- Akkupacks / battery packs
All packs are packs originally assembled from FlightPower no special Schulze selection and therefore good value.
All packs can be retrofitted from us with the usual Schulze
balancing cable socket which is directly mounted on the
surface of the pack.
2 s to 4 s packs are equipped with the 10-pin socket,
the 5 s to 12 s packs are supplied with 20-pin sockets.
A short „extension cable“ (BalCabxx-Verl: accessory)
between the Schulze type of the battery pack and your

Die einzigartige Qualität der LiPoPerfekt Lithium-Polymer Akkupacks ergibt sich zum Einen aus dem aufwändigen, aus mehreren Zyklen bestehenden Selektionsprozesses der Original Kokam Einzelzellen und zum
Anderen daraus, daß sie auf Leiterplatten mit beidseitig
105 µ Kupferauflage (die über viele Durchkontaktierungen niederohmig leitend miteinander verbunden sind)
verlötet sind.
Die Packs sind alle mit 12 cm langen Power-Anschlußkabeln mit einem zur Belastbarkeit des Packs passenden Querschnitts (1,5; 2,5 bzw. 4,0 mm2) ausgerüstet.

cells are soldered on printed circuit boards with 105 µ

Die „grosse“ future Drehzahlreglerserie für 3-Phasen Drehstrommotoren mit und ohne Drehzahlsensoren ist komplett
neu konzipiert worden. Mit einem neuen Mikroprozessortyp
versehen und mit robusten FETs im D2Pak-Gehäuse bestückt
ist dieser Typ im Besonderen für extreme Anwendungen in
Hubschraubern bis zu F3A-X Modellen und/oder Industrieanwendungen (-xxl Typ) konzipiert.
• Die future-l, -xl und -xxl sind wie die future-universal
konfigurierbar über den Senderknüppel (ipsu), den DILSchalter sowie zusätzlich über die Schnittstellen.

For brushless motors with and without sensors
The future speed controller series for three phases motors for
the use with and without sensors is completely re-designed.
These controllers are made with a new type of microprocessor and rugged FETs in the D2Pak case.
These types are especially made for the extreme applications
in Helicopters up to F3A-X models and/or industrial purposes
(-xxl type).
• The future-xxl is configurable as the future-universal series
via the transmitter stick (ipsu), the DIL-switch and additional

future-u-Serie
Die future-u (future-universal) sind mikrocomputergesteuerte Drehzahlsteller für bürstenlose und sensorlose
3-Phasen Drehstrommotoren. Sie stammen vollständig
aus deutscher Entwicklung und Fertigung.
Die future-u gehören zu den kleinsten, leichtesten und
trotzdem leistungsstärksten Drehzahlstellern für Modelle.
Die future-u haben die intelligenteste und daher universellste Software, die ihnen die Möglichkeit eröffnet, nahezu alle auf dem Markt befindlichen bürstenlosen Motoren, optimal mit diesem Drehzahlsteller (oder Regler)
zu betreiben.
• Das ipsu (intelligent programming system für futureuniversal), garantiert einfachste Konfigurierung auf alle
Fernsteueranlagen sowohl vom Knüppelweg, wie auch
der Betriebsmodi. Die Konfiguration der Knüppelwege
erfolgt im Flächenflugprogramm vollautomatisch, und
der eingebaute DIL-Schalter ermöglicht eine einfache
und übersichtliche Einstellung aller Betriebsmodi.
• Das integrierte Motorstecksysten, mit denen alle future-u ab 20 A Nennstrom ausgerüstet sind, ermöglicht
einen raschen Wechsel vom einen zum anderen Modell.
• Alle future-u dieser Baureihe sind fast alle universell
einsetzbar für Flugzeuge, Hubschrauber, Boote und
Automodelle. Die "grossen" future-u besitzen einen Optokoppler, welcher für geringste Rückwirkungen (Störungen) mit ihrem Empfänger sorgt. Er wird durch die
Benutzung eines eventuell vorhandenen BEC-Systems
überbrückt, kann aber in problematischen Anwendungsfällen durch Abstecken des zweiadrigen BEC-Kabels
wieder aktiviert werden.
• Alle future-u mit dem „F“ in der Typenbezeichnung
besitzen statt des Hubschrauberprogramms ein spezielles Programm für FAI-Segler mit verkürztem Sanftlauf.
• Alle future-u mit einem „K“ in der Typenbezeichnung
besitzen einen Rippenkühlkörper statt eines Kühlblechs.
Damit wird eine extrem hohe Teillastfestigkeit erreicht,
d.h. ein überwiegender Betrieb mit Teillast bei hohen
Zellenzahlen führt nicht so schnell zur Ubertemperatur.
• Alle future-u mit einem „A“ in der Typenbezeichnung
enthalten ein spezielles Kunstflugprogramm (Acro, Aerobatic) mit proportionaler Bremse. Sie besitzen außerdem einen Rippenkühlkörper für eine extrem hohe Teillastfestigkeit.
• Das Car-Programm ist mit proportionaler Bremse und
Rückwärtsfahrt ausgestattet.

The future-u (future-universal) are microprocessor controlled units developed and manufactured entirely in
Germany, designed for brushless and sensorless 3phase rotary current motors.
All models of the future-u are amongst the smallest,
lightest and most capable speed controllers.
The future-u controllers have the most intelligent, comprehensive software, which means that this speed controller (or governor) is capable of operating virtually any
brushless motor currently on the market with optimum
efficiency.
• The ipsu (intelligent programming system for futureuniversal) makes it as simple as possible to configure
the controller to match any radio control system and
operating mode: The transmitter stick travel settings of
the wing programs is fully automatical, the operating
modes can easily be configured by the DIL-switch.
• The integral motor connector system is a feature of
all future-u controllers up from 20 A nominal current,
and makes it possible to remove the unit for servicing,
or for fitting in another model, simply by unplugging the
power cables - no soldering is required.
• Almost all of this series of future-u controllers are universal types which can be used in model aircraft, helicopters, boats and cars. The "larger" ones include an
opto-coupler which ensures minimum possible transfer
of interference to your receiver. Some "larger" versions
include a BEC system, and the opto-coupler is bypassed if you use it. If you encounter interference problems, the opto-coupler can be re-activated by disconnecting the twin-core BEC lead.
• Alle future-u with a „F“ in the designation feature a
special program for FAI gliders with an abbreviated softstart, instead of the helicopter program.
• Alle future-u with a „K“ in the type designation feature
a finned heat-sink instead of a plain heatsink. These
units are an excellent choice for use under part-load
conditions, i.e. operating them primarily at part-throttle
settings does not lead so quickly to overheating, even
with high cell counts.
• Alle future-u with an „A“ in the type designation feature a special Aerobatic program with proportional
brake. The finned heat-sink is ideal under part-load conditions.
• The Car-program features a proportional brake and
reverse gear.

