Die Tischgraviermaschine Kirba LH 412 N ist
konzipiert für das Gravier-Kopieren von Schriften
und Flachgravuren in Stahl, Aluminium, Messing,
Kunststoff, Plexiglas, sowie in allen anderen zerspanenden Werkstoffen.
The KIRBA flat engraving machine LH 412 N is suitable
for engravings in aluminium, steel, brass, plastics, acryl
and all other materials which can be cut.
The vibration-resistant construction of the machine is
able to high stress occasioned by intense engraving
operations.
A variety of special attachments are available which
contribues to the versatility of this machine.
All movable parts do run in adjustable standardized roller
bearings. Solid guide ways are adjustable and to replace
when worn out after very longtime of operation.
Spindle bearings and guide ways are protected against
chips and dust by bellow type covers.
The pantograph is equiped with roll bearings for easy run
and play free operation. They also can be adjusted.
The engravin g head is robust and stable. The self regulation
of the bearings of the cutting spindle is an important asset
guaranteing and even and play free spindle movement and
thus excercising a positive influence on the engraving result.
The lock flange ( part no. 18005 ) serves to set the
engraving head into a fixed position for light cutting / milling
work using the coordinate table. ( work table )
Jahrelange Erfahrungen aus der Praxis ließen diese
Maschine zu einer ausgereiften Konstruktion werden.
Reichhaltiger Zubehör bietet eine vielseitige Verwendung der Maschine. Durch Blockieren des
Gravierkopfes und Nutzung des KoordinatenArbeitstisches läßt sich die Maschine auch für leichte
Fräsarbeiten verwenden.
Neben den üblichen Fräs - Gravuren kann man die
Maschine auch zum Diamantritzen und Elektro Signieren verwenden.
Durch die sinnvolle Anordnung der Bedienerelemente
ist die Handhabung der Maschine unkompliziert und
verhindert eine vorzeitige Ermüdung.
