Mitgliedschaft bei Fälligkeit zu Lasten meines Giro-Kontos mittels Lastschrift einzuziehen.
Wenn mein Konto die erforderliche Deckung nicht aufweist, besteht seitens des kontoführenden Kreditinstitutes keine Verpflichtung zur
Einlösung. Gebühren, die seitens des Kreditinstitutes erhoben und dem Verein in Rechnung gestellt werden, wenn mein Konto die
erforderliche Deckung nicht aufweist, werden mir vom Giessen Busters Baseball Club e.V. in Rechnung gestellt und sind sodann Bestandteil
meines säumigen Mitgliedsbeitrages.
I hereby authorize the Giessen Busters Baseball Club e.V. revocable to draw the membership-fees on the due date from my giro-banking account.
In case of insufficient funds the bank does not have the obligation to cash the direct debit to the account of the Giessen Busters Baseball Club e.V.. Bank charges
because of insufficient funds will be added to my membership-fee rate and will be drawn from my banking account. The Giessen Busters Baseball Club e.V. retains the
right to block my players-pass and to induce judicial steps in the case of not paying the membership-fees.