slim - Serie
mit BEC
Die slims sind mikroprozessorgesteuerte mikro / mini Drehzahlsteller mit ips (intelligent programmimg system) und 5V Empfängerstromversorgung (BEC).
Die typischen Eigenschaften sind außerdem: Power-On-Reset,
stromsparende Taktfrequenz, zwei verschiedene Sanftanläufe (Direkt
Drive & Zahnriemengetriebe), Übertemperaturschutz, Unterspannungsschutz, Überstromschutz.
Das ips leistet: Bedarfsweise bei "Motor aus" einschaltende Bremse
für Klapplatten, Anpassung des Stopp- und Vollgas-Punktes an die
Fernsteuerung. Bei der Konfiguration dient der Motor als KontrollLautsprecher.
Die Konfigurierung des ips ist auf normalen Anwendungsfall mit
EMK-Bremse zugeschnitten: Sender auf Stopp, Empfänger einschalten, Modell in Startposition halten, Vollgas geben, Modell wegwerfen.
Beim Betrieb ohne Bremse ist die Konfigurationsreihenfolge andersherum: Zuerst Vollgas geben (kein Problem, der Motor bleibt aus!),
dann Stopp geben. Der volle Knüppelweg ist jetzt dem slim bekannt.
Größere Typen sind mit Powerkabeln bzw. integrierten Motorsteckverbindern versehen.
Die „q“-Typen mit qpi (quick plug in system) sind zusätzlich mit
steckbarem Empfängerkabel und einem Steckplatz für einen optionalen Ein/Aus-Schalter ausgerüstet. Ideal wenn der slim auch in
einem anderen Modell benutzt werden soll.
Der Unterspannungsschutz drosselt den Motor und schaltet ihn später ab, wenn die Antriebsakkuspannung die „Leer“-Grenze erreicht.
Der Motor ist bei Akku-Erhohlung wieder einschaltbar.
Beim Anstecken an den Flugakku kein Ansteckfunken!
Die slims sind eingeschrumpft, flach und haben minimale Abmessungen.
smart-Serie
The slim-series are microprocessor controlled micro/mini speed
controllers with ips (intelligent programmimg system) and a 5 V battery elimination circuit (BEC).
Typical features are also: Power-On-Reset, current saving part load
frequency, two diffent soft starts (Direct Drive & Belt Drive), over
temperature protection, under voltage protection, over current protection.
The ips features: Automatic braking at motor stop position for folding
propellers, adjusting to the stop/full throttle position and stick travel.
During the configuration process the motor acts as a loudspeaker to
give you audible confirmation of the procedure.
The ips reflects the initial launch procedure of a model with folding
prop: throttle stick to "motor stopped", switch first transmitter-, then
receiver on, hold model in launch position, apply full throttle, launch.
If you wish to use the controller in a model which does not require a
propeller brake the procedure is slightly different: Apply full throttle
first, then switch on as above (hint: motor remains off!), then apply
stop. Ready for take off.
Bigger types have power cables resp. an integrated motor plug system (pp35).
The „q“-types with qpi (quick plug in system) are equipped with an
additional connector for the receiver cable and a plug-in place for an
optional on/off-switch. They can be disconnected from the unit. This
is very useful when moving the unit from one model to another.
The under voltage protection throttles down the motor and switches it
off later when the battery reaches the „empty“-level. You can re-start
the motor when the battery voltage should rise after the cut off.
No spark when you apply the battery to the slim.
The slims are shipped in heat shrinking tubes, are flat and have
minimal dimensions.
mit Optokoppler
Die smart-Serie besteht aus Power-Drehzahlstellern mit ips,
Optokoppler und Gatespannungsüberhöhung.
Trotz ihrer Kleinheit sind im smart alle die zu einem modernen Steller gehörenden Eigenschaften vereint:
Power-On-Reset, stromsparende Taktfrequenz, zwei Sanftanläufe (Direktantrieb, Zahnriemengetriebe), bei Bedarf eine
automatisch bei "Motor aus" einschaltende Bremse für
Klapplatten über die ips (wie bei der slim Serie). Alle smarts
sind gegen Übertemperatur und hohe motorseitige Überlast,
aber nicht gegen Kurzschluß geschützt.
Die Gatespannungsüberhöhung ist für höchste Belastbarkeit
bei niedrigen Zellenzahlen eingebaut. Für höchsten Teillastwirkungsgrad ist der aktive Freilauf zuständig.
Eingebauter Unterspannungsschutz, der den Motor bei Nikkel- und Lithiumakkus zuerst drosselt und später abschaltet.
Der Motor ist bei Erholung des Akkus natürlich wieder einschaltbar (Gasknüppel auf Stopp).
smarts werden mit angelöteten Akkukabeln geliefert.
Der Anschluß des Motors erfolgt an pp35 Steckern, die in die
auf dem smart befindlichen Buchsen eingesteckt werden.
Die smart sind eingeschrumpft, flach und haben minimale Abmessungen.

brake for folding props / no brake use (via ips configuration),
over temperature and over current monitoring and protection.
The voltage tripler is buildt in for highest loads at low cell
counts. The active free running circuit is good for low controller temperatures and highest efficiency at half throttle use.
Build in low voltage protection circuit which throttles down the
motor at Nickel- and Lithium-batteries and later switches the
motor off when the battery reaches the „empty“ level. The
motor can be rearmed when setting the throttle stick to stop.
All smarts are delivered with battery cables and motor sockets (pp35 system).
The smarts are shipped in heat shrinking tubes, are flat and
have minimal dimensions.
For different applications the biggest smart (36.200) has
an additional DIL-switch on board for its typical settings.

Die alphas und deltas sind besonders kleine und leichte Empfänger.
Sie sind speziell auf die erhöhten Anforderungen in elektrisch betriebenen Modellen ausgelegt.
Die spezielle Impulsauswertung der alpha und delta machen diesen
auch für RC-Cars sehr interessant.
Im Modell mit Verbrennungsmotor ist die Störquelle „Elektromotor“ nicht
vorhanden - der Empfänger hat es dann sogar einfacher.
Eine gelungene Gratwanderung zwischen high-end Design und geringen
Abmessungen, Gewicht und Kosten.
Besondere Eigenschaften
• Sein schmalbandiges HF-Empfangsteil gewährleistet den uneingeschränkten Betrieb im 10 KHz Kanalraster auch bei belegten Nachbarkanälen - und das nicht nur auf dem Papier.
Seine mikroprozessorgesteuerte Impulsauswertestufe garantiert eine
einzigartige Unterdrückung von Störungen oder Rauschen im Empfangskanal ähnlich wie bei der Verwendung von PCM-Empfängern.

Im Gegensatz zu Empfängern mit herkömmlichen Schaltung ist die Signalverarbeitung nach dem Empfang des Sendesignals digital, d. h. sie
erfolgt durch einen Mikroprozessor.
• atss - advanced transmitter signal supervision
Erkennt, bewertet und überwacht die Sender-Signatur.
Eine bei jeder Inbetriebnahme durchgeführte Zählung der Kanalimpulse
gewährleistet, daß z. B. Empfangssignale mit abweichender Kanalanzahl
nicht zu den Servos durchgeschaltet werden.Bei abweichender Kanalzahl
(in Bezug auf die beim Einschalten des alphas gelernten Kanäle) werden
diese nicht auf die Servoausgänge weitergegeben. Bei abweichender
Empfangs-Kanalzahl im Betrieb wird der Fremdsender ignoriert.
Auch führt ein auf dem dem gleichen HF-Kanal eingeschalteter Sender
mit PCM-Modulation nicht zum Zappeln der Servos.
Sender mit abweichendem Impulsbild (Futaba Synthesizer PPM Modus)
werden auch erkannt und verarbeitet.
• asc - automatic signal strength control
Optimal für den Fernempfang und automatische Abschwächung des
Empfangssignales bei Nahempfang. Verhindert eine Übersteuerung der
Antenneneingangsstufe mit ihren unerwünschten Nebenwirkungen, die
sich als Störungen wahrnehmen würde.
• apdr - advanced pulse decoding and restoration
Durch apdr kann durch digitale Pulsbearbeitung aus dem empfangenen
Signal durch Bewertung der Störung entweder das tatsächliche Sendesignal (Ausblendung eines Glitches hervorgerufen z. B. durch einen
laufenden E-Motor) oder ein dem Original nahekommendes Signal generiert werden (r = restoration).
• s&h - sample and hold
Erfassen und Merken von ungestörten Impulsen. Bei Störungen wird der
alte, ungestörte Servoimpuls ausgegeben (d.h. wiederholt).
VORSICHT: Alle die herausragenden Eigenschaften sind noch keine
Garantie für absturzfreie Flüge, denn in der Regel merken Sie jetzt die
eingefangenen Störungen durch die empfängerseitige Korrektur (nahe
der Reichweitegrenze oder bei ungünstiger Antennenlage auch im Nahbereich) oftmals nicht mehr. Deshalb haben wir die EmpfangsqualitätsLED eingebaut, die Ihnen außerdem wichtige Statusinformationen liefert.
Unterschiede
A - Die freie Konfigurierung der Kanalausgänge incl. Mischfunktionen
und Failsafepositionen über die alphasoft sind nur bei der alpha-Serie
möglich.
B - Die delta-Serie spart nur an den unter A genannten weitreichenden
Konfigurations-Möglichkeiten die normalerweise nur von einem Bruchteil
der Anwender genutzt werden. Zusammen mit der Beschränkung auf
wenige Typen konnte daher ein besonders attraktiver Preis realisiert
werden. Deshalb ordnen wir diesen Artikel in unsere "high value" Serie ein.

