Schlauchleitungen (Katalog S2)
Das Argus Schlauchleitungsprogramm umfasst Ausführungen aus
synthetischem Kautschuk und Thermoplast-Elastomeren für Nieder-, Hochund Höchstdruck. Eine neue Generation ARGUFLEX Schlauchleitungen kann
für Systemdrücke bis 105, 210 sowie 315 bar in weiten industriellen
Anwendungsbereichen eingesetzt werden. CAD-optimierte Schläuche runden
das Programm ab.
Hoses (Catalog S2)
The range of Argus hoses includes products made from synthetic rubber and
thermoplastic-elastomers for low-, high and ultra-high pressure applications.
The new generation ARGUFLEX hoses can be used in a wide range of industrial
application areas for system pressures up to 105, 210 and 315 bars. CADoptimised hoses complete the range of products.
Multispiral-Schlauchleitungen (Katalog MS1)
Das Argus Multispiral-Schlauchleitungsprogramm beinhaltet Leitungen mit bis
zu sechs Spiraldrahteinlagen für höchste Druckbeanspruchungen.
Hauptsächlich finden diese Produkte Einsatz bei Herstellern von
Baumaschinen sowie Maschinenbau mit hohen Betriebsdrücken, z.B. bei
Kunststoffspritzmaschinen.
Multispiral-Hose-Assemblies (Catalog MS1)
The range of Argus multispiral-hoses-assemblies includes hoses with up to six
spiral wire braids to withstand the highest pressures. These products are
mainly used by manufacturers of building machines and general engineering
applications where highest pressures occur, e.g. plastics injection moulding
machines.

Argus Kupplungen
sind Schnellverbindungen für Rohr- und
Schlauchleitungen. Sie ermöglichen ein
leichtes Trennen und Wiederverbinden
gefüllter Leitungen von Hand ohne
Zuhilfenahme von Werkzeugen.
Argus coupling
are self-sealing connections for pipes and
hose assemblies. They assure an easy
manual separation and coupling of filled
hoses without using any tools.
Außer den hier aufgeführten Kupplungsarten
liefern wir in den Nennweiten 32, 50 und 80
eine Kugelhahnkupplung mit glattem,
geraden Vollstromdurchgang. Bei dieser
werden die beiden Kupplungshälften, die
vom System her zwei Kugelhähnen
entsprechen, mit zwangsläufiger Folgeabhängigkeit vor dem Trennen von Hand
geschlossen.

With the Argus self-sealing coupling FPK all hydraulic accessory units can
be coupled under pressure. Flow in both directions is possible.
Mit der Argus Schnellverschlusskupplung FPK können HydraulikZusatzgeräte unter Druck angekuppelt werden. Eine Strömung ist in
beide Richtungen möglich.
During coupling, the coupling box bolts automatically. When uncoupling,
the coupling box is moved in the opposite direction.
Während des Kuppelvorgangs verriegelt die Hülse automatisch. Beim
Entkuppeln wird die Hülse in die Gegenrichtung verschoben.
A fixed valve seat in the coupling box prevents locking due to high reflux
speed between plug and box.
Ein Schließen durch hohe Rückstrom-Geschwindigkeiten von Stecker zu
Muffe ist durch einen festen Ventilsitz in der Muffe nicht möglich.
The coupling box must be relieved from pressure during
coupling.
Die Muffe muß beim Kuppelvorgang druckentlastet sein.
Eine Abreißfunktion ist möglich, wenn die Muffenhülse entsprechend
"Schottwandeinbau" befestigt ist. Eine Sicherung gegen ungewolltes
Entkuppeln ist als Option möglich.

Die Grundausführung hat jeweils metrisches Innengewinde M22 x 1,5.
Weitere Anschlussvarianten sind mit unterschiedlichen
Einschraubstutzen möglich.

Argus SVK Schnellverschlusskupplungen dienen zum schnellen Kuppeln
und Entkuppeln von gefüllten Leitungen. Bei den Kupplungsvorgängen in
drucklosem bzw. druckabgesenktem Bereich werden automatisch
Ventile betätigt, die den Durchfluß frei geben bzw. absperren. Das
Kuppeln der aus Kupplungsstecker und Kupplungsmuffe bestehenden
Argus Schnellverschluss-Kupplung erfolgt durch Verschieben einer Hülse.
Auf diese Weise ist eine formschlüssige Verbindung der beiden
Kupplungshälften gewährleistet. Die Hülse ist so konstruiert, daß sie zum
Trennen und Verbinden der Kupplungshälften jeweils nur in der
entsprechenden Bewegungsrichtung verschoben werden muß.
Argus SVK self sealing couplings is for fast coupling and uncoupling of
loaded pipes. When coupling with pressure-free and low pressure, the
valves are automatically releasing and blocking the flow of fluid. The
coupling of the Argus self sealing coupling consisting of coupling plug
and coupling box is effected by moving a socket. This assures the
interlocking connection of the two coupling halfs. Due to the socket 's
design the separation and connection of both coupling halfs can only be
done in the corresponding moving direction.
Argus Schnellverschluss-Kupplungen können durch eine Halterung der
Muffenhülse als Abreiß-Kupplung verwendet werden.
Argus self-sealing coupling can be also used as tear-off coupling by using
a mounting of the socket box.
Die drei Grundausführungen DN 6, 10 und 16 haben Innengewinde. Die
metrischen Grundausführungen können durch unterschiedliche
Einschraubstutzen für andere Anschlussnennweiten ausgerüstet werden.
The 3 basic versions DN 6, 10 and 16 have inside threads. The metric
basic versions can be provided with different screwed sockets for other
nominal diameter connections.

zusätzliche Passivierung mit verbessertem Oberflächenschutz.

