Located in the coastal town of Forte dei Marmi, this recently built villa is charming and
inviting. The town is set on the coast of Tuscany, with golden, sandy beaches, clear
sea water and, visible in the distance, the white marbles of the Alpi Apuane. The city
was built as a fort towards the end of the 18th century, to protect the precious resource
of beautiful marble found naturally in the area. The town has a vibrant social life, with
many famous artists and important Italian families choosing to spend their summer
holiday here. The renowned beaches, abundant pine forests and lush gardens all
combine to ensure that guests enjoy an unforgettable holiday.
The interior of this impressive Tuscan villa for rent is bright, spacious and attractive.
The ground floor has a comfortable living room, a TV room, a billiard room with a pool
table, as well as modern, well equipped kitchen. There is also a study and an extra
bathroom. Air-conditioning and Wi-Fi are available throughout.
The four double bedrooms of the luxury villa, sleeping eight people, are charming and
comfortable, each with en suite bathroom.
A covered terrace outdoors provides guests with a shaded, comfortable space to dine
and lounge. The swimming pool is set in the gorgeous, green garden, encircled by
enormous palm trees, ideal for cooling off or a refreshing swim. Services included are
garden and swimming pool maintenance, while a maid and cook, as well as utilities,
bed linen and towels can be arranged at extra cost.
