The vast and splendid luxury villa is perfectly situated on a private piece of land called
the 'golf valley'. Because of its raised position, you can enjoy the stunning views over
the valley to the ocean when you look to the left and the amazing views when you look
to the right. The seaside villa, with its beautiful Mediterranean gardens, is located just
a few minutes' drive away from Puerto Banus and five minutes from the heart of
Marbella. Despite being so centrally located, its privacy is jealously guarded by the tall
Palm trees and dense shrubs in the garden and the gate to the property.
The designers of the private villa, set over three floors, succeeded in creating a
property with a perfect balance between space, modern and practical luxuries, privacy
and upliftingly beautiful surroundings. The practical layout and easy flow between the
rooms ensure that the house works well for a diverse group of guests. There are
formal as well as smaller, more informal, lounges; a large dining area, open plan to the
state of the art kitchen, a well-planned executive study.
You can sleep in luxurious comfort in any of the five double bedrooms with en suite
bathroom facilities.
The indoor lounges lead onto the large terraces with direct access to the magnificent
outdoor swimming pool. To make the most of the weather, the view, and the garden,
there is an assortment of outdoor sitting areas, amongst other a charming Spanish
Gazebo which is perfect for al fresco dining, in the shade for a leisurely lunch, or at
night for a gourmet dinner.
The lower level houses a large garage, laundry room, a superb indoor pool, that is a
smaller heated replica of the outdoor pool, and a fully equipped gymnasium.
