Great Success for CeoTronics
Die Messe GPEC (General Police Equipment Exhibition & Conference®) hat sich für CeoTronics und die CT-Video GmbH zur
wichtigsten Messe für Deutschland und Europa entwickelt.
Über 6000 Fachbesucher, 30% mehr als noch vor zwei Jahren,
informierten sich im Mai 2006 in Leipzig über Neuheiten,
Technologien und Trends auf dem Gebiet der Polizeiausrüstung.
Im Zentrum der Messehalle gelegen konnte niemand den
Stand von CeoTronics übersehen. Mit einer Standgröße von
145 Quadratmetern war es der bis dahin größte Auftritt der
CeoTronics AG auf einer Messe überhaupt. Im Fokus des
Interesses der Besucher war, nur einige Wochen vor der
Fußball WM in Deutschland, vor allem die persönliche Ausstattung von Bereitschaftspolizisten. Hier besonders das neue
CT-Neckband Headset, welches durch seine Leichtigkeit und
Formbarkeit das ideale Headset zum Tragen auch unter
Helmen ist. Reges Interesse fand im Bereich Audio auch das
CT-DECT Remote System. Es ermöglicht "als Kofferlösung"
sowohl die verdeckte als auch die Schnellausrüstung von z. B.

CeoTronics and CT-Video GmbH for Germany and Europe.
In May 2006 in Leipzig over 6000 trade visitors, 30% more than
two years ago, acquired information on innovations, technologies and trends in the field of police equipment.
Located in the center of the exhibition hall it was impossible
to miss the CeoTronics stand. With an area of 145 m² this was
the biggest stand CeoTronics AG has ever had at an exhibition.
Just a few weeks before the start of the soccer world championship in Germany, visitors' interest was focused above all on
personal equipment for riot police, in particular on the new
CT neckband headset, which, because of its light weight and
mouldability, is the ideal headset for wearing under helmets
as well.
In the audio field CT-DECT Remote System was also the subject of great interest. As a "case solution" it enables covert
operations and quick fitting of, for example, leased or
changeover vehicles, as well as the setting up of mobile com-

Leasing-/Wechsel-Fahrzeugen sowie das Aufstellen von
mobilen Kommandostellen vor Ort. In der Übergangszeit von
BOS-Analog- zum Digitalfunk erlaubt das CT-DECT Remote
System außerdem die parallele Nutzung beider Systeme sowie
die Nutzung unterschiedlicher Funkstandards wie "Tetra" und
"Tetrapol".
Für die CT-Video GmbH war das Hauptthema die "Digitale
Videoübertragung"; hier fand das Produkt CT-DCOM sehr
reges Interesse. Wichtig waren den Besuchern auch die
Möglichkeit der verdeckten Einsätze von Kameras und
Komponenten für die mobile Anwendung z. B. in Taschen auf
einem Motorrad sowie die neue Variante III der CT-Cylinder
Camera, die jetzt auch über umfangreiche Programmierungsmöglichkeiten verfügt.

In the framework of a major tender the French Ministry of
the Interior has received another 577 Nolan motorcycle
helmets with power LED and CT-ContactCom communication system.

The main subject for CT-Video GmbH was video transmissions; the product CT-DCOM attracted a lot of interest.
What was important for visitors was also the possibility of
covert use of cameras and components for mobile applications e.g. in a bag on a motorcycle, and the new version III
of the CT-Cylinder Camera, which now has extensive programming facilities as well.

CeoTronics hat die Ausschreibung über 150 EnergielosHeadsets für die Deutsche Bundeswehr gewonnen. Speziell
für den Einsatz auf Schiffen stellt CeoTronics die robusten
Energielos-Headsets her. Sie schützen vor Umgebungslärm,
ermöglichen in Verbindung mit der schiffseigenen Kommunikationseinrichtung drahtgebundenes Gegensprechen;
benötigen hierfür aber keine Stromversorgung. Die Sprechtaste befindet sich in einem separaten Gehäuse, das
bequem an der Kleidung getragen wird.
150 Sound Powered
Headsets for the
Bundeswehr
CeoTronics has been awarded the contract in a tender for
150 sound powered headsets for the German Bundeswehr.
CeoTronics makes the sturdy headsets especially for use on
ships. They protect from ambient noise, enable wire-bound
intercommunication in conjunction with the ship's own
communication system and do not require a power supply
for this. The PTT button is in a separate housing that is
worn comfortably on the clothing.