The alpha and delta series are ultra-compact, lightweight FM-PPMradio control receivers designed specifically to satisfy the increasingly
stringent demands of modellers concentrating on electric-powered models.
The special signal analysis process carried out by the alpha and delta
also makes this receiver an interesting option for RC cars.
In models with combustive engines the interference source „electric
motor“ is not existant - the job for the alpha is much easier.
A successful fusion of high-end design with small dimensions, light
weight and low cost.
Outstanding characteristics
• Its narrow-band RF section provides unrestricted use at 10 kHz channel
spacing, even when adjacent channels are operating.
Its micro-processor controlled signal analysis stage suppresses interference and noise on the selected channel to a unique extent, in a similar
way to a PCM receiver.
• dsp - digital signal processing
In contrast to receivers with conventional circuits, alpha receivers exploit
digital signal processing once the transmitter signal has been picked up,
i.e. this process is carried out by a micro-processor.
• atss - advanced transmitter signal supervision
Detects, analyses and monitors the transmitter signature in an unprecedented way: The receiver counts the channel signals every time it is
switched on; this ensures, for example, that receiver signals with the
incorrect number of channels are not passed through to the servos. If the
channel count is incorrect (in relation to the channels “learned” by the
alpha when switched on), the signals are not passed through to the servo
outputs. If the received channel count is not correct when the receiver is
in use, the “alien” transmitter is ignored.
If another modeller switches on a transmitter operating with PCM modulation on the same RF channel, this will not affect servos connected to
the alpha receiver (servo jitter).
Transmitters with unusual pulse frames (Futaba 1024 synthesizer module
in PPM Mode) are detected and supported.
• asc - automatic signal strength control
Ideal for long-range reception and automatic attenuation of the receiver
signal at close range. Prevents aerial input stage overload, with its unwanted side-effects you would see as interferences.
• apdr - advanced pulse decoding and restoration
By digital pulse processing the apdr can either generate the actual transmitter signal from the received signal (suppression of a glitch caused by,
for example, an electric motor starting up), or generate a signal which is
close to the original (r = restoration).
• s&h - sample and hold
Detecting (sampling) and remembering (holding) “clean” signals. If interference occurs, the old, clean signal continues to be fed to the servo (i.e.
repeated).
CAUTION: all these outstanding characteristics are still no guarantee for
crash-free flying, because in many cases the receiver’s attempts to compensate for an incipient problem will now tend to mask the first signs of
interference (close to the range limit, or at close range where the aerial
position is unfavourable). That is why we have fitted the reception quality
LED, which - in the “point” series receivers - also supplies important
status information.
Differences
A - Free configuration of all channel outputs incl. mixing functions and
failsafe positions possible at the alpha-series via the alphasoft.
B - The delta series only saves at the extensive configuration options
(named under A) which are normally only used by a fractions of the
users. Together with the limitation on few types a particularly attractive
price could be realized. Therefore the delta receivers became member of
our „high value“ series.

Der Anschluß eines fünften Servos an den alpha-5 und dem delta-5
Graupner Sender übertragen die Signale für die beiden Querruder-Servos auf den Kanälen
2 und 5. Da der Kanal 2 mit allen drei Leitungen (Impuls, Plus, Minus) in die Tragfläche
geht, braucht nur noch der Impuls des fünften Kanals zusätzlich auf den Servo-FlächenSteckverbinder gelegt werden.
Selbstverständlich müssen in der Tragfläche die Plus- und die Masseleitung beider Servos
zusammengelötet und auf den Servo-Flächensteckverbinder gegeben werden.
Vertauschen der Kanäle 4 und 5 des alpha-5 (nicht möglich beim delta-5)
Grundsätzlich können bis zu 12 Kanäle beliebig auf die Kanalausgänge der alphas gelegt
werden. Dazu ist unsere alphasoft und Adapter zum PC erforderlich.
Mit Hilfe des Jumpers (Steckbrücke auf dem mittleren Stiftpaar) kann man jedoch ohne PC
die Kanalzuordnung auf den Stiftleisten des alpha-5 verändern.
Standardmäßig werden die Kanäle 1, 2, 3, 4 auf die dreipoligen Anschlußpins ausgegeben.
Zur Umkonfigurierung der Reihenfolge in 1, 2, 3, 5 (bzw. zurück zum Auslieferzustand)
müssen Sie den Jumper nur einmalig bei der Inbetriebnahme des alpha-5 auf die Impulsausgänge 2+3 (bzw. auf 1+4) gesteckt werden.

Graupner transmitters broadcast signals for the two aileron servos on channels 2 and 5.
Since all three wires (signal, positive, negative) of channel 2 are fed into the wing, all that is
needed for channel 5 is the signal.
Naturally this means that the positive and earth wires of both servos must be soldered
together in the wing, and connected correctly at the wing joiner servo connector.
Interchanging of the channels 4 and 5 of the alpha-5 (not possible with the delta-5)
With this unit the channel assignment can be changed with the help of the jumper (bridging
plug) on the central pair of pins in the servo socket row.
As standard the channels 1, 2, 3 and 4 are present at the three-pin sockets. To change
channel 4 and 5 disconnect the receiver from the power supply, fit the jumper between the
signal outputs “2” and “3”, re-connect the receiver to the power supply and disconnect the
alpha-5 from the power supply again.

Das prog-adapt-uni Kabel ist ein aktiver Schnittstellenumsetzer von einer 5
V-SIO auf die RS232-PC-Schnittstelle.
Die alpha Empfänger werden über dieses Kabel und den prog-adapt-alpha
mit dem PC verbunden.
Auch andere Schulze-Geräte (z. B. die
LiPoCard, u-force, neue Drehzahlsteller) kommunizieren mit dem PC
über dieses Kabel.
Firmware-Updates werden ebenfalls
über dieses Kabel aufgespielt.
The prog-adapt-uni cable is an active
level converter from a 5 V - SIO (serial
Input Output) to the RS232 port of a PC.
The alpha receivers have to be connected via the prog-adapt-alpha to the PC.
Also other Schulze-items (resp. the
LiPoCard, u-force, new speed controllers) communicate with the PC via
this cable.
Firmware-updates can be carried out
by yourself via this cable.

Widerrufsfolgen
Im Falle eines wirksamen Widerrufs sind die beiderseits empfangenen Leistungen
zurückzugewähren und ggf. gezogene Nutzungen (z. B. Zinsen) herauszugeben.
Paketversandfähige Sachen sind auf unsere Kosten und Gefahr zurückzusenden. Nicht
paketversandfähige Sachen werden beim Kunden abgeholt. Verpflichtungen zur
Erstattung von Zahlungen müssen Sie innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach Absendung Ihrer
Widerrufserklärung erfüllen. Bitte frankieren Sie Pakete ausreichend, um Strafporto
zu vermeiden. Wir erstatten Ihnen den Portobetrag dann umgehend.

