Performance Indicators for wastewater services as part of Benchmarking in Germany - a short overview – VI-05-09 A. Schulz, Essen VI-05-09 Introduction Introduction • Since 1996/7 the adoption of Benchmarking methods has been developed for Wastewater services in Germany • starting points were initiatives of corporations to get a management tool for improvement by learning from other organisations.
