Die Zentralbank hat bekanntgegeben, dass sie ETFs für über USD 56.7 Mrd. kaufen werden. Zudem wird das laufende Darlehensprogramm auf USD 48 Mrd. verdoppelt. Die japanische Zentralbank hat trotz weiteren Massnahmen entschieden, den Leitzins bei -0.1% zu belassen. Um die jahrzehntelange Schwächephase der Konsumentenpreise zu beenden, versucht es die japanische Zentralbank mit weiteren Massnahmen. Die Bilanz der Zentralbank würde somit auf die Grösse der Bilanz der Federal Reserve ansteigen. (cal) Resultate EU-Banken-Stresstest Ende Juli wurden die Stress-Test-Resultaten der europäischen Banken bekanntgegeben. Die europäische Bankenaufsicht hat mehrere Banken aus der Eurozone getestet. Die Bilanzen der Banken wurden auf folgende Kriterien getestet: Das BIP fällt um 7.1%, die Zinsen fallen weiter und der Häusermarkt kollabiert. Die schlechteste Bank im Test war Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena. Diese hat jedoch bereits angekündigt, dass sie EUR 9.2 Mrd. der notleidenden Kredite verkaufen wird und dass Grossinvestoren einen EUR 5 Mrd. Kapitalzuschuss garantiert haben. Diese zeigen ein starkes Wachstum aufgrund positiver Marktdynamik und Erfolge in der Digital & Cloud Einheit.
