Für diese differenzierten Kundenwünsche konzipiert Thomas Cook Hotellinien, die verschiedenen Gästeinteressen entsprechen. Bereits 2009 hat Thomas Cook seine Hotelmarke Sentido eingeführt. Die Hotels bieten eine abwechslungsreiche, gesunde Küche und ein attraktives Sport‐, Unterhaltungs‐ und Wellnessprogramm. Dazu kommen Mehrwertleistungen wie die Betreuung durch einen Holiday‐Concierge, Langschläfer‐Frühstück sowie Early‐Check‐in und Late‐
Check‐out‐Möglichkeiten. Im Sommer 2014 werden in 13 Ländern 51 Sentido‐Hotels und zwei Nil‐
Kreuzfahrtschiffe geboten. „Bunter Urlaub für wenig Geld“: Mit Smartline hat Thomas Cook 2013 als erster Veranstalter eine Budget‐Hotelmarke im „Sun and Beach“‐
Segment eingeführt. Günstige Reisepreise sind durch die Fokussierung auf Hotel‐Basisleistungen – Restaurant, Pool und Nähe zum Strand – möglich. Smartline‐Hotels bieten gute Qualität, was durch regelmäßige Checks, auch von externen Partnern, nachgehalten wird. Im Sommer 2014 werden bereits 52 Smartline‐Hotels geboten. Sunconnect Resorts ist die jüngste Hotellinie von Thomas Cook. Das Hotelkonzept richtet sich an Familien. Für Kinder und Teenager wird besonders viel geboten. Eine TeenConnect‐Lounge mit interaktiven Spielen, großzügige Pool‐
bereiche, ein Kids Club und interessante Aktivitäten wie Geocaching. Eine weitere Besonderheit: Durch die hoteleigene Sunconnect‐Online‐Plattform können die Gäste ihren Urlaub interessant gestalten und mit anderen Gästen schnell in Kontakt kommen. Die Nutzung ist einfach: Nach Registrierung im Hotel ist auf dem eigenen Smartphone oder dem eigenen Tablet‐Computer ein umfangreiches Urlaubsmenü abrufbar. Die Gäste können Sport‐Kurse buchen, sich mit anderen Urlaubern für spezielle Connect‐
Tische im Restaurant verabreden und Informationen wie Wetteraussichten bis hin zu Ausflugstipps einsehen. WLAN ist im gesamten Hotel – auch in den Zimmern und am Pool – verfügbar und kostenfrei. Im Sommer 2014 wird es zehn Sun Connect Resorts geben. 1

Das Konzept der Sunprime Hotels stammt von Thomas Cook Skandinavien und ist aufgrund der konsequenten Ausrichtung für Urlauber ab 16 Jahren sehr erfolgreich im Markt eingeführt. Die Hotels bieten eine ruhige Atmosphäre, Fitnesskurse, Fitnessstudios und ein zeitgemäßes Einrichtungsdesign. Beliebter Treffpunkt ist eine gemütliche Lounge. In der Sommersaison 2014 haben die deutschen Veranstaltergäste von Neckermann Reisen und Thomas Cook die Auswahl unter fünf Sunprime Hotels. Das Konzept der Sunwing Family Resorts stammt ebenfalls von Thomas Cook Skandinavien, wo diese Familienhotels bereits seit 45 Jahren sehr gut angenommen werden. Auf die Bedürfnisse von Familien ausgerichtete Apartments, große Pools, spannende Aktivitäten und ein buntes Unterhaltungsprogramm sind ideal für den Familienurlaub. Die Maskottchen Lollo und Bernie versprühen bei den kleinen Gästen gute Laune. Kinder unter zwölf Jahren essen in den Sunwing Hotels gratis. Kostenfreies WLAN gibt es im gesamtem Hotel.