TPE (PTFE possible) , O-rings NBR (other materials possible), compression
springs spring steel wire, coupling socket steel zinc coated, screwed
sockets of different connections steel zinc coated, dust socket and dust

Schließen durch den auftretenden Rückschlageffekt ausgeschlossen (z.B.

Argus high-pressure couplings for connecting and disconnecting loaded
lines. Due to their robust construction with proved construction parts
they are suitable for very high and pulsatory pressure. When coupling
the valves are automatically releasing and blocking the flow. The
coupling of the Argus high-pressure coupling (consisting of coupling plug
and coupling box) is effected by screwing with the hand nut of the plug
part over the red marker ring until limit stop.
Argus Hochdruck-Kupplungen dienen zum Verbinden und Trennen von
gefüllten Leitungen. Durch ihre robuste Bauweise mit bewährten
Konstruktionsteilen eignen sie sich für besonders hohe und stoßweise
Druckbelastungen. Bei den Kupplungsvorgängen werden automatisch
Ventile betätigt, die den Durchfluß freigeben bzw. absperren. Das
Kuppeln der aus Kupplungsstecker und -muffe bestehenden Argus
Hochdruck-Kupplung erfolgt durch Verschrauben mit der Handmutter
des Steckerteils über den roten Markierungsring bis zum Anschlag.

Die Argus Hochdruck-Kupplung RPK ermöglicht eine leckölarme

einer Fest- und einer Loshälfte.

Argus Rohrleitungs-Kupplungen ermöglichen eine leckölfreie Verbindung
oder Trennung gefüllter Leitungen.
Argus Tube-coupling enables a leackage-free connection or
disconnection of loaded pipes.
Die Kupplung besteht aus einer Fest- und einer Loshälfte. Das Kuppeln
der beiden Hälften erfolgt durch Verschrauben mittels Handmutter bzw.
Handrad bis zum Anschlag. Dabei öffnen sich Ventile in beiden Hälften
gegen Federkraft.
The coupling consists of a fixed and a loose part. The coupling of both
parts is done by hand nut i.e. handwheel up to the limit stop. Valves are
opening in both parts against spring power.
Beim Entkuppeln schließen sich die Ventile bevor sich die
Kupplungshälften trennen. Deshalb ist auch ein Lufteintritt in die
Leitungen verhindert.
When uncoupling the valves are closing before the coupling parts are
disconnected. Therefore no air can enter into the pipes.

Unter Druck kann der Kupplungsvorgang bis etwa 20 bar von Hand

AK Tear-off coupling
Argus tear-off couplings assure leackage-free connection and
disconnection of loaded pipes. The coupling consists of a fixed and a
loose part. The coupling of both parts is done by screwing up with hand
nut or handwheel up to limit stop. The valves in both parts are opening
against spring power. When uncoupling the valves are closing before the
coupling parts are disconnected. Therefore no air can enter into the
pipes.
Argus Abreiß-Kupplungen ermöglichen eine leckölfreie Verbindung oder
Trennung gefüllter Leitungen. Die Kupplung besteht aus einer Fest- und
einer Loshälfte. Das Kuppeln der beiden Hälften erfolgt durch
Verschrauben mittels Handmutter bzw. Handrad bis zum Anschlag.
Dabei öffnen sich Ventile in beiden Hälften gegen Federkraft. Beim
Entkuppeln schließen sich die Ventile bevor sich die Kupplungshälften
trennen. Deshalb ist auch ein Lufteintritt in die Leitungen verhindert.

Unter Druck kann der Kupplungsvorgang bis etwa 20 bar von Hand
vorgenommen werden. Mit Werkzeugen kann auch unter höherem
Druck ge- und entkuppelt werden. Die Kupplungshälften können auch
auseinandergerissen werden. Diese Möglichkeit verhindert bei
Zugbeanspruchung ein Zerreißen des Leitungssystems und damit ein
Auslaufen des Mediums. Wegen des Abreißhubs muß die Festhälfte an
eine Schlauchleitung oder ein federndes Rohr angeschlossen werden. Im
getrennten Zustand werden die Kupplungshälften mit den unter Zubehör
angegebenen Teilen gegen Verschmutzung und Beschädigung geschützt.

The LBS locking valve is kept in OFFEN (OPEN) position through a
pressure spring. If the pretension of the pressure spring is exceeded, the
valve brad moves into the valve seat and the tube is closed.
Äußere Einflüsse, z.B. heftige Bewegungen, Schläge bei fahrenden
Geräten, die Einbaulage der LBS, auch Ventilschläge, können zu
Axialkräften und zur Veränderung der Schließmenge führen.
External influences, for example hard movements, shocks of moving
machines , fitting position of the LBS, also valve shocks, can be
responsible for the modification of the closing quantity and can result in
axial forces.
Sollten obige Kriterien vom Anwender nicht übersehen werden können,
sind anlagebedingte Versuche zu fahren.
If above criteria has to be taken into consideration, constitutional
testings have to be made.
Die Leitungsbruch-Sicherung soll so nah wie möglich an das zu sichernde
Bauteil (Tank oder Zylinder) angebaut werden, wobei hohe
Durchflußwiderstände zwischen dem zu schützenden Element und der
Leitungsbruch-Sicherung zu vermeiden sind.
The line breackage safeguard has to be positioned nearby the part to be
protected (tank or cylinder). However high flow resistance between the
part to be protected and the line breackage safeguard has to be
avoided.

Druckflüssigkeiten nach VDMA 24317. Für Pneumatik sowie für
Wasserhydraulik in entsprechenden Werkstoffen lieferbar.
