4.1
Standard-Packmittel / Standard Packaging
4.1.1
Kunststoff-Beutel / Plastic Bags
Verwendet werden dürfen nur transparente Beutel und Folien aus Polyethylen, welche
gemäß DIN 6120 gekennzeichnet sind. Die Anlieferung von Beuteln muß grundsätzlich in
TE Standardkartons (siehe Punkt 4.1.5) erfolgen. Kunststoff-Beutel dürfen nicht mit
Heftklammern verschlossen werden.
Use only transparent bags and films made of Polyethylene which are marked in accordance
with DIN 6120. Principally plastic bags shall be delivered in TE standard corrugated shipping
boxes (see para 4.1.5). Plastic bags shall not be closed by staples.
4.1.2

Die Anlieferung von Faltschachteln muß grundsätzlich in Versandkartons erfolgen.

4.1.6
Verschluß von Versandkartons / Box Closure Method
Versandkartons dürfen nur mit transparentem Klebeband ohne Bedruckung verschlossen
werden.
Die Verwendung von Heftklammern oder Papierklebeband ist nicht zulässig. Mit Paketdienst
versendete Einzelkartons müssen ausreichend mit Klebe- oder Umreifungsband gesichert werden,
um ein Herausfallen von Bauteilen zu verhindern.
Corrugated shipping boxes shall be closed with transparent adhesive tape without printed
logos or other graphics.
Staples or paper based adhesive tape shall not be used. Single corrugated shipping boxes to be
shipped by parcel services have to be secured sufficiently with adhesive or strapping tape in order to
prevent a loss of products.
4.1.7
Mehrweg-Transportbehälter / Reusable Shipping Boxes
Mehrweg-Transportbehälter werden von TE Connectivity zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Behälter
dürfen nicht bedruckt oder beklebt werden. Das Etikett (vorzugsweise VDA-Warenanhänger)
muß eingesteckt oder, wenn nicht anders möglich, mit einem transparenten Klebestreifen am
Behälter befestigt werden.
Soweit nicht anders durch TE Connectivity spezifiziert, erfolgt die Ladungssicherung von MehrwegTransportbehältern auf der Palette durch Stretchfolie.
Reusable shipping boxes are provided by TE Connectivity These boxes shall not be printed or
marked with adhesive labels. The label (preferably VDA License Tag) shall be inserted or if this is
not possible shall be fixed with a transparent adhesive strip.
Unless otherwise specified by TE Connectivity reusable shipping boxes shall be secured to the pallet
by stretch wrap film.

4.2
Verpacken von Produkten auf Spulen / Packaging of Reeled Products
4.2.1
Wickel-Prozess / Reeling Process
Befestigung des Zwischenlagenpapiers / Fixation of Interleaving Paper
Anfang und Ende des Zwischenlagenpapiers müssen mit Klebeband oder Leim auf dem Spulenkern
befestigt werden. Geprüfte und empfohlene Leimtypen sind auf Zeichnung 973055-2 dokumentiert.
The beginning and end of interleaving paper has to be fixed on the reel core with the help of
adhesive tape or glue. Tested and recommended glue types are documented on drawing 973055-2.
Sicherheits-Abstand / Safety Distance
Um das Risiko von Beschädigungen zu reduzieren, muss ein Sicherheits-Abstand von 10 mm
zwischen der Aussenkante der Spule und der Außenlage des Zwischenlagenpapiers eingehalten
werden (siehe Bild). Dies gilt für Spulen aus Wellpappe und Kunststoff, als auch für das horizontale
Wickeln auf Rundpalette.
In order to greatly lower the risk of damaging product that has been loaded onto either plastic and
corrugated reels as well as for horizontal reeling of terminals on round pallet, there must be a
minimum distance remaining of 10 mm between the outer edge of the reel and the outer layer of
interleaving paper (see picture).
Fixierstreifen / Fixation Strips
Nach dem Wickelprozess müssen die beladenen Kunststoff- und Wellpappe-Spulen mit je 4
transparenten Klebestreifen am Umfang gesichert werden (siehe Bild).
After the reeling process the loaded reels (both plastic and corrugated) have to be secured with 4
cross-sectional strips of transparent adhesive tape (see picture).

4.2.2
Versand von Spulenware / Shipment of Reeled Product

Spulenware muß grundsätzlich in Versandkartons verpackt, sowie horizontal gelagert und
transportiert werden (siehe die aufgedruckten Pfeilsymbole “OBEN”, siehe Bild)
All reeled terminal product shall be packed in a shipping box, stored and shipped horizontal
per the “UP” arrows designation (see picture)

Versandkartons mit Spulenware sind so auf die Palette zu setzen, dass die Produkt-Etiketten
immer von der Stirnseite der Palette (800 mm) sichtbar sind (siehe Bild)
Reel shipping boxes have to be placed on the pallet in a way that the product label is always
visible from the front end of the pallet (800 mm) (see picture)

Handling von Einzelspulen mit Produkten / Handling of Single Reels With Products
Einzelne Spulen dürfen nur mit beiden Händen an beiden Seitenflanschen aus dem Versandkarton
entnommen werden.
Unloading of single reels from the shipping box has to be done with both hands on both reel flanges.