II. 5. Mängelhaftung
(a) Die gesetzliche Gewährleistungsfrist beträgt 2 Jahre und beginnt mit Übergabe der Ware.
I. Geltungsbereich
1. Diese Verkaufs- und Lieferbedingungen gelten für alle Geschäftsbeziehungen zwischen
der Firma Schulze Elektronik GmbH (nachfolgend „SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK“), und ihren
Kunden für die Lieferung von Waren und die Erbringung von Dienstleistungen.
(b) Bei gebrauchten Kaufgegenständen beträgt die Verjährungsfrist für Mängelansprüche ein
Jahr, gerechnet ab Gefahrenübergang.
(c) Der Kunde verpflichtet sich, vor der Einsendung mangelhafter Ware auf eigene Kosten eine
vollständige Datensicherung durchzuführen.
2. Von nachstehenden Verkaufs- und Lieferbedingungen gilt der Abschnitt II. ausschließlich
für Geschäfte mit Verbrauchern. Verbraucher ist jede natürliche Person, die ein Rechtsgeschäft zu einem Zweck abschließt, der weder ihrer gewerblichen noch ihrer selbständigen
beruflichen Tätigkeit zugerechnet werden kann.
II. 6. Eigentumsvorbehaltssicherung
3. Für Unternehmer gelten ausschließlich die im Abschnitt III. aufgeführten Verkaufs- und
Lieferbedingungen für Unternehmer. Hierunter fallen insbesondere die bei Schulze als Unternehmer gelisteten Wiederverkäufer (umgangssprachlich: Modellbau-Händler).
(b) Der Kunde ist verpflichtet, die Kaufsache pfleglich zu behandeln; insbesondere ist er verpflichtet, die Kaufsache bis zum Eingang aller Zahlungen gemäß (a) auf eigene Kosten
gegen Feuer, Wasser und Diebstahlsschäden ausreichend zum Neuwert zu versichern.
Sofern Wartungs- und Inspektionsarbeiten erforderlich sind, muss der Kunde diese auf
eigene Kosten rechtzeitig durchführen.
II. Allgemeine Verkaufs- und Lieferbedingungen für Verbraucher
II. 1. Angebot und Angebotsunterlagen
(a) Die Darstellung des Sortiments von SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK auf Internetseiten, in Katalogen oder in der Auslage stellt kein rechtlich bindendes Angebot, sondern eine unverbindliche Offerte dar.
(b) Soweit nicht anders ausgewiesen, verstehen sich die angegebenen Preise einschließlich
gesetzlicher Mehrwertsteuer, jedoch ausschließlich Versandkosten und sonstiger Nebenleistungen (wie Schulung, Installation, gesondertes Zubehör, Software usw.).
(c) Der Kunde bestellt die von ihm gewünschte Ware durch Absendung oder Übergabe aller
abgefragten Angaben. Die vom Kunden abgegebene Bestellung ist ein bindendes Angebot.
Ein Vertrag kommt zustande, wenn SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK das Angebot annimmt. Die
Annahme erfolgt durch Zusendung der Ware oder individuelle Auftragsbestätigung. Automatisch versandte Bestätigungen über den Erhalt einer Bestellung dienen lediglich der
Information des Kunden und stellen keine Vertragsannahme dar.
(d) SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK ist berechtigt, das Angebot innerhalb von zwei Wochen anzunehmen.
(e) Vorstehendes gilt nicht für die Abwicklung von Rechtsgeschäften über Online-Marktplätze
und/oder Online-Auktionen. Hier gelten hinsichtlich des Vertragsschlusses jeweils ausschließlich die AGB des jeweiligen Marktplatz- oder Auktionsbetreibers.
II. 2. Fälligkeit , Aufrechnung und Rabatte
(a) Soweit nicht anders angegeben oder vereinbart, sind unsere Rechnungen innerhalb von 10
Tagen nach Zugang der Rechnung netto zur Zahlung fällig. Maßgeblich ist der Eingang der
vollständigen Zahlung auf einem unserer Konten.
(b) Aufrechnungsrechte stehen dem Kunden nur zu, wenn seine Gegenansprüche rechtskräftig festgestellt, unbestritten oder von uns anerkannt sind. Zur Ausübung eines Zurückbehaltungsrechts ist der Kunde insoweit befugt, als sein Gegenanspruch auf dem gleichen
Vertragsverhältnis beruht.
(c) Bei Mehrfachabnahme eines Artikels eigener Herstellung gewähren wir Verbrauchern auf
den Netto-Listenpreis folgenden Rabatt: Ab 3 Stück 5%, ab 10 Stück 10%.
II. 3. Lieferung
(a) Lieferungen erfolgen europaweit. Soweit nicht anders angegeben oder vollzogen, erfolgt
die Lieferung in der Regel innerhalb von dreißig Tagen nach Eingang der Bestellung.
(b) Die Einhaltung der Lieferverpflichtung setzt die rechtzeitige und ordnungsgemäße Erfüllung der Verpflichtung des Kunden voraus.
II. 4. Widerrufsrecht
Widerrufsrecht
Sie können Ihre Vertragserklärung innerhalb von zwei Wochen ohne Angabe von Gründen in Textform (z.B. Brief, Fax, E-Mail) oder durch Rücksendung der Sache widerrufen. Die Widerrufsfrist beginnt am Tag nach Erhalt der Belehrung, wenn Sie zu diesem
Zeitpunkt sämtliche nach dem Fernabsatzrecht erforderlichen Informationen erhalten und wir sämtliche für den elektronischen Geschäftsverkehr spezifischen Pflichten erfüllt haben. Bei einer Warenlieferung beginnt die Frist erst am Tag nach dem
Erhalt der Ware zu laufen, wenn Sie zu diesem Zeitpunkt die Belehrung erhalten und
wir unsere vorgenannten Pflichten erfüllt haben. Zur Wahrung der Frist genügt die
rechtzeitige Absendung des Widerrufs oder der Sache. Der Widerruf ist zu richten an:

(a) SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK behält sich das Eigentum an der Kaufsache bis zum Eingang
aller Zahlungen aus dem Vertrag vor.
(c) Bei Pfändungen oder sonstigen Eingriffen Dritter hat der Kunde SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK
unverzüglich schriftlich zu benachrichtigen.
II. 7. Datenschutz
(a) Zur Auftragsabwicklung speichert SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK die personenbezogenen Daten
und gibt sie zu diesem Zweck ggf. an Dritte weiter. Der Kunde stimmt dieser Erhebung,
Verarbeitung und Nutzung personenbezogener Daten ausdrücklich zu.
(b) Der Vertragstext wird gespeichert und ist auch nach Vertragsschluss einsehbar.
(c) Der Kunde kann der oben genannten Nutzung und/oder Verarbeitung seiner Daten jederzeit
durch Mitteilung an: Schulze Elektronik GmbH, Prenzlauer Weg 6, 64331 Weiterstadt
widersprechen bzw. seine Einwilligung widerrufen. Nach Erhalt des Widerspruchs bzw.
Widerrufs werden die hiervon betroffenen Daten nicht mehr genutzt und verarbeitet.
II. 8. Gerichtsstand und Erfüllungsort
(a) Falls der Kunde nach Vertragsabschluss seinen Wohnsitz oder gewöhnlichen Aufenthalt
aus dem Geltungsbereich der Bundesrepublik Deutschland verlegt, ist der Geschäftssitz
von SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK Gerichtsstand. Dies gilt auch, falls Wohnsitz oder gewöhnlicher Aufenthalt des Kunden im Zeitpunkt der Klageerhebung nicht bekannt sind.
(b) Es gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland; die Geltung des UN-Kaufrechts ist ausgeschlossen.
III. Allgemeine Verkaufs und Lieferbedingungen für Unternehmer
III. 1. Angebot und Angebotsunterlagen
(a) Von diesen AGB abweichende Regelungen gelten nur dann, wenn diese von SCHULZE
ELEKTRONIK schriftlich bestätigt werden. Dies gilt auch dann, wenn SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK in Kenntnis entgegenstehender oder abweichender AGB des Kunden Leistungen
vorbehaltlos erbringt.
(b) Soweit nicht anders ausgewiesen, verstehen sich die angegebenen Preise der jeweils gültigen Händler-Preisliste ausschließlich Versandkosten. Die Darstellung des Sortiments von
SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK auf Internetseiten, in Katalogen oder in der Auslage stellt kein
rechtlich bindendes Angebot, sondern eine unverbindliche Offerte dar.
(c) Der Kunde bestellt die von ihm gewünschte Ware/Dienstleistung durch Absendung oder
Übergabe aller abgefragten Angaben. Die vom Kunden abgegebene Bestellung ist ein bindendes Angebot. Ein Vertrag kommt zustande, wenn SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK das Angebot annimmt. Die Annahme erfolgt durch Auslieferung oder individuelle Bestätigung. Automatisch versandte Bestellbestätigungen dienen lediglich der Information des Kunden und
stellen keine Vertragsannahme dar.
(d) SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK ist berechtigt, das Angebot innerhalb von zwei Wochen anzunehmen.
(e) Wir behalten uns vor, eine gegenüber unserem Angebot in Preis und Qualität gleichwertige
Leistung zu erbringen und im Falle von Nichtverfügbarkeit nicht zu liefern / zu leisten.
(f) Vorstehendes gilt nicht für die Abwicklung von Rechtsgeschäften über Online-Marktplätze
und/oder Online-Auktionen. Hier gelten hinsichtlich des Vertragsschlusses jeweils ausschließlich die AGB des jeweiligen Marktplatz- oder Auktionsbetreibers.
III. 2. Fälligkeit und Aufrechnung
(a) Für die bei SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK gelisteten Modellbau-Händler sind unsere Rechnungen innerhalb von 30, für alle übrigen Unternehmer innerhalb von zehn Tagen nach Rechnungsstellung netto zur Zahlung fällig. Maßgeblich ist der Eingang der vollständigen Zahlung auf einem unserer Konten.
(b) Aufrechnungsrechte stehen dem Kunden nur zu, wenn seine Gegenansprüche rechtskräftig festgestellt, unbestritten oder von uns anerkannt sind. Zur Ausübung eines Zurückbehaltungsrechts ist der Kunde insoweit befugt, als sein Gegenanspruch auf dem gleichen
Vertragsverhältnis beruht.
(c) Ein Abzug von Skonto auf Produkt-Verkaufs-Rechnungen steht ausschließlich den bei
SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK gelisteten Modellbau-Händlern zu, wenn der Betrag innerhalb
von 10 Tagen nach Rechnungsstellung auf einem unserer Konten gutgeschrieben ist.
III. 3. Lieferzeit
(a) Soweit nicht anders angegeben oder vollzogen, erfolgt die Lieferung in der Regel innerhalb
von dreißig Werktagen nach Eingang der Bestellung.
(b) Die Einhaltung unserer Lieferverpflichtung setzt weiter die rechtzeitige und ordnungsgemäße Erfüllung der Verpflichtung des Kunden voraus. Die Einrede des nicht erfüllten Vertrages bleibt vorbehalten.
(c) Kommt der Kunde in Annahmeverzug oder verletzt er schuldhaft sonstige Mitwirkungspflichten, so sind wir berechtigt, den uns insoweit entstehenden Schaden, einschließlich
etwaiger Mehraufwendungen ersetzt zu verlangen. Weitergehende Ansprüche bleiben vorbehalten.
(d) Sofern die Voraussetzungen von (c) vorliegen, geht die Gefahr eines zufälligen Untergangs
oder einer zufälligen Verschlechterung der Kaufsache in dem Zeitpunkt auf den Kunden
über, in dem dieser in Annahme oder Schuldnerverzug geraten ist.
(e) Wir haften nach den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen, soweit der zugrunde liegende Kaufvertrag ein Fixgeschäft im Sinn von § 286 Abs. 2 Nr. 4 BGB oder von § 376 HGB ist. Wir haften
auch nach den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen, sofern als Folge eines von uns zu vertretenden Lieferverzugs der Kunde berechtigt ist geltend zu machen, dass sein Interesse an der
weiteren Vertragserfüllung in Fortfall geraten ist.
(f) Wir haften ferner nach den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen, sofern der Lieferverzug auf einer
von uns zu vertretenden vorsätzlichen oder grob fahrlässigen Vertragsverletzung beruht;
ein Verschulden unserer Vertreter oder Erfüllungsgehilfen ist uns zuzurechnen. Sofern der
Lieferverzug nicht auf einer von uns zu vertretenden vorsätzlichen Vertragsverletzung beruht, ist unsere Schadensersatzhaftung auf den vorhersehbaren, typischerweise eintretenden Schaden begrenzt.
(g) Wir haften auch nach den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen, soweit der von uns zu vertretende
Lieferverzug auf der schuldhaften Verletzung einer wesentlichen Vertragspflicht beruht; in
diesem Fall ist aber die Schadensersatzhaftung auf den vorhersehbaren, typischerweise
eintretenden Schaden begrenzt.
(h) Im Übrigen haften wir im Fall des Lieferverzugs für jede vollendete Woche Verzug im Rahmen einer pauschalierten Verzugsentschädigung in Höhe von 3% des Lieferwertes, maximal jedoch nicht mehr als 15% des Lieferwertes.
(i) Weitere gesetzliche Ansprüche und Rechte des Kunden bleiben unberührt.
III. 4. Gefahrenübergang
(a) Sofern sich aus der Auftragsbestätigung nichts anderes ergibt, ist Lieferung „ab Werk“ vereinbart.
(b) Wir senden in der Regel transportversichert; die insoweit anfallenden Kosten trägt der
Kunde.
III. 5. Mängelhaftung
(a) Mängelansprüche des Kunden setzen voraus, dass dieser seinen nach § 377 HGB geschuldeten Untersuchungs- und Rügeobliegenheiten ordnungsgemäß nachgekommen ist.
(b) Soweit ein Mangel der Kaufsache vorliegt, ist SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK nach eigener Wahl
zur Nacherfüllung in Form einer Mangelbeseitigung oder zur Lieferung einer neuen mangelfreien Sache berechtigt. Im Fall der Mangelbeseitigung ist SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK
verpflichtet, alle zum Zweck der Mangelbeseitigung erforderlichen Aufwendungen, insbesondere Transport-, Wege-, Arbeits- und Materialkosten zu tragen, soweit sich diese nicht
dadurch erhöhen, dass die Kaufsache nach einem anderen Ort als dem Erfüllungsort verbracht wurde.
(c) Schlägt die Nacherfüllung fehl, so ist der Kunde nach seiner Wahl berechtigt, Rücktritt oder
