Inleiding Teak & Garden heeft meer dan een kwart
eeuw ervaring in het ontwerpen, vervaardigen en
vermarkten van teakhouten tuinmeubels. Waar de
producten vroeger met de hand gemaakt werden in
Europa, worden deze nu gefabriceerd door productiepartners in Azië. De productiemethoden zijn weliswaar veranderd, maar de traditionele manier van
produceren is gebleven. Teak & Garden heeft hiermee
gekozen voor de allerhoogste kwaliteit van meubelmaken. Het gebruik van eigen kwaliteitscontroleurs
en inkopers in Azië garandeert bovendien dat alleen
kwalitatief hoogstaande materialen worden gebruikt
in het productieproces. Met dit respect voor kwaliteit
en ontwerp mag Teak & Garden zich rekenen tot de
grootste tuinmeubelleveranciers op de Europese Markt.
De collectie bestaat uit klassieke en tijdloze modellen,
wereldwijd verspreid over tuinen en parken. Met name
de laatste jaren heeft Teak & Garden flink geïnvesteerd in nieuwe materialen en designs. De collectie
schittert dan ook juist nu door nieuwe, eigentijdse
ontwerpen en de inzet van andere materialen dan
teak. Synthetisch vlechtwerk, roestvrij staal, aluminium
en vinyldoek hebben gezorgd voor een aantrekkelijke
aanvulling op het bestaande assortiment. Maar waar

Einleitung Teak & Garden hat viele Jahrzehnte Erfahrung in Entwurf, Herstellung und Vermarktung von
Teakholz-Gartenmöbeln. Während die Möbel früher
handwerklich in traditionellen englischen Werkstätten
entstanden, produzieren wir seit vielen Jahren bei ausgewählten, hochmodernen Partnerfirmen in den asiatischen
Ländern, wo das Plantagenteak angebaut wird. Die
Herstellungsmethodik ist zwar verändert, die Qualität
und traditionelle Bauweise sind jedoch geblieben. Teak
& Garden hat sich für die allerbeste Qualität der Möbelproduktion entschieden. Eigene Qualitätskontrolleure
und Einkäufer in Asien garantieren außerdem, dass nur

Introduction Teak & Garden has been designing,
manufacturing and marketing teak garden furniture
for more than a quarter of a century. Originally, our
products were made by hand in Europe. Today, they
are produced in modern manufacturing facilities by
our partners in Asia. Although our production methods
have changed, Teak & Garden continues to construct its
furniture in well-tested, traditional ways that guarantee
the highest quality. Our own, dedicated quality controllers and purchasing offices in Asia also ensure that only
the very best materials are used for Teak & Garden
furniture. This dedicated commitment to all-round quality
has made Teak & Garden one of the leading suppliers

s vývojem, designem a výrobou teakového zahradního
nábytku. Zatímco v minulosti byly produkty ručně
vyráběny v Evropě, nyní se vyrábějí v moderních

NL De Coconut collectie is een
zeer veelzijdige blikvanger. Zo kan
dit meubelstuk gebruikt worden
als ligbed waarin u alleen of met
z’n tweeën heerlijk kunt luieren.
Daarnaast kan dit meubel gebruikt
worden als lounge zit bestaande uit
twee lounge stoelen en een voetstoel

NL De Nubia collectie is een uniek
ontwerp dat qua materiaalkeuze,
comfort, verfijning en vormgeving
een zeer exclusieve lijn biedt. Teak
& Garden heeft gekozen voor
een kwalitatieve hoogwaardige
materiaalsoort welke naast het
gebruik binnen uitermate geschikt is
voor buitengebruik. Het vlechtwerk
is een synthetische vezel en heeft
door zijn aparte constructie een zeer
unieke uitstraling. Het materiaal is
UV bestendig en waterafstotend. Het
frame bestaat uit gepoedercoated
aluminium met roestvast stalen
poten. Het tafelblad is gemaakt
van mat glas en is krasbestendig.
De Nubia is ontworpen door Frans
Schrofer en heeft de North Sea Pearl
prijs in 2007 gewonnen.

wickerwork is made of a synthetic
fibre which, due to its unusual
construction, gives it a unique look.
The fibre is both UV-resistant and
water-resistant. The frame consists
of powder-coated aluminium joined
to stainless-steel legs. The scratchresistant tabletop is made of frosted
glass. Designed by Frans Schrofer,
the Nubia won the North Sea Pearl
Award in 2007.