4.2.6
Horizontal-Wickeln von Spulenware auf Paletten
Horizontal Reeling of Products on Pallets
Anwendung und Versand von horizontal gewickelten Produkten auf Palettenzwischen TE
Connectivity-Werken und Lieferanten erfolgt gemäß TE Spezifikation 107-18093 (deutsche
Übersetzung 107-18093-1).
TE Connectivity standard requirements for the application and shipment of horizontally
reeled product on pallet between TE Connectivity plants and suppliers are documented in
TE Specification no. 107-18093 (German translation 107-18093-1).
4.3
Packeinheiten / Package Quantity
Die von TE Connectivity vorgeschriebenen kleinen (PPQ) und großen (APQ) Packeinheiten, sowie
die dazugehörigen Packmittel-Vorgaben, sind unbedingt einzuhalten. Änderungen sind nur in
vorheriger Absprache mit Packaging Engineering zulässig. Retour-Aufträge müssen vor der
Neuanlieferung entsprechend an die bestehende Packeinheit angepaßt werden. Sollte dies aus
bestimmten Gründen nicht möglich sein, muß die Vorgehensweise mit dem zuständigen EinkaufsSachbearbeiter abgestimmt werden. Weiterhin ist folgendes zu beachten:

Die Anlieferung von Restmengen, abweichend von der kleinen Packeinheit (PPQ),
muß grundsätzlich unterbleiben.
•
In einem Versandbehälter dürfen sich nicht Teile aus verschiedenen
Bestellungen (Purchase Orders) befinden.
•
Lieferschein und Etikett müssen die gleiche Bestell-Nr. (Purchase Order Nr.)
enthalten.
•
Bestellungen (Purchase Orders) dürfen nicht überliefert werden.
Primary/standard package quantity (PPQ), alternate/shipper package quantity (APQ) and the related
packaging instructions shall be followed as established by TE Connectivity. Changes can be made
only as agreed with Packaging Engineering in advance. Return orders have to be adapted to the
existing package quantity before delivery.If this is not possible because of certain reasons the
procedure has to be clarified with the responsible purchasing employee. The following issues have to
be considered:

Quantities deviating from primary package quantity (PPQ) are not acceptable.
•
Only parts from one and the the same purchase order can be packed together in
one shipping box.
•
Delivery/shipping note and label have to show one and the same purchase order
number.
•
Deliveries can be made only in accordance with the purchase order.

4.5.2
Etikettierung der kleinen (Standard) Packeinheit (PPQ)
Labeling of Primary/Standard Package Quantity (PPQ)
Beutel und Faltschachteln müssen als kleine (Standard) Packeinheit (PPQ) grundsätzlich mit einem
Etikett versehen werden. Im Falle von PPQ=APQ gilt dies auch für den Versandkarton oder den
Mehrweg-Transportbehälter.

4.5.8
Verfahrensweise beim Internet Labeling / Procedure for Internet Labeling
Um die Rückverfolgbarkeit zu verbessern und die Gefahr der Falschetikettierung zu verringern, ist
folgendes zu beachten.
•
Zeitpunkt des Aufklebens:
Die LTs müssen unmittelbar nach Befüllung des Behälters/Kartons angebracht werden. Ein
nachträgliches Etikettieren während des Kommissionierens ist nicht mehr zulässig. Ist zu
diesem Zeitpunkt keine Bestellnummer bekannt, müssen „Etiketten by Part“ gedruckt werden,
die später einer PO zugeordnet werden können.
•
Date Code:
Der Date Code ist immer das Druckdatum. Es muss streng darauf geachtet werden, dass
dieser Date Code das Produktionsdatum darstellt, d.h. die Etiketten müssen immer aktuell
gedruckt werden und am Produktionsort bereitliegen.
•
Druckreihenfolge:
Beim Aufkleben der LTs ist darauf zu achten, dass die Druckreihenfolge (LT-Nr.) der
Fertigungsreihenfolge der einzelnen Behälter entspricht (systematische Rückverfolgbarkeit
muss gewährleistet sein).
•
Lieferungsbericht erstellen:
Die Paletten müssen systemseitig – in IL – sortenrein erstellt werden d.h.: Es dürfen keine
Kartons aus verschiedenen Bestellungen zu einer Paletten zusammengefasst werden. Vor
dem Versand werden die verschiedenen Paletten zu einer Lieferung zusammengestellt. Wird
der Lieferungsbericht gedruckt kommt je Palette eine DIN A4 Seite mit den Informationen der
Palette aus dem Drucker (Palettenlabel). Dieses Dokument ist vor dem Versand an der
jeweilige Palette in einer durchsichtigen Dokumententasche anzubringen. Der Barcode
„4SIL.....“ muss gut sichtbar sein. Um Laderaum zu sparen, können natürlich Kartons aus
verschiedenen Bestellungen, d.h. mehrere IL Paletten auf einer „physikalischen“ Palette
zusammengefasst werden. Wichtig ist, dass die beigelegten Ausdrucke den Paletteninhalt
wiedergeben. Beim Erstellen des Lieferungsberichtes muss die Lieferscheinnummer
eingegeben werden.

