Rost, das bedeutet längs oder quer, V-Stab oder Rundstab, so die Möglichkeiten des traditionellen Metallbaus. Platziert man die Stäbe zu eng um
mehr Masse und Wärmespeicherung zu erreichen, verursacht man
darunter einen Wärmestau, sind die Stäbe zu licht, wird die Wärme nur
unzureichend gespeichert. Alle bisherige Lösungen wägten ab, und haben
spezifische Vorteile.
Mit dem patentierten Wellenrost hat man eine größere Wärmespeicherung
über die Masse und eine ausreichende Belüftung. Versuche und der
Einsatz bei Erstkunden haben ein neues Niveau bei Grillergebnissen
gezeigt, allerdings empfehlen wir den Rost vorerst nur für Gasbräter, eine
Lavastein-Version ist in Vorbereitung.