gewilde recycled teak tafels. Het
gebruikte teak is afkomstig van
oude huizen op Java, hierdoor
hoeven er geen nieuwe bomen
gekapt te worden en besparen we
het milieu. Door het hergebruik van
teak ontstaat een forse en landelijke
uitstraling. De tafels zijn uiterst
robuust en bestaan uit eigentijdse
modellen welke zowel binnen als
buiten een unieke aanvulling op het

teak voorkomen houtrot en zorgen

is de werking van het hout zoals
uitzetten, krimpen en kromtrekken
nihil. Dit maakt teakhout uitermate
geschikt voor buitenmeubelen. Door
jarenlange ervaring waarborgt Teak
& Garden een uitmuntende kwaliteit

productie voldoet aan hoogstaande

NL Teak & Garden maakt gebruik
van een hoge kwaliteit roestvast
staal (RVS) in combinatie met
weerbestendige materialen. Om
corrosie tegen te gaan en de
hoogste kwaliteit RVS te bereiken
voor haar meubels, maakt Teak
& Garden gebruik van twee
bewerkingsprocessen; passiveren
en electro polishing (EP). Passiveren
gebeurt door een behandeling met
salpeterzuur, waardoor herstel van
het metaaloppervlak plaatsvindt.
Na het passiveren wordt het EP
proces toegepast, waarbij vuil en
oneffenheden op het oppervlak
worden verwijderd. Door deze
behandeling krijgt het metaal zijn
oorspronkelijke corrosiebescherming
terug. Teak & Garden adviseert om
RVS meubels regelmatig schoon
te maken met water en een milde
zeep met name in chloor- en
zoutwateromgevingen. Meubels van
RVS kunnen vuil, vlekken en aanslag
aantrekken en vereisen daarom
naast de gebruikelijke reiniging
met water en milde zeep een extra
reiniging met de Stainless Steel
Cleaner.

handelsüblicher Edelstahl an der

Bearbeitungsprozesse ein:
Passivieren und elektrolytisch
Polieren (EP). Passivieren geschieht
durch eine Behandlung mit
Salpetersäure, wodurch eine
Neutralisierung evtl. korrodierender
Partikel an der Metalloberfläche
stattfindet. Nach diesem Passivieren
wird der EP-Prozess angewendet,
wodurch Fremdstoffe und Rauheiten
von der Oberfläche entfernt werden.
Gleichwohl empfehlen wir in Chlorund Salzwasser-Umgebungen die
Möbel regelmäßig mit einer sanften
Seifenlösung zu reinigen. Bei
intensiven Flecken empfehlen wir die
Pflege mit unserem Stainless Steel
Cleaner.

highest-quality stainless steel for its
furniture, Teak & Garden uses two
treatment processes: passifying and

which restores the metal surface.

Teak & Garden therefore advises
customers to clean stainless-steel
furniture regularly with water and
soap. Chlorine and saltwater are
stainless-steel greatest enemy, these
elements can cause corrosion. Teak
& Garden uses an electro polish
finish to increase the resistance
to corrosion, it is however
recommended to use Stainless Steel
Cleaner on furniture exposed to
these elements.

dva ošetřovací procesy: pasivizaci

Pasivizace spočívá v používání
kyseliny dusičné, která obnovuje
povrch kovu. Po pasivizaci se
provádí metoda EP, která odstraňuje
nečistoty a nepravidelnosti z
povrchu. Toto ošetření obnovuje
původní protikorozní ochranu
kovu. Nábytek z nerez oceli může
přitahovat nečistoty, skvrny a
usazeniny. Doporučujeme proto
našim zákazníkům pravidelně čistit
nerezový nábytek vodou a mýdlem.
Největšími nepřáteli nerez oceli jsou
chlór a slaná voda, protože mohou
způsobovat korozi. Společnost Teak
& Garden používá elektrolytické
leštění ke zvýšení odolnosti povrchu
vůči korozi, nicméně se doporučuje
používat čisticí přípravek na nerez
ocel v případě, že je nábytek
vystaven výše uvedeným látkám.

natuur heeft voortgebracht. Quarts
beschikt over eigenschappen die

Zo zijn de quarts tafelbladen
kras- en vlekbestendig, zeer
onderhoudsvriendelijk en licht in

die Quarz Tischplatten kratz- und
Fleckbeständig, sehr pflegeleicht
und nicht schwer. Daher ist Quarz
ein ausgezeichneter Ersatz für
Stein. Quarz ist nicht porös, daher
kann kein Schmutz einziehen. Es ist
also nicht notwendig die Platte zu
imprägnieren oder zu wachsen. Die
glatte Oberfläche lässt sich leicht
pflegen. Mit einem feuchten Tuch
und ein neutralem Reinigungsmittel
oder einem Geschirrspülmittel. Für
die intensive Reinigung empfehlen
wir Seifenwasser und CIF Cream.

vyrobeny z 94% přírodního
křemene – jednoho z nejtvrdších
materiálů, který člověk zná. Křemen
má vlastnosti, které překonávají

De Batyline doeken behouden hun
mooie kleur dankzij een excellente
weerstand tegen UV- stralen. Hun
synthetische samenstelling en de
schimmelwerende behandeling
voorkomt beschadiging bij vochtig
weer. Daarbij droogt het open
gewerkt weefsel snel en zijn de
doeken dus zeer geschikt voor bij
het zwembad of sauna. Een borstel
en een zeepoplossing is voldoende
voor periodiek onder­houd. Het
Batyline kan ook gewoon met water
afge­spoeld worden. De doeken zijn
uitgevoerd in eigentijdse, tijdloze