In order to improve traceability and to reduce incorrect labeling consider the following:

Moment of Labeling
Cartons, Reels and other packaging units has to be labelled immediately. If the purchase
order number or schedule agreement number is not known, labels has to be printed by part.
Labeling in shipment area, during commissioning, should not be done.
•
Date Code
The printing date is always used as date code. Date code must be the production date.
Therefore the labels has to be printed on time and be available in production area.
•
Printing Order
Printing order and production order should correspond, i.e. the cartons, reels, … produced
first has to be labelled with the first label printed.
•
Creation of Shipment Report
Pallets in IL should be created in the following manner:

4.6.6
Paletten-Beladung / Pallet Load
Versandkartons und Mehrweg-Transportbehälter müssen so auf die Palette gestellt und gesichert
werden, daß keine Überhänge über den Palettenrand entstehen. Bei Mischbeladungen von
verschiedenen Artikel-Nr. auf einer Palette müssen die schwersten Kartons unten stehen.

boxes do not overhang edges of pallet. In case of mixed pallet loads of different part numbers the
heaviest shipping boxes shall be placed on the bottom of the pallet.
4.6.7
Überstapeln von Paletten-Ladungen / Double Stacking of Pallet Loads
Palettenladungen mit Versandkartons, welche nicht zum Überstapeln geeignet sind, müssen mit
einem deutlich sichtbaren Etikett "DO NOT STACK" versehen werden. Auf so gekennzeichnete
Paletten darf keine zweite Palettenladung oben aufgestellt werden.
Auf Palettenladungen mit Versandkartons, welche ein aufgedrucktes Symbol “STACKABLE” tragen,
darf eine zweite Palettenladung mit gleichem oder geringerem Gewicht gestellt werden.
Die überstapelte Palettenladung darf keinen Überhang zur darunter stehenden Palette aufweisen.

Eine Mischpalette kann aus verschiedenen Produkt-PN´s, Kartongrößen, Werksaufträgen/Bestellungen
und/oder unterschiedlichem Herstelldatum bestehen. Die Kartons eines Typs (gleiche Kartongröße /
gleiche PN) sollen lagenweise geschlichtet werden (keine “Türme” bauen!).
Die kleinere Menge (bezogen auf die Gesamtbeladung der Palette) soll wenn möglich immer nach
oben. Größeren und schwerere müssen Kartons nach unten.
Definition of Mixed Loads:
A pallet mixed load that is composed of a variety of different part numbers, box sizes, factory

Boxes of the same type (same box size / same PN) should be stacked in layers (no building of towers!).

6. VERPACKUNG VON TECHNISCHEN ZUKAUFTEILEN
PACKAGING OF TECHNICAL PURCHASED PARTS
Technische Zukaufteile werden in der Regel von externen Lieferanten bezogen und nicht aus
TE-eigenen bzw. anteilig eigenen Werkzeugen produziert. Ferner alle Teile die laut
Verpackungsvorgabe auf der TE-Zeichnung als solche definiert sind bzw. auf diese
Verpackungsvorschrift verweisen.
Sofern keine abweichenden Verpackungsangaben auf der TE-Zeichnung gemacht werden,
ist für technische Zukaufteile die folgende Vorschrift einzuhalten.
Technical purchased parts are normally provided by external suppliers and are not produced with
tools owned complete or partially by TE Connectivity. Furthermore all parts which are defined as
technical purchased parts on the TE Connectivity drawing respectively refer to this packaging
specification.

Lieferschein / Dispatch Note / Delivery Note / Packing Slip
Der Lieferschein muß maschinengeschrieben sein und folgende Angaben enthalten:

Ausnahmen hiervon sind nur nach vorheriger Freigabe durch TE Connectivity zulässig.

6.8
Anlieferung von Kabelware / Delivery of Cable Product
Kabelware auf Spulen oder Trommeln aus Holz, Kunststoff oder Metall muß palettiert angeliefert
werden, wobei eine Sicherung mit Umreifungsband und Holzkeilen erfolgen muß. Es dürfen nur
intakte Spulen und Paletten verwendet werden.
Cable product on wooden, plastic or metal reels or drums has to be delivered palletized and has to
be secured to the pallet with strapping and wooden wedges. Only intact reels and pallets should be
used.