Über 250 HTML-Seiten in deutsch und englisch umfasst der
neue Web-Auftritt, der seit Ende Juli im Netz steht.
Mehr Information, noch schönere und großzügigere Bebilderung und dadurch mehr Nutzen für die Kunden – das war das
Credo der Überarbeitung der CeoTronics-Internetseite.
Die Grundstruktur des Auftritts blieb zwar erhalten, wurde aber
zugleich – wie auch alle Zielgruppen-Prospekte – dem Layout
und Design des neuen CeoTronics-Imageprospektes angepasst.
Mit nur wenigen Klicks können unsere Kunden passende

CT-DECT in Rettungshubschraubern bei der Fußball WM 2006
Feuerprobe mit Bravour bestanden:
Die Deutsche Bundeswehr hatte während der Fußball WM in
mehreren Hubschraubern CT-DECT Systeme im Einsatz.
Die Systeme bestehen jeweils aus einem Mehrfach-Interface und Hör-/Sprechsystemen mit Lärmschutz für weitere
vier Teilnehmer, die dann untereinander und mit dem Piloten
duplex kommunizieren können; wie am Telefon kann jeder
Teilnehmer gleichzeitig sprechen und hören.

CT-DECT in Rescue Helicopters at the Soccer
World Championship 2006
During the Soccer World Championship 2006 the German Bundeswehr had CT-DECT systems in use in several helicopters.
Each system consisted of a multiple interface and communication systems for protection against noise for additional
four users, who can then communicate with one another and with the pilot in duplex operation: as with a telephone, each
user can talk and listen at the same time.

Anfang März 2006 begann Thomas Braun als Kommunikationselektroniker in der
Reparaturabteilung, Maria Isabel Hubert ist seit Mitte März als Sachbearbeiterin
Personalwesen für die Personalabrechnung und Verwaltung in der CeoTronics AG
zuständig. Kai Lembach leitet seit Mitte April bei CeoTronics den Bereich Finanzen
und Controlling. Seit dem 1. September 2006 arbeitet Herr Heribert Höhnlein in
der Buchhaltung.
Bei der CT-Video GmbH in Rothenschirmbach ist Matthias Weber seit 1. Juli 2006
in der Entwicklungsabteilung tätig.
Gérard Crismer, seit März 2003 als Außendienstmitarbeiter bei der CeoTronics Sarl in
Frankreich, ist seit 1. Juli dieses Jahres zum Verkaufsleiter (Directeur Commerical)
befördert worden. Neben dem französischen Staatsgebiet ist Herr Crismer auch für
den Verkauf von CeoTronics-Produkten im französisch sprechenden Teil von Belgien
zuständig.
Zum Start des neuen Lehrjahres ermöglichten die CeoTronics AG und die
CT-Video GmbH fünf Menschen den qualifizierten Einstieg in das Berufsleben:
Michael Barth startet als Industriekaufmann bei der CeoTronics AG.
Ebenfalls in Rödermark beginnt Aron Dreher die Lehre als Elektroniker für Systeme
und Geräte. Bei der CT-Video GmbH beginnen Toni Modesti und Holger Muras
eine Lehre als Elektroniker für Systeme und Geräte. Kathleen Neumann startet eine
Ausbildung als Industrie-Kauffrau.
Vorstand und Geschäftsführung wünschten allen Neu-Einsteigern viel Erfolg beim
Start in das Berufsleben!
At the beginning of March 2006 Thomas Braun started work as a communication
technician in the repairs department. Maria Isabel Hubert is working in the
Human Resources Department since the middle of March with responsibility for
personnel accounting and administrations in CeoTronics AG. Kai Lembach is
the manager of the CeoTronics Finances and Controlling Division since the middle
of April, and Mr. Heribert Höhnlein is working in the accounts department since
September 1, 2006.
Matthias Weber is working in the Development Department at CT-Video GmbH in
Rothenschirmbach since July 1, 2006. Gérard Crismer, who has worked as an external sales
employee for CeoTronics Sarl in France since March 2003, was promoted to Sales Manager (Directeur Commercial) with effect
from July 1 this year. Along with French national territory Mr. Crismer is also responsible for sales of CeoTronics products in
the French-speaking part of Belgium.
At the start of the new training year CeoTronics AG and CT-Video GmbH enabled five people to start a career with qualifications:
Michael Barth started as an industrial business management assistant at CeoTronics AG. Aron Dreher started vocational training
as a technician for systems and appliances in Rödermark as well. Toni Modesti and Holger Muras started vocational training
as technicians for systems and appliances at CT-Video GmbH. Kathleen Neumann started vocational training as an industrial
business management assistant.
