als Plug & Play Systeme konzipiert. Mit den neuen MINAX Steckersystemen werden die Kabel
mit sehr kleinen Durchführungen ins Fahrzeug
gebracht. Das komplette Montagematerial und
ein Universal-Kabelsatz ist in jedem Set enthalten.

Axion is offering Monitors starting from 3,5" up to
19" (and bigger) for almost any mobile application.
10-32 V power supply is for us almost common
standard. All monitors are developed and certified
for the mobile us in vehicles. Special features for
e.g. Heavy Duty applications or VGA-Input, etc. are
possible. It doesn’t matter if you like to use our

Sie haben bereits einen LCD-Monitor mit einem
Video-Eingang (Cinch) in Ihrem Fahrzeug und möchten

Kein Problem, die ANV-Navigationsrechner können Sie
universell an jeden Monitor mit einem Composite-VideoEingang anschließen.

Die NIK Systeme ermöglichen die Nachrüstung einer

installed in your car and you like to extend the system
with a navigation? No problem, the ANV-Navigation
Boxes can be connected to almost any monitor with a
Composite input.
(eventually there an adaptor for special connectors
required, like CA 002C for AXION Camera Monitors.)
Some Car makers like e.g. Audi, BMW and Mercedes
already delivery a big number of their car with a LCD
Display, even there is no original Navigation ordered
with the car. Especially for this combination of an OEM
Radio with a separate Display there is often no retrofitting
solution from the factory available.
With AXION’s NIK-KITs (Navigation Integration KIT) we
can offer the perfect solution for these vehicles.
The NIK Systems allow the user to retrofit a Navigation
in cars which come with an OEM Radio and Monitor but
without OEM Navigation. The installation does not even
require to change the original radio. The Navigation
picture can easiely be switched on the original Monitor
by pressing a specific button, e.g. on the Streering-wheel
or by an external switch.
The navigation control now is possible with the included
RF Touch-Pad Controller or by Touch-Screen, which can be
optional added on the original screen.
Optional kann auch eine Touch-Screen-Funktion für die

Navigation Box for vehicle application in the market. By the Android OS the possibilities
of usage are almost infinite, wheter downloading APKs from Google Play Store, Internet
Browser, Navigation, News, Music, Video, Office applications, Mail, VoIP, etc.. The ANV
2020AD comes with an integrated GPS for navigation or other applications using GPS.
With the built-in WiFi & Bluetooth Module or the optional 3G Modem, the system
can provide internet access und a wide range of possible uses for private or business.

Dieser Alarm hat einen Spannungsbereich von 12 –
24 V und einen dB-Bereich von 97. Durch den hohen
Schutzgrad des witterungsbeständigen Gehäuses kann
man diesen Alarm in Bereichen mit hohen Belastungen
verbauen (IP67). Die Besonderheit ist, dass man diesen
Alarm durch zweimaliges Einlegen des Rückwärtsganges ausschalten kann (z.B. für Nachtanlieferungen an Supermärkte in Wohngegenden, etc.). Der
Alarm wird über 3 Kabel angeschlossen. Löcher zur
Befestigung des Alarms sind je seitlich und auf der
Bodenseite vorhanden Zertifikate: CE. E11, SAEJ994
Dieser Rückfahralarm hat die Besonderheit, sich je
nach Geräuschpegel der Umgebung selbst anzupassen,
d.h. je lauter die Umgebung, desto lauter der Alarmton.
Der dB-Bereich liegt zwischen 77 – 102 dB. Spannungsbereich liegt hier bei 12 – 24 V. Anwendung findet
dieser intelligente Alarm in folgenden Bereichen (IP67
hohe Belastung):

This Back Alarm covers a voltage range of 12 – 24V DC
and a dB-range of 97. With its high protection class IP67
and the weatherproof housing it can be installed even in
harsh environments (IP67). The special thing about this
alarm is, that by shifting into the reverse gear twice, the
alarm can be switched of, which can be helpful in areas
where you have to avoid noise (e.g. Food logistics which
have to deliver late a night, etc.) The Alarm will be connected by 3 wires. Mounting holes are based on the bottom

