Automatische Bindemittelextraktionsanlage mit
Programmsteuerung zur automatischen Extraktion vom
Auswaschen bis zum Zerlegen in die Bestandteile
Zuschlagstoffe – Füller - Bitumen - Lösungsmittel
(nicht brennbare Lösungsmittel). Diese von uns
entwickelte Maschine ist eine Weiterentwicklung
unserer Zentrifugentype HEZ. Durch Anbau eines
Siebturmes für max. 6 Siebe ∅ 200 x 50 mm mit
Lösungsmittelsprühanlage sowie einer gekoppelten
Rückgewinnungsanlage mit einer Stundenleistung von
40 I und der Programmsteuerung wird eine schnelle
und automatische Extraktion ermöglicht. Das Bedienungspersonal ist somit frei für andere Aufgaben sowie
wesentlich kürzere Zeit den schädlichen
Lösungsmitteldämpfen ausgesetzt. Pro Extraktion sind
Probenmengen bis ca. 100 x Größtkorn (max. 3,2 kg
Mischgut) möglich. Durchlaufzeit je nach Material und
Menge ca. 25-45 Min. Die einwandfreie Funktion
dieser Anlage wurde bereits im In- und Ausland durch
Analysen bestätigt. Inkl. Durchflusswächter für
Rückgewinnungsanlage, welcher die Maschine bei
Kühlwasserausfall automatisch abschaltet sowie
Einrichtung zur Rückführung auftretender
Lösungsmitteldämpfe in den Maschinenkreislauf. Zur
Entnahme von Bitumenproben während der Extraktion
ist die Rückgewinnungsanlage mit einem
entsprechenden Ablasshahn ausgestattet.
Automatic binder extraction machine with
programmed control unit for automatic extraction from
rinsing to separation into aggregates – filler – bitumen
- solvents (non-flammable solvents). This machine,
developed in-house, is a further development of our
centrifuge type HEZ. A rapid and automatic extraction
is made possible by the added feature of a sieve
cartridge for max. 6 sieves, dia. 200 mm x 50 mm,
and solvent-spraying nozzles, as well as a combined
solvent recovery unit with an hourly output of 40 l and
the programmed control unit.
When using this machine, laboratory engineers are
free to carry out other work and thus come into
contact with the hazardous solvents for a considerably
reduced period of time. Quantities of up to 3.2 kg
asphalt material (100 x max. grain shape) can be
accommodated per extraction process. Depending on
material and quantity, the throughput time is approx.
25 to 45 min. The trouble-free operation of this
machine has already been confirmed by analyses
carried out in Germany and abroad. Includes flowcontrol instrument for the recovery system; this stops
the machine automatically when there is an
interruption to the cooling water supply, as well as a
device with solvent fume return system. The recovery
system is fitted with a suitable drain cock for taking
bitumen samples during the extraction process.