Minderung zu verlangen.
(d) SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK haftet nach den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen, sofern der Kunde
Schadensersatzansprüche geltend macht, die auf Vorsatz oder grober Fahrlässigkeit, einschließlich von Vorsatz oder grober Fahrlässigkeit von Vertretern oder Erfüllungsgehilfen
beruhen. Soweit SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK keine vorsätzliche Vertragsverletzung angelastet wird, ist die Schadensersatzhaftung auf den vorhersehbaren, typischerweise eintretenden Schaden begrenzt.
(e) SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK haftet nach den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen, sofern schuldhaft
eine wesentliche Vertragspflicht verletzt wird; in diesem Fall ist aber die Schadensersatzhaftung auf den vorhersehbaren, typischerweise eintretenden Schaden begrenzt.
III. 6. Gesamthaftung
(a) Eine weitergehende Haftung auf Schadensersatz als unter III. 5. vorgesehen, ist – ohne
Rücksicht auf die Rechtsnatur des geltend gemachten Anspruchs – ausgeschlossen. Dies
gilt insbesondere für Schadensersatzansprüche aus Verschulden bei Vertragsabschluss,
wegen sonstiger Pflichtverletzungen oder wegen deliktischer Ansprüche auf Ersatz von
Sachschäden gemäß § 823 BGB. Die Haftung wegen vorsätzlichen Handelns bleibt hiervon
unberührt.
(b) Die Begrenzung nach (a) gilt auch, soweit der Kunde anstelle eines Anspruchs auf Ersatz
des Schadens, statt der Leistung Ersatz nutzloser Aufwendungen verlangt.
(c) Soweit die Schadensersatzhaftung SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK gegenüber ausgeschlossen
oder eingeschränkt ist, gilt dies auch im Hinblick auf die persönliche Schadensersatzhaftung
der Angestellten, Arbeitnehmer, Mitarbeiter, Vertreter und Erfüllungsgehilfen von SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK.
III. 7. Eigentumsvorbehaltssicherung
(a) SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK behält sich das Eigentum an der Kaufsache bis zum Eingang
aller Zahlungen aus dem Liefervertrag vor. Bei vertragswidrigem Verhalten des Kunden,
insbesondere bei Zahlungsverzug, ist SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK berechtigt, die Kaufsache
zurückzunehmen. In der Zurücknahme der Kaufsache durch SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK liegt
ein Rücktritt vom Vertrag. SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK ist nach Rücknahme der Kaufsache zu
deren Verwertung befugt, der Verwertungserlös ist auf die Verbindlichkeiten des Kunden –
abzüglich angemessener Verwertungskosten – anzurechnen.
(b) Der Kunde ist verpflichtet, die Kaufsache pfleglich zu behandeln; insbesondere ist er verpflichtet, diese auf eigene Kosten gegen Feuer, Wasser und Diebstahlsschäden ausreichend zum Neuwert zu versichern. Sofern Wartungs- und Inspektionsarbeiten erforderlich
sind, muss der Kunde diese auf eigene Kosten rechtzeitig durchführen.
(c) Bei Pfändungen oder sonstigen Eingriffen Dritter hat der Kunde SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK
unverzüglich schriftlich zu benachrichtigen, damit SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK Klage gemäß §
771 ZPO erheben kann. Soweit der Dritte nicht in der Lage ist, SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK
die gerichtlichen und außergerichtlichen Kosten einer Klage gemäß § 771 ZPO zu erstatten, haftet der Kunde für den entstandenen Ausfall.
(d) Der Kunde ist berechtigt, die Kaufsache im ordentlichen Geschäftsgang weiter zu verkaufen; er tritt SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK jedoch bereits jetzt alle Forderungen in Höhe des
Fakturaendbetrages (einschließlich MwSt) der Forderung ab, die ihm aus der Weiterveräußerung gegen seine Abnehmer oder Dritte erwachsen, und zwar unabhängig davon,
ob die Kaufsache ohne oder nach Verarbeitung weiter verkauft worden ist. Zur Einziehung
dieser Forderung bleibt der Kunde auch nach der Abtretung ermächtigt. Die Befugnis von
SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK, die Forderung selbst einzuziehen, bleibt hiervon unberührt.
SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK verpflichtet sich jedoch, die Forderung nicht einzuziehen, solange der Kunde seinen Zahlungsverpflichtungen aus den vereinnahmten Erlösen nachkommt,
nicht in Zahlungsverzug gerät und insbesondere kein Antrag auf Eröffnung eines Vergleichs
oder Insolvenzverfahrens gestellt ist oder Zahlungseinstellung vorliegt. Ist aber dies der
Fall, so kann SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK verlangen, dass der Kunde SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK die abgetretenen Forderungen und deren Schuldner bekannt gibt, alle zum Einzug
erforderlichen Angaben macht, die dazugehörigen Unterlagen aushändigt und den Schuldnern (Dritten) die Abtretung mitteilt.
(e) Die Verarbeitung oder Umbildung der Kaufsache durch den Kunden wird stets für SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK vorgenommen. Wird die Kaufsache mit anderen, SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK nicht gehörenden Gegenständen verarbeitet, so erwirbt SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK das
Miteigentum an der neuen Sache im Verhältnis des Wertes der Kaufsache (Fakturaendbetrag,
einschließlich MwSt) zu den anderen verarbeiteten Gegenständen zur Zeit der Verarbeitung. Für die durch Verarbeitung entstehende Sache gilt im Übrigen das Gleiche wie für die
unter Vorbehalt gelieferte Kaufsache.
(f) Wird die Kaufsache mit anderen, SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK nicht gehörenden Gegenständen untrennbar vermischt, so erwirbt SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK das Miteigentum an der
neuen Sache im Verhältnis des Wertes der Kaufsache (Fakturaendbetrag, einschließlich
MwSt) zu den anderen vermischten Gegenständen zum Zeitpunkt der Vermischung. Erfolgt
die Vermischung in der Weise, dass die Sache des Kunden als Hauptsache anzusehen ist,
so gilt als vereinbart, dass der Kunde SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK anteilmäßig Miteigentum
überträgt. Der Kunde verwahrt das so entstandene Alleineigentum oder Miteigentum für
SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK.
(g) SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK verpflichtet sich, die SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK zustehenden Sicherheiten auf Verlangen des Kunden insoweit freizugeben, als der realisierbare Wert der
Sicherheiten die zu sichernden Forderungen um mehr als 10% übersteigt; die Auswahl der
freizugebenden Sicherheiten obliegt SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK.
III. 8. Datenschutz
(a) Zur Auftragsabwicklung speichert SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK die personenbezogenen Daten
und gibt sie zu diesem Zweck ggf. an Dritte weiter. Der Kunde stimmt dieser Erhebung,
Verarbeitung und Nutzung personenbezogener Daten ausdrücklich zu.
(f) Die Haftung wegen schuldhafter Verletzung des Lebens, des Körpers oder der Gesundheit
bleibt unberührt; dies gilt auch für die zwingende Haftung nach dem Produkthaftungsgesetz.
(b) Der Vertragstext wird gespeichert und kann auch nach Vertragsschluss noch eingesehen
werden. Der Kunde kann der oben genannten Nutzung und / oder Verarbeitung seiner
Daten jederzeit durch Mitteilung an: Schulze Elektronik GmbH, Prenzlauer Weg 6, 64331
Weiterstadt widersprechen bzw. seine Einwilligung widerrufen. Nach Erhalt des Widerspruchs
bzw. Widerrufs werden die hiervon betroffenen Daten nicht mehr genutzt und verarbeitet.
(g) Soweit nicht vorstehend etwas Abweichendes geregelt, ist die Haftung ausgeschlossen.
III. 9. Gerichtsstand und Erfüllungsort
(h) Die Verjährungsfrist für Mängelansprüche beträgt ein Jahr, gerechnet ab Gefahrenübergang.

