Kartengültigeit
 Nach der Aktivierung der Karte muss das erste Gespräch innerhalb von 6 Monaten
durchgeführt werden. Die 1-jährige Laufzeit der voraufgeladenen 5 Einheiten
Guthaben startet mit dem ersten Gespräch.
 Die Karte verlängert sich automatisch um ein weiteres Jahr, hierzu werden 15
Einheiten Guthaben von Ihrer Karte abgebucht.
 Weist Ihre Karte am Ende der Laufzeit kein Guthaben auf, so haben Sie eine
Gnadenfrist von 90 Tagen, um die erforderlichen 15 Einheiten zur Verlängerung
der Karte aufzuladen.
 Laden Sie innerhalb dieser 90-tägigen Gnadenfrist die Karte nicht auf, so wird die Karte
deaktiviert und kann nicht mehr verwendet werden.
GmPRS:
Der Thuraya GmPRS Service wird separat berechnet. Der Dienst muss zunächst
freigeschaltet werden. Für die Nutzung von GmPRS fallen 5 Einheiten je MB an. Der
Abrechnungstakt beträgt hier 10 kB.
Mit der Aktivierung von GmPRS wird auch ThurayaMail und ThurayaCase freigeschaltet. Der
ThurayaMail Account hat 5 MB, die eMail Adresse hat das Format:
[email protected].
ThurayaCase: Sie haben 5 MB Webspace für den Datentransfer.
Nach der Aktivierung von GmPRS wird Ihnen die ThurayaMail-Adresse und das Passwort
per SMS zugesendet.

 Once activated, he customer has to make the first call within 6 months of activation.
The credit validity period of one year starts from the first call.
 Yearly renewal fee is 15 units and is deducted automatically from your account if you
have enough credit.
 If the SIM does not have enough credit at the end of the validity period you have 90
days grace period to add the missing 15 units.
 If account is not refilled within the grace period, the SIM will be deactivated for good
and cannot be reactivated.