Durch die vertikale Ausrichtung des Monitors erhält der
Nutzer eine optimale Übersicht rund um das Fahrzeug
und eine Bilddarstellung in Fahrtrichtung. Der externe
GPS-Empfänger steuert das System, so dass es nur bei
Geschwindigkeiten von 0-30 km/h das AVS-360° Bild
darstellt und den Fahrer bei höheren Geschwindigkeiten
nicht ablenkt.
The AVS-360° Monitor Kit is specially designed for the use
in large vehicles, like coaches, Trucks, Mobilehomes, Waste
Disposal, etc.. The System comes with an 8" LCD-TFT Monitor
for mounting in the A-Pillar area, 4 cameras with 180°
(horizontal) viewing angle and an external GPS-Receiver.
By the monitors verticale ortientation it provides the user
a perfect overview and a surround picture in the driving
direction. The external GPS-Receivers controls that the
system is only working at a speed from 0 to 30 km/h and so it
will not disturb the driver at a higher speed.

Das iAVS-360° System (Inteligent Around Vision System)
bietet dem Fahrer eine Ansicht des Fahrzeugs aus der Vogelperspektive und eine 360° Rundumsicht, bei Verwendung von
lediglich 4 Weitwinkel-Kameras und spezieller Bildverarbeitung. Die Bilder der 180° Kameras bieten dem Fahrer ein extrem weites Sichtfeld, das aber auf Grund des großen Winkels
extrem verzeichnet. Die iAVS-360° Bildverarbeitungs-Einheit
kombiniert die Bilder aller Kameras, korrigiert die Verzeichnung und generiert die Ansicht aus der Vogelperspektive auf
das Fahrzeug am Monitor.
What is iAVS-360°?
The iAVS-360° (Intelligent Around Vision System) System
provides the driver an instant top view of the vehicle and the
360˚ surroundings using 4 wide-angle lens cameras and image
processing. The images captured by 180˚-cameras offer the
viewer to have a wide range of vision but they are distorted.
The iAVS-360° Image Processing Unit combines all the images
and corrects them projecting a top view of the vehicle on
the screen as if the view is captured from above the vehicle
“Birdview”.

Das AVS-360° Box Kit ist die perfekte Lösung zur Integration einer Rundumsicht-Lösung an bereits vorhandene
Monitore oder Navigationen mit Video-Eingang.
Das System besteht aus der AVS-B-01 Control Box sowie
4 Kameras mit 180° (horizontal) Blickwinkel.
Die AVS-B-01 verfügt über 4 Kamera-Eingänge,
1 Video-Ausgang, 3 Trigger (Rückfahr-/Blinker L+R Signal),
1 Geschwindigkeitssignal-Eingang.
Die Darstellung am Monitor erfolgt immer in einem
geteilten Bildschirm der auf einer Seite das volle AVS-Bild
zeigt und auf der anderen die jeweils gewählte Kamera
(siehe Abb.).

AVS-270° Box Kit
for a Semi-Around-Vison (Front or Rear)
Mit dem AVS-270° bieten wir die perfekte Lösung für
Trailermontage, Baumaschinen oder Fahrzeuge bei
denen nicht alle 4 Seiten eingesehen werden müssen.
Das System besteht aus der AVS-B-02 sowie 2 Kameras
mit 180° (horizontal) und 1 Kamera mit 150° (horizontal)
Blickwinkel.
Die AVS-B-02 verfügt über 3 Kamera-Eingänge, 1 VideoAusgang, 3 Trigger (Rückfahr-/Blinker L+R Signal), 1
Geschwindigkeitssignal-Eingang. Das System kann an
jeden beliebigen Monitor angeschlossen werden.
Die Darstellung am Monitor erfolgt bei Rückwärtsgang
als 270° AVS-Bild (siehe Abb.) und bei Aktivierung der
Blinker jeweils als Vollbild.