These Terms have been drawn up in German language. Any English translation is made available

Consequences of Cancellation
If a cancellation takes effect, the services rendered to both parties must be repaid, and
any revenue drawn (e.g. interest) must be restored. Goods which can be sent by post
may be returned at our cost and risk. Goods which cannot be sent by post will be
collected from the customer. You must fulfil your obligation to refund payments within
a period of thirty days after despatch of your declaration of cancellation. Please prepay any parcel sufficiently. We will reimbourse postal charges immediately.

II. 5.
Liability for Defective Goods
I. Purview
(a) The statutory guarantee period is two years, commencing with the transfer of the goods.
1. These Terms of Sale and Supply are applicable to all business relations between the company
of Schulze Elektronik GmbH (hereinafter known as “SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK”) and its
customers for the supply of goods and services.
(b) In the case of used purchased items the term of limitation for claims relating to defective
goods is one year, commencing with the transfer of risk.
2. Section II. of the following Terms of Sale and Supply applies exclusively to transactions with
consumers. The consumer is defined as the individual person who concludes a legal
transaction for a purpose which cannot be attributed to his / her commercial or independent
professional activity.
3. The Terms of Sale and Supply included in Section III. for Business Customers apply
exclusively to business customers, e.g. all dealers listed with Schulze (commonly known as
“model making dealer”.
II. General Terms of Sale and Supply for Consumers
II. 1.
Tenders and Tender Documents
(a) The portrayal of the SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK range of goods on Internet sites, in catalogues
or in displays constitutes a non-binding offer; it does not constitute a legally binding tender.
(b) Unless otherwise indicated, all stated prices include statutory Value Added Tax (VAT), but
exclude carriage costs and other incidental services such as training, installation, special
accessories, software etc.
(c) The customer orders the goods he wishes to acquire by sending or transferring all the
information requested. The customer’s order constitutes a binding tender. A contract is
accomplished when SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK accepts the tender. Acceptance may take the
form of despatch of goods or confirmation of the individual contract. Confirmation of receipt
of order which is sent automatically serves only to inform the customer; it does not constitute
acceptance of contract.
(d) SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK is entitled to accept the tender within a period of two weeks.
(e) The foregoing does not apply to the processing of legal transactions by means of on-line
marketplaces and / or on-line auctions. In this case the only terms of business which are
relevant to conclusion of contract are the AGB of the operator of the relevant marketplace or
auction.
II. 2. Due Dates, Settlement and discount
(a) Unless otherwise marked or agreed upon, our invoices are payable net within ten days of
receipt of invoice, relevant is our receivement of payment.
(b) The customer is only entitled to settlement rights if his counter-claims are found to be legally
valid, undisputed or acknowledged by us. The customer is entitled to exert a right of retention
if his counter-claim is based on the same contract relationship.
(c) To our own manufactures products we offer to consumers a quantity discount schedule as
follows: 5% net discount for quantities from 3 to 9 pieces, 10% for quantities more than 10
pieces.
II. 3. Supply
(a) Goods are supplied throughout Europe. Unless indicated otherwise, goods are normally
delivered within ten working days of receipt of order.
(b) Compliance with the obligation to supply goods is dependent upon the prompt and proper
fulfilment of the customer’s obligation.
II. 4. Right of Cancellation
Right of Cancellation
You are entitled to cancel your declaration of contract within a period of two weeks,
without stating your reasons, either in text form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or by returning
the goods. The cancellation period commences on the day after receipt of the
instruction, if at this time you have received the requisite information in accordance
with mail order law, and if we have fulfilled all obligations for electronic business

(c) It is the customer’s responsibility to carry out a complete data back-up at his own cost
before despatching defective goods.
II. 6.
Reservation of Title
(a) SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK reserves title to the purchased items until all payments relating to
the contract have been received.
(b) The customer is responsible for handling the purchased items with due care; in particular
he must take out adequate insurance for the purchased items to their new value at his own
cost, covering damage caused by fire, water and theft, until we have received full payment
in accordance with (a). Where maintenance and inspection work is necessary, the customer
must carry this out promptly at his own cost.
(c) In the case of distraint or other intervention on the part of third parties, the customer must
promptly inform SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK of this circumstance.
II. 7.
Data Protection
(a) SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK stores personal data for the purposes of contract processing, and
will pass on the information to third parties if required for this purpose. The customer expressly agrees to the collection, processing and use of his personal data.
(b) The contract text is stored, and can also be examined after conclusion of contract.
(c) The customer is entitled to deny or cancel his approval of the aforementioned use and / or
processing of his data at any time by informing: Schulze Elektronik GmbH, Prenzlauer Weg
6, 64331 Weiterstadt, Germany. After receipt of the denial or cancellation, the relevant data
will no longer be used or processed.
II. 8.
Jurisdiction and Domicile
(a) If, after conclusion of contract, the customer moves his residence or usual abode out of the
purview of the Federal Republic of Germany, jurisdiction is the place of business of SCHULZE
ELEKTRONIK. This also applies if the residence or usual abode of the customer are not
known at the time the complaint is issued.
(b) The legal relationships of the parties shall be governed by German law with exclusion of the
United Nations Convention of 11 April 1980 on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

(b) Unless otherwise indicated, all stated prices include statutory Value Added Tax (VAT), including carriage costs. The portrayal of the SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK range of goods on
Internet sites, in catalogues or in displays constitutes a non-binding offer; it does not constitute a legally binding tender.

relevant to conclusion of contract are the AGB of the operator of the marketplace or auction.

Delivery Time
(a) Unless indicated otherwise, goods are normally delivered within ten working days of receipt
of order.
(b) Compliance with the obligation to supply goods is dependent upon the prompt and proper
fulfilment of the customer’s obligation. We reserve the right to object to unfulfilled contracts.
(c) If the customer is in default or culpably infringes other obligations of the collaboration, we
are entitled to demand compensation for the damages arising, including any additional
expenses. We reserve the right to make additional claims.
(d) If the pre-conditions under (c) are present, the risk of accidental destruction or accidental
deterioration of the purchased goods passes to the customer when the latter is dishonoured
or defaults as a debtor.
(e) We are liable in accordance with the statutory regulations if the relevant purchase contract
is a fixed transaction in the sense of § 286 Section 2 No. 4 BGB or of § 376 HGB. We are
also liable in accordance with the statutory regulations if the customer is entitled to maintain
that his interest in the continued fulfilment of the contract has lapsed due to delay in supply
on our part.
(f) We are also liable in accordance with the statutory regulations if the delay in supply is due
to a deliberate or grossly negligent infringement of contract which is our responsibility; we
bear the blame on the part of our representatives or our assistants. If the delay in supply is
not due to a deliberate infringement of contract on our part, our liability to pay compensation
is limited to the typical predictable damage.
(g) We are also liable in accordance with the statutory regulations if the delay in supply on our
part is due to the culpable infringement of a significant contract obligation; however, in this
case the liability to pay compensation is limited to the typical predictable damage.
(h) If there is a delay in supply, we are also liable to pay compensation for each complete
week’s delay as part of a general delay compensation to the amount of 3% of the value of
the shipment, but with a maximum of no more than 15% of the shipment value.
(i) Additional statutory claims and rights of the customer are not affected.
III. 4.
Transfer of Risk, Packaging Costs
(a) Goods are assumed to be supplied “ex-works”, unless the contract confirmation states different terms.
(b) If the customer wishes, we are prepared to take out transport insurance to cover the goods
shipment; the cost of the insurance is payable by the customer.

