2 3 Love is the subject of “Seasons”. It is about love itself and about loving the four seasons, from the cheerfulness of springtime and all its colours, from the pleasure of abandoning oneself to the overwhelming heat of summer and the magic of a dream, from the wind that wafts the scent of autumn, from the silence of a winter landscape and the explosion of new life, when the first buds break through the blanket of snow. “Seasons” touches all senses. “Seasons” is a new and unique mixture of styles that have never before been combined in this way. Recitations of poems and classical chant combine with elements of style from movie compositions, lounge music, and club sounds with a fascinating diversity. You will want to hear the songs over and over again. Seasons It would be difficult to find a category “Seasons” could be assigned to. The twelve pieces of music from Moon Suk and Jan Giese are beyond well-known genres, the term Cross-over can also not do justice to “Seasons”. “Listening Music” would be an option. Lyrics like those of an audio book join in with elements of classical and pop music. Even though all songs are composed completely in minor key, “Seasons” is filled with cheerfulness and lightness, without ever becoming onedimensional. The lyrics are catchy and touching at the same time, easily switching between German and English. 4 5 Jahreszeiten Grünfrühling in meinem Herzen Rotsommer in meinem Lieben Orangeherbst in meiner Seele Weißwinter für meinen Frieden Seasons Spring green in my heart Red summer in my love Autumn orange in my soul White winter for my peace 6 7 Du fröhlicher Frühling Lange, lange glaubte ich dem Frühling nicht Aber doch?