The AVS-360° Box Kit is the perfect solution to integrate an
Around-Vision-Solution to an existing Monitor or Navigation
with Video-Input. The System comes with the AVS-B-01 Control Box and 4 Cameras with 180° (horizontal) viewing angle.
With the AVS-270° there is a perfect Solution for use on
trailer, consturction machines or other vehicles where you
do not need to view all 4 sides. The System comes with the
AVS-B-02 as well as 2 Cameras with 180° (horizontal) and
1 camera with 150° (horizontal) viewing angle.
The AVS-B-01 has 3 Camera-Input, 1 Video-Out, 3 Trigger
(Reverse / Left / Right), 1 Speed-Signal-In. It can be connected
to any Monitor.
The picture on the Monitor will show when drinving

Sichtbereich der Kamera deckt die gesamte Breite von
einer Ecke der Stoßstange zur anderen ab. Das Kamerabild setzt sich aus zwei Bereichen zusammen – dem
Rückfahrbereich (6 m breites Sichtfeld) und dem ParkModus (180° Vogelperspektive) (3m breites und 80 cm

Interface wird das originale Bild der 180° Kamera so in
diese beiden Bereiche optimal einberechnet. Eine weitere Funktion des Systems ist die automatische Erkennung
von bewegten Hindernissen, die den Rückraum des
Fahrzeugs tangieren. Hier warnt das System den Fahrer
durch farbige Markierung des Gefahrenbereichs.

Blind-Spot Detection & Lane Departure Warning
The AXION FVCS 180° (Full Vision Camera System) with
its latest developed 180° Mini-Camera & the Smart Vision
Interface offers to the user a perfect overview without “Blind
Spots” while reversing. The Visible Area covers the entire
width of the vehicles back from one edge of the bumper to
the other. The Camera composes two areas in one picture –
the rear view (6 m wide viewing field) and the parking view
(Bird-View) (3 m wide and 80 cm deep area). The System can
be adjusted to the cars dimensions and by the smart vision
interface with its state-of-art digital technic the original
undistorted 180° Camera picture will be perfectly calculated
into this 2 areas. Additionally the system can detect obstacles
which enter the rear area of the car and will warn the driver
by a colored Frame around the dangerous area.
Das ICA System vereint die Funktion eines Toten
Winkel-Assistenten mit einem Spurverlassenswarner.
Das System überwacht die Toten Winkel des Fahrzeugs
(Front, Seitenbereiche optional verfügbar) und warnt
automatisch den Fahrer, sobald eine Gefahrenquelle
(andere Fahrzeuge, Radfahrer, Fußgänger, etc.) in diesen
Bereichen auftaucht. Weiter kann die Front-Erkennung
nicht nur für Hindernisse genutzt werden, sondern
bietet ab einer Geschwindigkeit von mehr als 60 km/h
zusätzlich einen Spurverlassenswarner.
Mit Hilfe eines GPS-Empfängers oder eines Schaltkontaktes werden alle wichtigen Funktionen automatisch und
geschwindigkeitsabhängig zu- und abgeschaltet, so dass
der Fahrer sich auf seine Arbeit konzentrieren kann und
bei eventuellem Sekundenschlaf sofort gewarnt wird.
The ICA System combines the functionality of a Blind Spot
Detection and a Lane Departure Warning System. The
System observes the Blind Spots (Front / Side available as
Option) of the vehicle and automatically detects if there is
any Obstacle (like other Vehicles, Cyclist, Pedestrian, etc.)
enters the defined are. In that case the System will give
immediately a warning to the Driver. The front detection
can not only be used for the Blind Spot Detection, it can
also provide a Lane Departure Warning function when
the vehicles speed is over 60 km/h.
By GPS-Receiver or a Trigger-Singal all necessary
functions will be de-/activated without noticing the driver,
so he can focus completely on his job.