Liability for Defective Goods
(a) Claims on the part of the customer in respect of defective goods require that the latter has
properly fulfilled his obligation to examine and locate faults in accordance with § 377 HGB.
(b) If a defect is present in the purchased goods, SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK is entitled to choose
whether to correct the fault or supply a new, defect-free replacement. If SCHULZE
ELEKTRONIK opts to correct the fault, the company is obliged to bear all expenses required for the correction, especially transport, travel, work and materials costs, unless such
costs are increased by the fact that the purchased goods were transported to a different
location than the domicile.
(c) If the service fails, the customer is entitled at his own choice to demand withdrawal or
diminution.
(d) SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK is liable in accordance with the statutory regulations if the customer makes valid claims for compensation due to deliberate or gross negligence, including
deliberate or gross negligence on the part of our representatives or our assistants. If
SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK is not accused of deliberate infringement of contract, the liability
to pay compensation is limited to the typical predictable damage.
(e) SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK is liable in accordance with the statutory regulations if a significant contract obligation is culpably infringed; in this case the liability to pay compensation is
limited to the typical predictable damage.
(f) The liability on account of culpable injury to life, limb or health is unaffected; this applies
also to compulsory liability in accordance with product liability law.
(g) Liability is excluded if the regulations are at variance with the foregoing.
(h) The term of limitation for claims relating to defective goods is one year, commencing with
the transfer of risk.
(i) The term of limitation in the case of legal recourse in accordance with §§ 478, 479 BGB is
unaffected; the period is five years, commencing on the date of delivery of the defective
item.
III. 6.
Overall Liability
(a) Liability to pay compensation in addition to that included under III. 5. is excluded – without
taking account of the legal nature of the validated claim. This applies in particular to claims
for reimbursement of debts at conclusion of contract, to other infringements of obligations,
or to tort claims for compensation of property damage in accordance with § 823 BGB.
Liability for wilful trading is unaffected by this.
(b) The limitation as described under (a) also applies if the customer demands reimbursement
of needless expense instead of making a claim for compensation.
(c) Where the liability of SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK to pay compensation is excluded or limited,
the same also applies to the personal compensation liability of the staff, employees, representatives and assistants of SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK.
III. 7. Reservation of Title
(a) SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK reserves title to the purchased items until all payments relating to
the contract have been received. If the customer behaves in contravention of the contract,
especially in respect of default of payment, SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK is entitled to recover
the purchased goods. The action of recovering the purchased goods by SCHULZE
ELEKTRONIK constitutes withdrawal from the contract. SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK is entitled to dispose of the purchased goods after recovery. The proceeds of the disposal will be
set against the customer’s obligations – with the deduction of reasonable costs for disposal.
(b) The customer is responsible for handling the purchased items with due care; in particular
he must take out adequate insurance for the purchased items to their new value at his own
cost, covering damage caused by fire, water and theft, until we have received full payment
in accordance with (a). Where maintenance and inspection work is necessary, the customer
must carry this out promptly at his own cost.
(c) In the case of distraint or other intervention on the part of third parties, the customer must
promptly inform SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK of this circumstance, so that SCHULZE
ELEKTRONIK can petition the court in accordance with § 771 ZPO. If the third party is not
in a position to refund the legal and extra-legal costs of a petition to SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK
in accordance with § 771 ZPO, the customer is liable for the shortfall.
(d) The customer is entitled to resell the purchased goods in the proper course of business;
however, he thereby forfeits all claims upon SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK to the amount of the
final invoice total (including VAT) which arise from the resale to his client or third party,
regardless of whether the purchased goods have been resold with or without further processing. The customer is entitled to collect this debt even after withdrawal. The entitlement of
SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK to call in the debt is unaffected by this. However, SCHULZE
ELEKTRONIK is not entitled to collect the debt if the customer meets his payment obligations from the proceeds, does not default on his payments, and especially if no application
is made to initiate a settlement or insolvency process, or if suspension of payment is in
hand. However, if this is the case, SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK can demand the customer to
inform SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK of the transferred debts and their debtors, to provide all
information required for collection, to pass on the relevant documents and to inform the
debtors (third parties) of the transfer.
(e) Further processing or conversion of the purchased goods by the customer is always carried
out for SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK. If the purchased goods are processed together with other
objects not belonging to SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK, then SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK acquires
co-ownership of the new goods in the ratio of the value of the purchased goods (final invoice total, including VAT) to the other processed objects at the time of processing. The
conditions which apply to purchased items supplied under reservation also apply to those
items which are produced through further processing.
(f) If the purchased goods are incorporated indivisibly into other objects not belonging to
SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK, then SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK acquires co-ownership of the new
item in the ratio of the value of the purchased goods (final invoice total, including VAT) to the
other incorporated objects at the time of the incorporation. If the incorporation occurs in
such a way that the customer’s item is considered to be the primary item, then it is assumed
that the customer transfers co-ownership in the appropriate ratio to SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK.
The customer safeguards the resultant sole ownership or co-ownership for SCHULZE
ELEKTRONIK.
(g) SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK is obliged to release the securities due to SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK
at the request of the customer if the realisable value of the securities exceeds the secured
debts by more than 10%; SCHULZE ELEKTRONIK retains the right to select the securities
to be released.

Sehr geehrte Modellbaukollegen,
Dear fellow modellers,
die Fa. Schulze Elektronik GmbH existiert seit 1993 und ist aus einem Ingenieurbüro entstanden, welches direkt nach meiner Berufsausbildung gegründet wurde. Das Büro wurde zunächst nebenbei als
Feierabendjob betrieben und später durch den Vertriebszweig "das
elektroflug magazin" unterstützt.
Die Entwicklungsziele waren in den Anfängen der Elektrofliegerei
einfach zu definieren, nachdem die großen Modellbaufirmen den
Elektroflug eingeführt hatten: Das Laden der Akkus erfolgte damals
über 2 Widerstandskabel, die "Abschaltautomatik" aus der Eieruhr in
der Küche, die man natürlich im Bastelkeller nicht hörte. Die "Regler"
bestanden bei den Wettbewerbspiloten aus zwei Blechen die ein
Servo zusammendrückte, weil Relaiskontakte bei hohen Strömen
aneinander zu kleben pflegten.
Die Idee war nun, die Technik zum Elektroflug benutzerfreundlich
und zuverlässig zu machen.
Die Aufgabenstellungen von heute sind wesentlich komplexer, die
Maxime jedoch gilt bis zum heutigen Tag.
Qualität hat bei schulze eine lange Tradition. Das zeigt die Tatsache,
daß wir unsere Produkte in der Anfangszeit lediglich durch Mund zu
Mund Propaganda verkauft hatten und heutzutage zu den Marktführern in dieser Produktnische des Modellbaus zählen.
Der frühe Einsatz von CAD-Systemen zur Leiterplattenentwicklung,
ausgefeilte Konstruktionen und stets "konservative" Angaben in den
Technischen Daten haben unsere Produkte schon immer im "high
end" Bereich "made in germany" angesiedelt.
Dem Anspruch auf Zuverlässigkeit, verläßlichen Daten sowie außergewöhnlichen und sogar "intelligenten" Eigenschaften unserer Produkte haben wir uns fest verschrieben.

schulze elektronik gmbh has been in existence since 1993; the company
developed from an engineering office which I founded immediately after I
completed my professional training. Initially the office was a part-time
business which I ran as a spare-time job, and it was later supported by a
distribution operation known as “das elektroflug magazin”.
At that time electric flight was in its infancy, and the major model companies had only just started the ball rolling. Back then flight batteries were
charged using two resistance cables, and “automatic charge termination”
systems relied upon the kitchen egg-timer, which - needless to say - was
out of earshot when you were in the workshop. Competition flyers used
speed “controllers” which consisted of two metal plates pressed together
by a servo, because relay contacts welded themselves together at high
currents. With all these problems in mind, it was easy to define my original development aims:
I wanted to make the technology of electric flight user-friendly and reliable.
Nowadays the requirements are much more exacting, but that original
maxim still holds true.
At Schulze quality is a long-standing tradition. In the early period we did
not advertise at all; our products were sold simply by word-of-mouth recommendation, and this was enough to keep up the momentum. Nowadays
we are acknowledged as one of the leaders in this niche modelling market.
Our early adoption of CAD systems for circuit board development, the
sophistication of our designs and our insistence on “conservative” specifications have maintained our products’ status in the “high end” range,
typified by the phrase “Made in Germany”.
We have stuck rigidly to our insistence on reliability in our products and
data, and consistently develop products with unusual and even “intelligent” characteristics.
Tests are carried out at various stages in the production process, finishing with a final check in which every battery charger actually charges a
battery and every speed controller actually controls a motor, and this is
our assurance that we are supplying you with the best possible quality.
